I am continuing to leave 5 stars because I have been a long term resident and care about the overall rating score of this apartment complex.I have been completely dissatisfied with the change of management, miss Claudette. She is very inconsiderate of her staff and most recently we lost a long term maintenance and another AC guy that she had running around back and forth. I am glad to have at least a familiar face, Mariah and Joe has been nice overall. I have been speaking to other residents and they are aiming to leave this complex because of her. Brynwood, do yourself a favor and get rid of her.

I want to congratulate Richelle from the office at Brynwood Apartment she is very professional and she listen to my concern.my a/c was not working properly and she had her maintenancepersonnel to come and fixed my a/c. Shout out to Richelle who no lie I thought was the manager she handled everything like she was she so professional and always gets shit done Claudette who have not been her long sucks do not like her ways she treats us like we are some kind of low income project housing just keeping it real also y’all need to make some changes make Richhelle y’all manager or raise or something sure y’all will not but y’all will keep getting bad reviews not that all care but she is amazing also big ups to Maintenance they have been doing a good job keeping trash in the only trash dumpster on property also all Residence keep putting trash on the side instead of by the compactor

Miss Jessy was very outstanding and nice to both my partner and I. She helped us fill out the application to get the apartment we need. The units are nice and spacious most importantly well cleaned prior to moving in. Neighborhood is quiet and clean with dog parks, playground for kids and a beautiful pool area. Any issues you need to get resolved are taken care of, thanks to Miss Jessy :).

I have been at Brynwood since 2021. They were able to help me when I was in a jam. I was able to get into the complex right away.I have not always had the best experience with some of the management ( Argentina) who was always extremely aggressive while collecting rent via text message and email. However when I personally go into the office and speak to Liz and Sandra I have always had a positive outcome with any of my needs and issue ( which are not many). I have always felt great after leaving their office with anything that I needed. Liz and Sandra are extremely attentive with their residents and listen with empathy to any situation small or big regarding the complex and residents needs. They are always working to improve the complex to make it family friendly!

Yes, the place has had new management but I think thats the way everywhere has been since covid. Its hard to get people who want to work but Im sure with patience it will get there. Besides that maintenance has always been on point. John and Devin are always out to help and ask how Im doing in passing and if I need anything to just ask. I really appreciated them not only putting in my dishwasher but fixing my door and stove too. You also cant go wrong with the location.

We had some issues when we first moved in however they went above and beyond to get the issues resolved and make us happy with our new home. The new management also looks to be getting things around the complex fixed which is great. Love the trash pickup at your front door. ❤️ Also very quiet complex which is nice. Highly Recommend

I went to tour this Property on Saturday and Jessie the red head girl was super nice and friendly oriented. She took the tile out of her day to go over the details and went above and beyond ti find the apartment I was looking for this girl needs a raise or a bonus or should be a manager cause she damn sure knows what she is doing the way she presented herself! If you guys are in the market for leasing a apartment ask for Jessie she rocks!

My family and I have lived in this apartment complex almost 5 years. The only reason we are moving out this summer is because we are buying a house. I have to say reading some of these review I am a little surprised at the negative ones because I have never personally experienced some of the things I read. The previous office management was HORRIBLE but the new office management has been AMAZING. I have NEVER seen bugs in my apartment. They keep the grounds well kept and cared for. The maintenance team is great and issues are always resolved in a timely manner. Its peaceful here and neighbors are very nice. I always see reviews about parking but since I have a covered parking I have not had issues other than people trying to park in my paid parking spot. Glad to finally see them towing people. Dont park in a spot you know you dont pay for! This is common sense people. I would definitely recommend this complex. Ive lived in other complexes around San Antonio and this has by far been the best one.

In the short time Ive been at Brynwood Ive had a couple of issues with my garbage disposal. I was thrilled when the issue was finally diagnosed correctly and fixed. Rick came by and found that the disposal was ready to be replaced. He replaced it within an hour and I havent had any problems since. Hold on to and treat your maintenance team well, Brynwood. They do a great job and are stretched due to what seems like frequent turnover. I want to also thank John for being a constant and also responding to my concerns when I first moved in.

I moved in November 2017 and have had only a few problems. There have been issues with ants (first floor apartment and this has been corrected), residents not picking up after their dogs or letting them roam off-lease, and there are way too many unused covered parking spaces that should be regular (free) spaces. I ended up renting a space so I dont have to hunt for a spot all the time - it also prevents me from getting inside a brazen bull every time I need to go somewhere in the summer. Ive had only one issue with billing which was corrected fairly easily.I very much want to have my apartment renovated, but Ive been told that takes 3 weeks which is not an acceptable time frame (IMO), so I guess Im stuck with what I have. BUT its not too bad...just disappointing that I moved in right before the renovations started. The last downside is that I was promised a $400 referral bonus that I am still waiting on. I cant help but wonder if we (myself and the other tenants waiting) will ever see this credit on our accounts.I have wonderful neighbors that welcomed me with open arms and always offer help when I need it. Maintenance is always friendly and quick to fix anything that goes wrong. Also, Ive had no issues with the office staff even though they seem to cycle through people every month. Overall, I love my apartment and the community and will likely stay here for at least another year.

After reading all the reviews I was a little hesitant to check this place out, but I’m glad I did. The front office was very helpful and treated me with great respect. Especially the assistant manager Michelle, she went above and beyond and helped me get the information I needed. I’m glad I made this place my home been here for 2 months and haven’t had any problem at all. And every time I see Michelle she smiles and asks me how it’s going and if I need anything. So don’t always trust what you read. Great Job Brynwood!

I love living here. This place brings a peace of calmness. Office staff are always available and very friendly. When I put in work orders they are always done in a timely matter. Maintenance staff are also very friendly and very respectful. I enjoy the events that are hosted by Brynwood. The apartment swimming pool is always clean and the complex is nicely lit up at night. First time living in the city and in an apartment. I can not complain at all.

Super thankful for the maintenance Mariah who went swimming in the pool last week to clean it! I enjoyed my Friday swim and now my kiddo can swim comfortably!!!!I also appreciate Mariah, Devin, and Jon for cleaning up the trash and cannot be more thankful! It’s an ugly sight when all you see is trash!Recommendations! Can we please get a new coat of paint on our buildings? I have been super loyal to Brynwood and enjoy seeing our property looking nice! I will help keep it clean if y’all do!!!!Anyway, thanks a bunch!

Everyone is so nice and helpful. I’ve had furniture delivered to the office and they have helped me to take it upstairs. I offered money and they would not take it. The maintenance people are also nice and respectful of your requests as well as getting the job done in a timely manner. The residents are mainly families or couples, no one sketchy. My apartment is a little outdated but there are renovated apartments at a higher rate. There are no signs of roaches. There’s dryer and washer at every unit. They have weekly community events and they have trash valet. However, I haven’t figured out the cable that they charge us for 🤨

The apartment grounds are great and clean. The pool is a fun spot to visit during the summer times. As far as the units themselves they are fairly spacious and comfortable. The front office is very friendly and willing to work with you on any issue you have. The maintenance is very timely and able you work with you on any issue you have. My AC was on the fritz and the new maintenance team was able to fix it right away.

Thanks to a great staff (shout out to Shanice who has made my experience in the office extremely personal---she makes me feel like she cares) I dont have any major complaints. I am about to sign my 3rd lease, and I would recommend anyone to live here. The staff is amazing, but Shanice is my go to person...I would like to send a personal thanks to her for all that she has done for me!! I moved to this complex after living on the NE side in an apartment that had 22 rats both alive and dead. My family has peace of mind and has finally felt safe here. Having disabled children, their peace of mind and safety is my TOP priority.

The Office staff has really made a difference as far as customer service and experience here in San Antonio. My work orders have always been taking care of on time. the property is always clean, we really enjoy the residents events. The person who has stood out the most to me and my family is Shanice the leasing agent. she has made me and my family feel comfortable and is always a smiling face Ohh yess and we love the cookies she bakes every morning!!Shes very business professional she really is a listener. the managers Yassy and Lori have always made a good impression also going above and beyond . Response to maintenance issues have been attended to in a timely manner. Management knows me by name and apt number and service dog’s name. Handicap parking is an issue. I’ve been told a new spot will be made. However I do think there is a family with two cars using two handicap spots when they could get by with one. My biggest complaint would be the pet owners that are so disrespectful and don’t pick up after their dogs. Can’t even play in the dog park because of dog feces everywhere. Let alone walk or play in commons area due to same reason.For those of you that are so unhappy then maybe you ought to move. I’ve been in enough apt complexes to know this is a good place to live. Brynwood is an amazing place to live. I have lived here in 2 different units for 2 years. Office staff,especially Yassi is super friendly, efficient, and attentive to apartment community and residents. Maintanence staff, especially Jacob is fast, reliable, and respectful. I had zero to no problems with either of my units and if I did-Jacob made sure to have it done that day if not the next morning. I would like to thank Mr. Jhon and María who were in our apartment because we had a problem with the kitchen sink. I had had that problem for 2 weeks and they came and immediately solved the problem. I cannot be more than grateful for their kindness. 2 people, their work was excellent and they found the solution very quickly. Thank you thank you. We are very comfortable living in these apartments, the only problem is that when we made the rental contract for a 3-bedroom apartment, they promised us a washer and dryer inside our apartment and I had to sell the ones I owned and when I I moved, I didnt find anything in the laundry and they havent solved my problem with what they promised me. Otherwise we are happy to live in this apartment complex. Thats why I couldnt give my 5 stars. Sorry. I wish they could solve that problem.
