    Exceptional Living Experience at Burkburnett Residences!I moved into Burkburnett Residences a while ago and couldnt be happier with my choice! When I stepped into the leasing office, Mahala was welcoming and helpful, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. The amenities are top-notch, with a beautiful pool, a well-maintained gym, and cozy common areas that make it easy to meet neighbors. My apartment is spacious and modern, with high-quality finishes that create a comfortable living environment. The maintenance guy, TJ, is always prompt and friendly, addressing any concerns quickly. The location is perfect, making it convenient for everything I need. Overall, Burkburnett Residences has exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic place to call home!

    Burkburnett residences is such a nice to place to live. Very relaxing and welcoming. The property manager is VERY nice and friendly. They plan events for certain events throughout the year. I would definitely recommend this place.

    I lived in this apartment complex for two years and have honestly nothing but good things to say about it. The apartments are clean, well maintained, updated, quiet, and safe. Maintenance was wonderful and always readily available whenever I requested, management was top notch and very responsive to any inquiries or needs I had. The pool is clean and quiet, and very relaxing. I lived in this complex alone with my German shepherd and felt extremely safe my entire stay. I received a lot of compliments on how nice my unit was and how clean cut and updated the complex was. Additionally, they do a great job with pest control every month so I never had to worry about bugs thankfully. If I wasn’t moving out of state, I would definitely renew for another year. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a nice living environment either with a roommate or alone!

    One of the best residence Ive ever lived in!!! Great area, community, dog/kid area, clean, quiet and the staff is great too!But... I hope you are patient because the fiber internet that is a part of your rent and only internet option is hit/miss!

    Nothing but good things to say about our time at Burkburnett Residences. Had we not moved out of the area, wed still be there. Maintenance was always quick and whether we talked with Crystal (previous) or Mahala (current), we were heard and they did their best to meet us in a unique situation. Even the noise from interstate wasnt an issue even though it was literally out my front door. To come in the gates was to come home to a quiet and safe community. I would recommend Burkburnett Residences to anyone!

    Absolutely fantastic apartment! Spacious and homey. Only issue I had was my water heater that was fixed within a day or two. Other than that it was a quiet neighborhood. Crystal was awesome and helped with anything that I needed abd made the move in/out process extremely smooth. I was very sad when I had to move due to transferring job locations. Would 100% live here again!

    The management is nice, and rent is pretty fair, but everything is old. They use the cheapest stuff they can find and its constantly breaking due to age. They try to keep things looking nice, but there is only so much they can do with an owner that only cares about what he can put in their wallet.They have gates. But they barely function half the time so theyre hardly ever closed. The public dryer and washer are also cheap, and barely function. Even the new ones they put in were just as bad as the old...they only really work in the coldest temp settingYou can bring your own if you want, but be warned, Burkburnett water is hard. Not even water filtration is viable because of the rate youll be replacing the filters. Honestly, its so bad that well water would be better.This facility desperately needs two maintenance guys instead of swamping the only one they have. He is here all day everyday (except weekends). The list of problems only grows despite his efforts. I worry for the day he quits or gets injured, because i feel things would definitely go down hill. I feel he is the one and last regular maintenance guy this place will have.The other thing that Id gripe is the fact the place is (along with the rest of the WF area) is plum full of stickers. You cannot walk without filling your shoes with em. Its terrible for dogs too.I give 4 stars because all this is not the fault of the landlord or the maintenance guy. I know if they had final say in anything things would be in better shape.One last gripe is that there isnt a lot of parking.That being said, it isnt a terrible place to live. Very dog friendly (they allow most if not all breeds), super fast internet (fiber), and its fairly nice despite its age problems. Lots of Military folk as well.

    When I was looking for an apartment this was the first place I looked at. I didnt have to look anywhere else. As soon as you come in you are greeted by an amazing property manager, Tischia, who actually cares about the people and place. Ive never felt like an apartment has been a home, and this place definitely changed that view. If you ever need anything fixed, Charles, is on it. He always has such a positive attitude. So glad I finally have a place to call home and new people to add to my family.

    Great staff and quiet neighborhood. Sauna room would be nice or rain fall showers, but rent is fair and needs are met very quickly. Would highly recommend if you are trying to stay away from crackheads

    The apartments are all so beautiful! I had already put a deposit down in another apartment complex, but when the manager here called me and told me that she had one available, I immediately cancelled my other deposit and did everything I could to get this one. The manager, Tischia is so, so personable and even went to extra lengths to work with my inconsistent work schedule. SO glad that everything worked out!

    Ive really enjoyed my time here. The complex is quiet and safe. Easy access to the highway and not far from Wichita Falls. Love that it is gated and the Manager, Tischia is wonderful. We were instant friends.

    Nice gated complex, friendly staff, a lot of military, only complaint is thin walls so all outside noise (birds, traffic, planes, etc.) is louder than expected. You get used to it though and soon barely notice
