I’ve lived here for about 2-3 years, and for the most part is be great. The management has changed a couple times, but they all were/are willing to work with you, are there to help you fix any issues with your unit, or any other matter. The rent is the most reasonable is the areas might I add🤣🤣 My next move will be a house 🏡 so I’ll be here until then(LordSpare)🙏🏽🙏🏽I would refer this property to my friends and familyManager Terry was awesome and is willing to work with you!!Come check em out💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽

Visited apartments and was greeted by Malinda. She was very sweet and helpful. I was given a tour and the property was very clean and quiet. They assisted me with the application process and I am looking forward to calling these apartments my new home! I was very impressed with how helpful Malinda was through out the whole process. I’ve been shopping for a new home for a few months now and this place was the best by far!

I want to live at Brookside Gardens because the staff was so patient and gracious with their time. The apartments are AMAZING with ample closet space too. The kitchen is a little small but I can work with it and just buy a utility cart to store some of my small appliances but I love the overall size and location!Management took time to explain the application process from start to finish and I cant wait to call Brookside Gardens home!

I had the please of meeting the manager on 03/31/2022 and I must say she is one of the most caring compassionate professional property managers Ive ever come in contact with. She goes above and beyond her job description for her residence I witnessed it for myself just wish there were more people like her in this world in general.

I love that they care about their residence. My AC unit stop working around 9pm. I call the emergency line, less than 5 minutes they contacted me and wanted to walk me through steps. I didnt feel comfortable messing with the AC unit so a maintenance man come out the next morning and fix my ac. My friends and family love my apartment and the only thing I would change is upgrade to a larger apartment in time.

First let me start by saying I dont know about the reviews posted because my experience has been the total opposite particularly due to one person on the management team. Ms. Teresa ( if i spelled it wrong forgive me) is the ABSOLUTE BEST!!!!! Cannot stop raving about the level of professionalism from her and she always greets her residents with the biggest smile! There will always be issues no matter where you live (apartment, house, condo, ect.) but I can always count on her and the mgmnt team to work hard to resolve them. Thank you all for what you do everyday for your residents. I work in customer service as well so I can imagine the struggles that they deal with on a daily basis. Keep up the great work!!!

Im all moved in!!!!!! We love the location and staff .. the ladies worked hard to get our lease signed in a timely manner. While there is a bit of trash over flow, the grounds people are out every day cleaning up the pool is the best so far (always clean)... when I put in a work order, the maintenance man was at the door in less than an hour ... Our new apartment is so awesome, I can even get a midnight workout in the 24 hour gym .. 5 happy campers ... thx Brookside Gardens

I normally dont write reviews but however, Brookside Gardens will be my new home very soon. I must say...…Ms. Malinda took great care of me through the whole process, she is very helpful and made me feel very comfortable about my new transition. Great communication, and very understanding. Shes the best!!!!!!

Ive been here almost 5 years. With no serious issues. UNTIL TODAY ... My A/C went out & my apartment was HOT HOT ... I called the emergency number & left a message & LESS THAN 5 minutes later Ms. Cindy was calling & checking on things ... She sent the maintenance man & he was here within 20 minutes & quickly fixed the problem. Now Im back in the A/C ... Thank you for your quick response time Ms. Cindy 🙃

Since apartment been under new management they have really been doing a good job on making sure the tenants are happy and all they needs are getting taking care of… I luv the maintenance crew they does awesome job.

Thanks to mrs Ashley she the reason I stay it’s so much better she not ruled she so sweet and helpful to us now it feels like home because Terri omg had all of us ready to leave thank god for mrs Ashley she the best she really there for us we all see a big difference with her in charged now I’ll let my friends and family know it’s worth them moving over here now we was living in hell with Terri now it’s so much better a real big difference with mrs Ashley she a real team player thank again for her the best move brookside could ever did now we finally at peace with her

When ever you stay in an apartment complex. Their will be something good or bad about the apartments. You will have good neighbors and some bad neighbors as well. Some people care, and some dont care, or respect and take care of other peoples property. Some people Watch and take care of their children and some dont. Now about the trash, i have seen children and Adults put the trash on the ground and the dumpster was not full at all. Just think if this complex didnt take children at all. Someone still will complain. Now about the Staff. The ladies in the office do work very hard. Especially dealing with a large complex like this. So I cant say the staff is Rude. But I have came across some residents and their guests that are very Rude. Ones that dont have respect or concern for others, especially ones that live on the third floor and running through their apartment only for me to feel like my ceiling is about to fall in. Then when you have things that are in place for safety reasons. Like the gate. You may not know the code to the gate. So you just prop it open and then everyone is coming in the gate . Of course half of the people coming in dont live here. So think if you were in your own house. You would have to pay for everything Plus if you have plumbing problems that too. And it is Not Cheap. Cause they charge by the hour.... So in order for the Staff to do their part. The Residents have to their part as well.Until you have your OWN house. Where ever you go. Apartment will have something Good or Bad about them.... So JUST BE THANKFUL that you have a Roof over your head. Because their are many who dont have a place at all.

Mrs Ashley is the best I was moving she made me change my mind brookside gardens it’s so much better now she not rude you call her about anything in your apartment and they coming the best peace we had since Terri smh that lady was the devil omg brookside apartments need to thank mrs Ashley because Terri had us all ready to go now that’s she gone we all had a change of heart if mrs Ashley ever leave brookside apartments I know brookside lost me as a tenant you don’t find them like mrs Ashley anymore

Ive lived at Brookside Garden Apartments for 12 yrs and for the most part of it they have always be kind, caring and gone the extra mile to help me and my family stay a float especially in these trying times that we live in today and for that Im truly grateful. We need more establishments like Brookside Garden Apartments where people go out of their way to fight for their residents. I thank God for them!

I cant say enough about Ms. Maggie and Ms. Wiley. When they left the apartments the complex went down. I am so glad they are back and things are back on track again. They are both very helpful and caring.

Brookside garden is a great place to live but when we got the apartment the paint was falling off it was have cleaned and it was just nasty and it was rust everywhere and everything but if you get a apartment here make sure to check the house other than that it’s good it’s quite and everything
