    Ive had a wonderful experience at Brooksfield Apartments, and much of that is thanks to Anyssa! She truly goes above and beyond to make residents feel welcome and supported. From the moment I moved in, Anyssa was attentive to every detail, making the process smooth and stress-free. Her professionalism, friendly attitude, and quick responses to any concerns or questions make a huge difference. The community is great, and the amenities are well-maintained, but its the helpful staff, especially Anyssa, that really sets this place apart. Highly recommend!

    The front office people are so sweet and got me into an apartment really fast. The down payment is really cheap. The one bedroom is really cute for one person or a couple.

    I recently accepted a new job and started the process to move to San Antonio Texas. It’s been a 0-100 process and let me say the individuals over at Brooksfield Apartments have made this the easiest and best experience I’ve ever had with any apartment complex before! Every single person who’s answered the phones in their leasing office has been kind, caring, and an absolute delight to talk to. I’m really looking forward to moving into my apartment at the end of the week and getting to meet everyone!

    Perfect place to live.Very good apartment complex, with multiple kids happily playing around.Special Kudos to Yvette Torres for answering all my queries and supportive in every situation from moving in and till last date.They have a super man who does the maintenance job , I just put the maintenance request while going to work in morning and see everything is fixed, when I am back from work.I will never forget this apartment, as this is my first apartment, where I stayed in USA.Unfortunately, I had to terminate my lease and leave out of town. I couldnt convince them to wave off the lease breakage fee. I would have been very much happy if that happened , but never mind...I had a wonderful experience living there.

    I have just moved into this beautiful remodeled apartment with new appliances black and silver, hardwood floors, new ceiling fans, blinds and staff. Anyssa and the maitnace man were helpful.Anyssa went out of there way to make sure I was able to use the portal.This was a blessing to have a beautiful home to and with a small gift (haven’t had a chance to open yet).Thank you office staff for being kind, thoughtful and knowledgeable.

    It’s been amazing living here. Management answers questions right away, emails of any new events are sent out, maintenance is provided as soon as they can. The maintenance man i spoke to also let’s me know what he’s doing and if there’s any problems, directs me to who i can talk to and what i should say. I see kids have fun outside and no worries since there’s never any suspicious people. Would recommend to anyone to move in, there’s even an app for all the residents where we can comment on anything for everyone to see. I will warn anyone, get your stickers for your vehicles, i don’t blame the apartment complex but i do blame the towing company, (Trinity Towing),they have, horrible people who are thirsty for money and will look for the first car to take and i speak from past experience in a past apartment complex i lived at(Marigold Apartments).

    I have been a resident of the Brooksfield community for over a year now and today, my air conditioner began blowing hot air - during the hottest part of the day (nearly 100 degrees outside)! I put in a service request ticket and within 30 minutes Charlie (maintenance worker) was knocking at my door ready to take corrective action. He quickly identified the issue (the motor on my outside unit had gone out), he went outside to work on it, and within 15 minutes I had cool air blowing inside my unit again! This is just one of many positive experiences Ive had as a resident, but one worth mentioning publicly, especially when you hear so many horror stories from those at other apartment complexes experiencing a similar issue and having to wait months on end for a resolution. I am beyond thankful for the constant going above and beyond that is displayed by every employee of this community and am happy to call Brooksfield my home!

    I just moved in about 2 weeks ago and I would like to thank Lauren. She helped me from start to finish, she went over and beyond and made this process so easy and flawless! No issues at all whatsoever. From the moment she showed me an apartment, through the application process and finalizing lease, walk through in detail over everything and even the condition of my apartment was better than expected.     I have been here since 2018. So far management are very understanding,helpful and professional Yvette Torres is one of the best on the team.The maintenance are always on point get there job done and explain everything they are doing especially Charlie. Rick is very good at installing new a/c .Great living community. Only issue is the smell through the entrance but nothing can be done about that.

    The maintenance workers at Brooksfield are top-notch. Charlie recently assisted with the removal of wasp nests that had taken over my patio area and changing of my air conditioner filter - all within 2 hours of putting in my maintenance request with Lauren (another awesome team member). Every individual Ive met while living in this community has been so genuine and friendly - ready and willing to help with anything!

    Maintenance has been on top of things since I moved in. This is a growing area and I love the location. Even through a pandemic the office has been friendly and always open for helping me, Yvette made sure that my contactless move in went smoothly.The prices are great and my apartment is nice a cozy even if it is an older community it is well kept.

    I’ve been living at Brooksfield for around 4 months and It’s everything that I needed , and more. Yvette , the manager, is very friendly and heavily involved in the community. You’re not just a number here. The staff knows you by name and takes the time to get to know you. The maintenance guys are super fast. It’s walking distance from a beautiful park, which is excellent for a good run in morning. There’s a Volleyball court and a big park located inside the complex as well. There are plenty of restaurants/bars in walking distance. They have security checking the complex a couple times a day for that added comfort. I would highly recommend these apartments.

    We are going on almost 4 years at the Brooksfield Apartment complex. We really enjoy it here. Everyone is always quick to help with any problem we might have. Charlie especially is always quick to answer our service requests no matter the time of the day. (Even if its almost midnight) We really appreciate the time and effort he puts into our requests.     All the people that work here, are 2nd to none. Always smiling great for family. Always willing and able to help you out. The maintenance men are top notch. Great neighbors. Some are bad, but thats life. The only bad I have to say is, nothing lived here for almost 5 years. Will recommend to anyone to live here.

I’ve been here over two years but lately with the new management included they have been courteous and helpful in several ways.     I love living here so private everyone decorates no thieves, staff is always friendly and comfortable, maintenance is on point no issues, parking is a little difficult for guest not much areas spread out. Over all as a resident is great!!
