Been living here 9 months now and never had a problem or issue with the apartment nor any of the employees. Everyone has always been great every time I do come across any one of the employees. If you don’t want to hear noises above you, pay a little extra to get a an apt above so you don’t have to go through that problem. They keep everything very neat and clean outside and I do value where I stay. Apt is beautiful and spacious. Neighbors all keep to themselves. No one bothers anyone. I love it here.

The Apartment is old but well maintained, did not face any kind of issues with the appliances as well. No roaches but had issues with ants. The neighborhood is safe, we used to walk around the apartment late at night and we never had any issue. For me the only issue was that the maintenance team would not be available during weekend, no matter how big of any emergency it is.

These apartments are great and the move in process was super smooth thanks to the manager Jo Ann. the maintenance are quick to fix an issue, never takes longer than 24 hrs to take a look at what’s going on and the valet trash is a plus.

*UPDATE*WE GOT THE SPOT! special thanks to Joann and Miranda, they are soooo sweet and extremely helpful and transparent. They walked us through the entire process, and we ended up with our beautiful 1bd townhome w the garage.The community is super chill and quiet. The maintenance men -Jose and Gustavo and the ladies in the front are awesome. I can see myself here for the long haul. Thank you so so much again ladies!The units and the property match the pictures online, some dont even do it justice.

I moved in at the end of Dec 2019. I was originally drawn to this community because of the large unique floor plans, attached garages and immediate move in availability. You wont find a bigger place for the price in this area.Management is also unique. Jarred and the other office staff are very professional, knowledgeable and treat you like a person instead of a door number. Felix the head maintenance guy is very experienced and personable as well. During a maintenance request I had he took it upon himself to spend a few extra minutes to help me make sure my baby gate was secure since it was obvious I had issues installing it myself. Ive never had an experience where maintenance calls you by name and goes above and beyond to lend a hand.The only area I would improve if up to me would be providing more opportunities for the families in the community to get to know each other.

Ive lived at the complex for over a year and a half now and I love my apartment. I guess Im lucky because my neighbors are quiet. I rarely call the office but the last few times i had maintenance issues they came out the same or next day. I recently just met some of the new leasing agent and they were very friendly. I most likely will renew when my lease is up.

The new management has really worked hard to make positive changes. They have upgraded all of the townhomes and are quick to respond to all maintenance requests. They have garages, and a pool, and I especially enjoy the fire pit and grill area around the pool. It makes having guests over comforting and entertaining, just like home. The staff have always been very helpful and kind, and the manager, Natasha, has always gone above and beyond for anything my family has needed. I would recommend to anyone!

So me and my wife have lived here for a couple years and can only say apartments are apartments but we have not had any problems except the A/C and the Maintenance put blower fan in backwards and I watched him do it and tried to explain it was wrong. ( Ive done A/C work for 27 yrs ) but he is no longer here .. Other than that the price you pay for an apartment with a garage, washer dryer hook up and cover port is better than others around.. THE ONLY COMPLAINT IS THE THIN WALLS AND GARAGE DOOR OPENERS (if you are the lower unit) visitors parking can be taken up quickly but that keeps all the extra out of here in my opinion.. we have new management and Jared seems to be taken care of things which we all can appreciate ..

I’m not quite sure why these apartments have bad reviews it must have been due to previous management because Barbi is an excellent manager! I’m not moving into these apartments but to their sister property, there has been some staffing issues so Barbi and Gabi are helping out and they have been lifesavers and have been communicating with me the whole time. Thank you guys so much for going above and beyond and helping someone that isn’t even at your property!!Just an update, Barbi is still the best! Thank you for all you do!!

I’ve been living here for about a year now and after Jarred, our new property manager came in, our apartment culture has changed dramatically in a positive way! He has improved our living conditions to an excellent remodeled unit and has made us feel like family. I love the fact that he genuinely cares for his residents and their concerns and takes care of business right away. He’s very passionate in what he does and am glad we have him leading our Brownstone apartments. Thank you Jarred for taking care of my family and our community. I would recommend these apartments to anyone planning to move to Bedford. Give them a try! You’ll love it!

Ive lived here for a little over a year, the staff is friendly and prompt when responding to work orders for maintenance in my apartment. Barbi is respectful quick in her response times for any questions that I have had in the past.

So initially I was being helped by Jarred who is no longer with the company.After so, Barbara Luna and her other Co worker who name I forgot, began to take over Brownstone.The black girl named Erica or Ebony lol I forgot, was sooooo freaking nice. She was very patient with my concerns and helped me with every question I had.Barbara was also nice but more busy due to her being the property manager, which was understandable.All together Brownstone has been good.The floors and walls are thin so get ready for that.Maintenance is great and will fix everything if you put the request in properly on the web portal. I also recommend calling the office after youve submitted a Maintenance request online.They will return your call.

I moved into the Brownstone Apartment’s 8 months ago and I have had a great expierance thus far. When I have called or sent an email for any type of repair or question, the leasing staff has quickly responded and has always accommodated the same day. This is a family friendly and very welcoming appartment complex. With the nice pool and poolside grilling option it is easy to have fun close to home. The location is great as well with having a large mall, Walmart, Albertsons, Kroger, tons of great restaurants, and plenty of other stores less than 10 min away.

I absolutely LOVED the Brownstone. Jarred was awesome! Im sad to be leaving the community. Very good people him & Brittney. I had no pest issues, no maintenance issues anytime I put in an order it was fulfilled in a timely manner. Great price for the location, floor plans, garage, oh and your own trash bins!

I dont see why theres alot of 1 stars, to be honest management is amazing both connor and barbi are amazing and any issues i had it was taken care of, they were very friendly and family oriented which made everything feel homey, one thing that sucks is that they added towing to the complex, but everything like the apartment and it has a garage which i cant complain like everything here is great been living her almost 2 yrs and still living here so yeah it still get a 5 star from me only cons i have is towing and the rent sky rocketing from inflation which is a con for me id understand 50 to 100 dollars but yeah thats the only things but the rest is great
