Lived here since shortly after COMMUNITY was opened around 2011! Various changes, some positive & some negative! Blessed to only have had 3 apt.managers & a stable maint/ housekeeping staff!During this PANDEMIC a lot of changes have had to be made; however some unexplainable which causes some concerns by MAJORITY of Residents! Sometimes, I for one tend to.believe as long as the RENT is paid & No Comp.then Corporate is fine! Since this is supposed to be a community for SENIORS 55+, active/ independent, I tend to ? the Companies CONCEPT of the meaning; the actual legal Fed.guidelines differentiating between INDEPENDENT LIVING/ ASSISTED LIVING, especially in compliance withe ADA GUIDELINES! Just my concerns! Overall CAMPANILE is basically a QUIET PLACE TO LIVE! ON SITE STAFF , friendly, responsive to the residents needs to the best of their abilities! As always in any situation THERE IS ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT! MY MAIN CONCERN is just HOW IMPORTANT THE CONCERNS OF THE RESIDENTS ARE TO CORPORATE! A note in the door does not Provide or INSTILL REASSURANCE, not even to the least among us!! Anyways.THANKS ROBYN for doing your best/ one thing I DO ADMIRE ABOUT YOU , is YOUR RESPECTFULNESS TOWARDS US SENIORS!!

Beautiful place to call home. Robin is so friendly and thorough with all the info. She makes everything easy to understand and senior friendly. Her welcome is very warm and genuine.

An excellent set of apartments for those 55 and over. It is very bright, with a swimming pool and a large barbecue area for a meeting. The apartments are spacious and well designed. Very nice.
