This was my first apartment I had ever rented, and I moved out a month ago. Not due to the apartment, but for distance to work reasons. They recently started doing events where food trucks will come by the complex, which I loved! Its not too loud at night, and a great spot in town to be able to walk to the stores and bus stops. My only complaint would be that the hot water would be turned off pretty frequently for a few hours about once a month or so. Otherwise, it was a great apartment and Im glad to have had it as the first one I ever had on my own.

We recently needed to find an apartment quickly after our previous one caught on fire, and we were so fortunate to come across this complex. Sham went above and beyond to assist us during a stressful time. She was incredibly helpful, kind, and welcoming. She even showed us her own apartment to give us a better sense of the space! Her hospitality and professionalism made all the difference, and we felt genuinely cared for. Highly recommend this place, especially with team members like Sham!

Ive been a resident for many years. Ive also seen new ownership and constant staff changes, but one thing has remained constant....Professional Management. This complex is old and it has its challenges, but the staff will go out of their way to address and resolve the issue. My main complaint was the lack of hot water in my unit and believe me I WAS NOT HAPPY! However, through excellent communication, I have hot water...for now (fingers crossed 🤞). Thank you to Ms. Sham for your kindness and patience.

After our last apartment caught on fire, my husband and I needed a new home quickly, and we were so lucky to meet Sham. She went out of her way to help us, even showing us her own apartment in the complex so we could both see what it would be like. She was kind, patient, and made the entire experience so much easier for us during such a stressful time. We are so grateful for her help and highly recommend this place!

Update!!!!!I’m changing my star review because they deserve it. New office management and it shows . They don’t treat this complex like a check anymore and more like a community. As it should have been . Grounds are clean . Management walks the property to make sure everyone is ok and or if we have any concerns. Looking forward to give them another year to see where this goes !!!!Currently living here. Been here going on three years. Office staff has came along way since it’s been cleaned up however when there is real issues you will get a totally different response. They say there is cameras and you can obviously see them all around the complex but coincidentally nothing is ever caught on camera. If this is your new home GOOD LUCK .

I had a fantastic experience living at this apartment. The management team is responsive and always eager to help, making it feel like a true community. Katia in the office was the best! The amenities, including the pool, are well-maintained and to me, added great value to living there. The location is perfect, with easy access to shopping, dining, and public transportation.

I was diagnosed with stage 3 cancer2022 I started looking for a more efficient place to stay I found Cambridge place I know for a fact God lead me here, the office staff was amazing to me. Since then I have been here since March and its been a very peaceful experience even with the things people say I find that the office staff will work with you the Maintenance is top tier Yenni is a beast she is a female maintenance that gets the job done I will be renewing my lease here. I will say dont let others negative experiences keep you from moving where you want. Cambridge Place is a home if you need one do the application get your spot... not to mention the summer vibes pool is always fun.... I couldnt have found a better place right next to every store you need... HAPPY SEARCHING

I have lived here for 2 years now and just renewed my lease for another year. We love it here. The office staff is amazing and I have had nothing but pleasant and professional experiences with them. Maintenance requests are easily submitted and resolved quickly. The property is always clean and landscaping is done weekly. Amazing place to live!

I have lived in these apartments over 3 years and love every bit of this place. The keep up with the landscaping and fast with any work orders submitted. The apartments are very quiet and most tenants living here have also been here long time. The best part about this place is the Assistant Manager Eric. He is the absolute best at what he does. Eric goes over and above for his tenants satisfaction, always making us feel at home. I do not often do reviews but Eric deserves all the recognition for all he does to keep this place amazing.

It was on my heart to share my experience with Cambridge Place. I have been a resident for multiple years and I am very pleased with the management of this property. The office personnel is very professional and I have yet to have a problem that wasnt solved. Also, Id like to acknowledge Eric (Assistant Mgr). He is truly an asset to the management team. I truly recommend Cambridge Place for a safe place to live.

Ive lived at Cambridge Place for about 6 months now and I havent had any major complaints. From day 1, the office staff has been courteous, prompt, and helpful. Any maintenance requests are taken care of quickly, the grounds stay clean, and it feels safe. I also love having a washer and dryer inside my studio. My only issues would be some roaches and it may be hard to find parking near my apartment depending on the time of day. Other than that, I am comfortable.

Ive renewed my lease once so far and I really like my apartment. Little noise, I feel safe, the location is great, the staff is always very friendly and helpful, security is always on site in the parking lot, maintenance has been on par with everything - I really have no complaints. Sure, theyre older apartments, but theyre cared for and in good condition. I could have rented at another complex, but Jessica was so nice when I came to look around that I really didnt want to go anywhere else.

Its quiet, the neighbors and staff are friendly. Everything is surrounding you so you dont have to travel long distance to go to the store, shopping or get a bite to eat. They are very good at maintenance the only problem is they have a slight roach problem. You have to keep your house super clean and pest control up to date to keep them to a minimum. Other than that, its a great place to live and I dont plan on leaving anytime soon.

I stayed in these apartments for 2 years these are one of the best apartments I stayed in when you put in a maintenance order it does take them a while to come and fix the problem but I really recommend these apartments.

Been living here for 8 or 7 years and man this place is home. We have had a roach issue and our wall had crack which was fixed. The new management has definitely stepped up. It’s a quiet neighborhood. Parking is a struggle. I get home by 5:30 and I know if I leave after 7/8 Pm I probably will have to park all the way on the other side. It’s a good place to live. Not anything too much

I have been living at Cambridge Place for about 3 months and I can already say that its the best complex Ive lived in, in Houston. It is quiet, pet friendly and I feel safe, thanks largely to the awesome armed guard whos super sweet, but low key may be a Navy seal (dude is huge). My neighbors are chill and the grounds are always clean and presentable. Ive seen less than 4 pests in my house and unsurprisingly two came directly from outside - Im on the 3rd floor and very close to the trees (I won, they all died). The price is great and the value is awesome. Not to mention all of the amenities that are so close! I plan on staying here until I purchase a home and start a family. No need to go anywhere else!

Something led me to check the reviews on my apartment complex that I have been residing at for almost 7 years. I am astonished at these negative comments because I each time I had an issue, Id call and the office staff and they made sure maintenance addressed my issue without haste. When my a/c unit went out...I had a new unit in less than 24 hours. The staff and maintenance are professional and very helpful. Cambridge Places staff even follow-up with you once the maintenance ticket is closed to ensure that you are happy with the services that was rendered. The community is clean, quite and safe. I am so proud to say that I live at Cambridge Place. #greatplacetolive

My family and I have been residents for 3 years. Started in studio, the large 1 bedroom, and lastly largest 2 bedroom 2 bath. Good things: maintenance is FAST, they ground are kept nice, the leasing staff is helpful and nice, having 2 pools is a plus, the playground is fun, dog park is beneficial, the rent is extremely reasonable if you need a low price point, security guard is amazing, gates are ALWAYS fixed, plenty of parking FOR BACK UNITS but if you are in the front then prepare for a fight, willing to work with your situation, and some units are being upgraded. Bad things: if you live in the front by the street then prepare you loud street noise constantly (loud car music, metro bus, car crashes at the intersection, corner store arguements across the street, shootings, ambulances and my unit shakes when large vehicles pass - in the back apartments it is the COMPLETE OPPOSITE. Nice, quiet, plenty of spaces to park)...the walls are thin so passing conversations are no secret lol so dont talk about your neighbors, some units have older appliances (not the upgraded units), and lastly you wont be allowed to use the grill at the pool (its just for atmosphere) lol. But overall, good place to stay. Just make sure its a back unit thats been upgraded. You will have a place to stay and money to still buy groceries.

So far I love my apartment. I moved in last two months.. Very quiet. Cozy. Close to bus stop. Target is 10min walking distance and Walmart is 15-20min by bicycle.. Downturn office doesnt provide printing services. And door are not seal, able to hear the voice. Overall this downturn are nothing.. Price is cheap

Just moved in (clean unit)and Ive yet to see a roach,a bed bug,or a rat. My unit is updated no carpet throughout(love that)...it looks so nice i cant wait yo decorate 😊love the appliances looks so good. love my huge walk in closet love it comes with the washer and dryer (works very well) its pretty big space and very affordable in this area.Everything is close by 😍 love that....Ok Ill be honest i hesitated to apply initially based off these reviews for like a mth 😂 but here i am. With no complaints ! This is day 3 Ill update in 3 mths 😂

Great place to live!!! The only con is the outside, but looks can be deceiving! The inside definitely makes up for the outside. Big space, safe environment(did i mention, they have an armed security officer that is great,knows everyone and not affraid to take action if need be!).I love it. Everyone know everyone and havent had any bad experiences or crime. Office staff are cool too! They always answer the phone, which is great!

Ok for price you get wash and dryer. Do hear a lot of outside noice in the house if you live close to the street. If you work a job where there is late nights it will be hard to find parking since it’s first come first serve. Have seen a couple of roaches even though I clean at least every other day. A quiet neighborhood generally after 10.

Been living in this apartment complex for almost 6yrs now ,I do like it,it’s quiet ,my neighbors are awesome ,very close to all the big super markets like Walmart and HEB etc ,since I have been living here ,I have had no issues at all ,two big swimming pools,a lot of parking space, plus they do have this cool assistance manager,I call him sir Eric ,his top notch of a manager, each time I do need service or complain to him, about my apartment he will make sure everything is fix and done asap
