    I live in a 3 bed 3 bath, and me and my roommates love it! The staff is so friendly and so welcoming every-time we go into the office. They have so many wonderful events that they throw at campus quarters! Overall my roommates and i have renewed our lease because of how much we love it here at campus quarters.

    This is my first year and so far I’ve had a great experience at Campus Quarters. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and they go out of their way to ensure residents are happy! The community is clean and well maintained and has a great atmosphere, as well as just minutes from campus. Highly recommend to anyone who goes to TAMUCC.

    This is the first apartment I have been at out of 3 that I feel comfortable in. The staff are incredibly friendly and nice. They are always doing giveaways or just fun activities. I recommend you choose to sign a lease with campus quarters.

    Getting to know the office staff, everyone is SO amazing. They truly only want the best for you, and your roommates. The 4x4 apartments are so cozy and have so much room to express yourself, and the couches!!!!!! I sleep on the big couch more than my bed, they are so comfortable.

    Prices are amazing for how spacious it is! A lot of student housing in the area doesn’t offer three bedroom so this is amazing that they have it available! Don’t even get me started on the specials! Most apartments cost an arm and a leg these days

    I’ve lived here for about 4 months now and have loved the staff, the community, and the apartment itself. Staff and maintenance have been nothing but friendly, attentive, and helpful and I truly enjoy that they know me by name even though i haven’t been here long. Rent is manageable, amenities are nice, and it’s been a great place to live!

    The office staff is truly amazing here, and they actually care about you. Madison and the other staff are always willing to help, as long as you reach out. They really are trying their absolute best to make sure that your experience is the best, and your concerns are taken care of. Also, the events that get thrown by the staff are so fun, and they have really cool prizes.

    I have lived here for the past 3 months and so far I love it! The office staff and maintenance staff really care about me and treat me extremely well. I have lived at Miramar and Momentum and I didn’t have the best experience. But Campus Quarters is the place I have been looking for. It truly feels like home.

    Move-in was the best experience weve had during our daughters college experience. The apartment was super clean. All repairs from the previous renters had been completed prior to move-in. The move-in procedures were highly organized and easy to follow. The helpful and smiling staff was a such bonus!

    Campus Quarters is a great place to stay. Its affordable, clean, and very friendly. I arrived in Corpus without a place to live, and CQs wonderful staff helped me secure my place within a few days. Campus Quarters is also equipped with a 24 hour gym, secure package lockers, and a tanning bed.

    When I moved in, I had a lot of issues with my unit, but the staff here was amazing and accommodated as much as they could. The entire staff is super friendly and quick to help with any problems you have. Maintenance here is also the fastest I’ve ever dealt with. After my initial move in problems were fixed, I haven’t had any other problems or issues with this place. I would definitely recommend it to other people!

    Thank goodness for young ladies like Madison Ruyter that go the extra mile to make sure your granddaughter is safe and happy!! She was just amazing getting us the perfect spot for rental and following up to make sure we were happy. She is one in a million!

    This has been a great experience! The staff is so sweet and they really get to have individual relationships with their residents! There has been a few bumps in the road with appliances, but they have helped us out many times and it was always speedy!Also, the floor plans are massive in person, even compared to the pictures they post.Totally recommend living here, especially over all the other off campus places, and super especially momentum.

    I have only been living here a few months now, but i have to say, so far so GREAT. Anytime me and my roommate and i need something worked on in our place, maintenance comes out that same day or the next! They are really on top of it here and the front desk is always the friendliest and very professional 😊 i definitely love it here and it’s actually pretty quiet and peaceful here too. Would most definitely recommend it to my friends and family.

    I’ve lived at Campus Quarters for about 7 months now and it’s been great! The maintenance team has always been very helpful and kind along with everyone who works in the office. If you ever need anything, they are always there to help! They offer fun events frequently which has been a great way to meet other college students! I would highly recommend these apartments as it is a easy signing process and wonderful place to live!

    Living here for my first year has been a good experience! Ive seen other reviews with many complaints, but I have had a good encounter with all the staff, have not had any pests, enjoyed the amenities, and my room does not have any issues. The only thing I could comment about is that during move in, we had to do a little extra cleaning in the common areas. Overall, it has been a wonderful personal experience! :)

    I lived at Campus Quarters for several years as I finished my Degree at TAMUCC only moving out due to outgrowing the space and no longer being a student at the Institution. When looking back on my time at CQ I had a pleasant experience, the maintenance staff during my time was quick and efficient and able to knock even major work orders within a 1-2 day turnaround. My leasing process was very simple which is expected for student-focused housing.Front office individuals I was in contact with were courteous and accommodating and went above and beyond for me from time to time. I would like to especially acknowledge the efforts of Breyonce and Madison as they made my transition out just as smooth as my transition in.By the time I was moving out, the property was building more of a resident-experience calendar of cookouts, concerts, and even a car wash. In short, it is a student-centered property that provides a suitable space thats furnished at an affordable rate.While every property has a room for improvement and nitpicks, I can look back on Campus Quarters and have no qualms and say that i have enjoyed my time there.RT,FW,LT

    Throughout my college years I have lived at campus quarters and loved every minute of it! The staff is always there to help. My leasing agent Victoria is the best in the whole world! She helped me sign my first lease as well as each of my renewals here. I highly recommend this property especially to people who are new in the area because they constantly have resident events which gives you opportunities to meet new people and make friends!

    Living at Campus Quarters is awesome! I moved here fall of 2019 and they have been nothing but kind and helpful to me and my roommate.The office staff is always very welcoming and polite and always willing to help you with any issues you may have. Every service request me and my roommate have made since living here has been completed within the same day of making the request unless a part has to be ordered. If a part has to be ordered they always inform you of the delay. They have lots of fantastic community events with free food and fun crafts. They even have little block parties for us during the warmer months at the pool that are also super fun!

    I have lived at CQ for two years now. Very nice place to live for a college student. Great location as well. Spacious kitchen, living room, bedroom and closets. The staff is friendly and willing to help. Maintenance has responded to my requests quickly. The gym is nice and was recently upgraded. Really the only complaint I have is that the smoke detectors are a little too sensitive that its difficult to cook without them going off, but its the nicest student housing location around so worth the price.

    While visiting my friend Sierra Russel, I really enjoyed the four bedroom setup and how the entire apartment was COMPLETELY FURNISHED! The patio was a nice edition also. I like how they pool is setup, and how there are a lot of facilities that you have access too. Including the gym and the study rooms. Everything also looks super neat and clean all the time. Great experience.

    I absolutely love living here. Such an amazing community with the friendliest staff you’ll ever meet. Super spacious, open floor plans and beautiful patio balconies that I love. Finally my favorite part about Campus Quarters is the gyms!! CrossFit AND Cardio gyms, what more can you ask for?!

    This is my first year living here and I love the atmosphere here, and the staff is super nice. Love the distance from school too home. The apartment location is perfect Distance to the beach. The gym is one of my favorite parts and I love the swimming pool. Great apartments to live at inside and out.

    It isnt bad. Ive had better and Ive had worse. They dont attend to bugs quickly like ants unless you notify them a few times, but they do eventually get around to it. Took a week or so for the problem to be dealt with. Other than that maintenance has been pretty solid. They replace lights, repair the ac, fixed the ice maker, unclogged a drain and all of it was same day or next. I had a problem with covid and they worked with me to move my lease to a different start date since the rooms couldnt be filled at the time anyway. Due to the linger response time on bugs I cant give a perfect review, but as far as budget apartments go this has definitely been one of my better experiences.

    I lived in a 3 bed/3 bath apartment this year and absolutely loved it! The staff were very friendly and always willing to answer any questions I had. I hardly had any maintenance issues, but if I did they fixed the problem extremely fast. Water and electricity fees were surprisingly low, especially considering I kept my apartment at 72 throughout the entire summer. I love the fact that they allow pets to live with you. The community here is enjoyable and I plan on living here until I graduate. Overall, the best place for the best price to live here in Corpus.

    After moving off campus and into Campus Quarters, its been nothing but an enjoyable and comfortable experience. The staff is amazing and easy to work with. If there are any problems, even as little as a flickering light, maintenance will respond immediately to get the problem resolved. The apartments are spacious and up to date. After a year of living here, there havent been problems with pests. Campus Quarters keeps the complex clean, offers a welcoming environment, and ensures customer satisfaction. Highly recommend for the rates offered.

    I love living at Campus Quarters. The apartments come fully furnished, with such a home feel environment. The community is great here, with such friendly people, and it is so close to the University. There are such necessary amenities here that allow me to get away from school work and just relax, especially the resort style pool.     Campus quarters is a great apartment complex to move into whether you are a college student wanting to live off campus or just looking to get into a well furnished apartments. Its located conveniently by TAMUCC, SPID, and H‑E‑B! Rooms and bathrooms are great size, kitchen is spacey for roommates to cook food at the same time, and living room is big enough to create fond memories with your friends and roommates. The workers are kind and helpful. Maintenance works quickly to resolve issues. Quiet neighbors making this apartment complex perfect for long study nights or late night walks. One of the best places I have ever lived in!

    I have lived here for 2 years and have absolutely loved it! Corpus Christi is an expensive place to live, especially as a student and Campus Quarters it the nicest, cheapest place for students to live. They do the best they can to accommodate their residents needs. They have tons of great amenities! My favorite one is the computer lab and conference room. They are extremely useful.

    I have been a resident for almost 2 years and I absolutely have no complaint about living at Campus Quarters.This place is located in a central area, about 5-10 minutes from TAMUCC, 5-10 mins away from the grocery store (HEB), mall, and plenty of good restaurants, 10-15 mins from Del Mar College, downtown and the beach.The room comes furnished with a bed, table, chair and drawer.If there is anything wrong with your room or apartment, the maintaince guys, Jordan and Jose, are the quickest and nicest people you will ever meet. They will throughly explain to you what they are going to do, give you options, etc to make your living area the best it can be.The front desk ladies, Leslie, Lauren, Brooke to name a few are absoulety so helpful and the sweestest people you will ever meet. They always have a smile on their face and will always greet you by your name when they see you. If you ever need to contact them you can call or email them and they respond to you in a timely manner!All of the employees knows the residents by name and they do their very best to accomendate each one of us. They also host so many great events throughout each month such as movie nights, crawfish boil, Thanksgiving fest, Easter egg hunt, etc.The apartment also comes with great amenties like a starbucks/coffee station, clean pool, two gyms, spacious study rooms with computers and printers, tanning room, etc.Most of the people that live here are college students, some of them have families however everyone is so friendly and respect each other! The community is great!I have referred a lot of my friends to stay here and they are really enjoying their time here too. Definitely a wonderful apartment complex to live at, book your free tour!

    I’ve been living here at Campus Quarters since 2016 and it’s one of the best student living apartments in the area. The staff in the office are very friendly and helpful, they work with you on living accommodations and day to day things. The office is always advertising all over TAMUCC and Delmar making a face for the property and they’re always giving away food and snacks in the office. I highly recommend living here over any other properties in the area.

    I haven’t had any problems living at CQ. The staff is very responsive and helped tremendously when I renewed for my last semester this fall. I needed a shorter lease term so they willingly worked with me and my rent is still very affordable. Great staff and a great place to live!

They have fair rates Comparatively to the Apartments surrounding. all the amenities you need, and come with a good quality furniture. The apartments are very clean and have a good up to date style.     CQ is a great option for off campus living for tamucc students. The addition of new lights on Ennis Joslin lightened up traffic so I’m never late to classes. The gym is 24 hour as are the study rooms which my roommate and I use religiously. The 2 bed is spacious and the patio is a lovely addition. Maintenance is extremely fast and the staff is very generous and hosts many events. There is always parking as well. I’ll definitely be living here until graduation!

    I was a guest staying with Sierra Russell. The complex was beautiful and made me feel right at home. My favorite part was the pool area where we got to enjoy a tan outside on the chairs by the water. I would love to be able to visit again and enjoy the great amenities of this complex!

    I moved here from a more “adult” apartment complex (I am 22) and they are sooooo much better than where I used to live. They always have fun competitions and games where you can win snacks and prizes, the staff is beyond friendly, AND the maintenance is so quick to repair things when needed. I love it here!

    Haven’t officially moved in yet, but so far the whole process of signing and getting to know the staff has been awesome! Everybody is so nice and helpful. The facilities are also very high end. I’m very excited to move in this next semester!
