I recently toured this apartment community and I was impressed by the upgrades and the professionalism of the office staff. Savoya is the leading consultant I toured the property with and she was very articulate when highlighting the amenities of the property. It makes a huge difference touring with friendly office staff. I would rate a 5 but maintenance is so horrible. would have moved out if it wasnt for the office staff. Royiessa is a blessing, she has worked with me on all my issues and has done everything in her power to make my stay comfortable. Mariela, she is amazing, my ac stopped working and i put in a maintenance request just for it to not be resolved. we are in texas that should have been fixed asap. but of course they never showed up. went into the office with my concerns, and Mariela, jumped to action after reaching out to maintenance with no response, she jumped on her cart and came to my unit and did troubleshooting. (was not expecting that) she truly went above and beyond to assist me . the following ppl have been keeping me sane throughout my horrible experience with maintenance, Royissa, manager, wonderful lady, Mariela, cant stop saying how amazing she is, sierra, and cameron . always welcome me in the front office instead of sending me away before listening to my concerns. Tempestt is also wonderful. I swear if it was not for the front office, (SIERRA, MARIELA, AND CAMERON) , and tempest at resident services, id be in the off cursing and ready to swing. you can get a 5 when you get rid of John the head of maintenance. he does not deserve his job. he only lies and tells you he will be there to fix your issue and then crickets, never shows up. I will consider resigning if the maintenance supervisor can be removed from the property. He is just collecting a paycheck. work orders are placed and never resolved, im sure thats why the property is not at capacity. keep the office staff and revamp your maintenance crew . ASAP

I have to say Christiane is probably the only one who cares for residents. Whenever I see her working and ask her a question she is always available to help me out. Verse the leasing office and the so called Senior Manager. She has been so kind and such a good person for this property. The only good left for residents. Although she is wonderful I have placed my NTV due to rude staffing along with the property being so maintained poorly. It’s not worth it anymore. Thank you christiane and best wishes!Ever since Donna became the senior manager and her staff being so rude to residents it has been a nightmare. One agent even told me I couldn’t speak to corporate I would need to speak with Donna first and that some other lady in there is her friend so it won’t get far. The big lady with the big shoes in the leasing office. It’s a joke here and sad at this point. Thank god I’m leaving.

I’m going to make this review because I was asked to & the five stars too. So my guy and I went in for info on an 1bed. Everything about walking in was dry & lacked a welcome. Thank goodness for Rayissa. She was so loud (in a good way) & extremely inviting, helpful & helped others even while helping us . If not for her we would have walked out! If you’re looking for an apartment go see her she was great seriously!

Application process was decent to start off with, but took about three weeks to hear anything back after calling everyday and the employees “saying they will call me back.” They don’t. Management is horrible and unprofessional, especially the “leasing director.” Very rude and needs a new career, not in hospitality. They are making things up and not giving straight answers about my application process that doesn’t apply to other pending tenants. Still haven’t heard anything back, at this point I’ve been scammed. Do not recommend 10/10.Update: The General Manager reached out and made things right. She was very understanding and had a great attitude. She helped me get into my apartment that I really wanted and I’m grateful for it.

Rayissa and Marissa helped me exponential. I will be starting school soon and need a safe, well taken care of location and apartment. Both of them were helpful in terms of explain all the fees, terms of leasing, and it’s not too expensive or too cheap (to the point where they are begging you to sign the lease). They don’t beat around the bush and they’ll show quick, amazing hospitality.

My leasing process wasn’t the best until Royissa stepped in to assist. She was #1 HONEST with me. I hate being lied to and she was blunt and upfront with all pros and cons which allowed me to make a sound decision. I’m glad I took her advice, in the end I’m extremely happy. I won’t speak on the other leasing agent who assisted me but Royissa saved the day!!! If you want a smooth application process with sound communication, I recommend you call Royissa!!! Thanks for your your help!!! 10 out of 10!!

I truly fell in love with this place!!! At first i was a bit iffy due to my phone calls not being answered bit i still wanted to give it a shot so i decided to come and look for myself. Tiffany Baxter was great!!! i was originally looking at the one bed one bath with a sunroom but then she showed me the townhome and i completely fell in love!!!! Tiffany was polite, funny and very welcoming! Out of all of the apartments I have lived in I’ve never experienced such great customer service i love it!! Will definitely be calling “The Blake” my home soon.
