    The moving process was such a good experience, they had the place ready really fast. The staff have been nothing but great to us plus they made they have been really helpful with the 50 thousand questions that I have. Highly recommend the place

    I’ve been living here for 8 years and aside from normal wear and tear any issues I’ve had with my apartment have always been addressed in a positive timely manner. Our property manager is always friendly and listens to any concerns and also takes action when needed. Living in an apartment requires a certain amount of patience since families have to live in close proximity but we learn to understand each other. The property is clean and well maintained and so I just renewed my lease. I’m happy to be here.

    In the time that I have lived here the complex has gone through changes, but for the better. The staff was very helpful on any issue that did rise, while living here (the occasional air filter replacement, key replacement, etc.) The grounds around the complex are clean and cleaned daily by the wonderful maintenance crew. If it is messy when you are here, its from humans that dont live in the complex. They tend to drive in the complex and dump furniture or mostly construction material along the area of the dumpsters late at night or if feeling bold in the afternoon when no one is around. They have slowed down coming around once I started to cat call them from my patio. An improvement that the complex has added is pet waste stations, unfortunately, some furry friends just have lazy owners and are just terrible humans that still refuse to use this delightful tool. For the folks that do love their dogs and are responsible pet owners, we do use it. The staff is great at keeping the bags stocked in the areas for us to use. Also, pets are welcomed here so that was a plus for us, you just pay a pet fee monthly, my dog is great at paying his rent on time. The ACs work great in the Texas heat during the summer and the heater works well on cold nights in the winter. The pipes never froze in the winter and the staff is great at information ahead of any weather alerts. My unit never had any rodent issues or any issues with any pests and Im next to the dumpster, so Im not sure if that was an issue somewhere else in the complex. Helpful hint, just spray bug spray twice a year around the outside of your unit windows or inside and this will prevent any of those issues. Best 10 bucks you can spend at Wal-Mart, plus you know keep your apartment clean, it does wonders. The complex also does these monthly pest sprays upon request. The family across from me are quiet and respectful, never had issues with them. The young adults above are young adults, so they occasionally are a bit loud on weekends but during normal hours on the weekend so its no biggie because it was never an issue. The complex does have some quirky humans but nothing to be uncomfortable with if you just keep walking and ignore them. The rent went up while I was here the 2nd year but thats normal, still less than what was around at other apartments. The bills seemed normal and reasonable while I living there, I was a downstairs unit. The water bill is fairly low (40 max, monthly) and the electric bill (Entergy) was never high (90 max, monthly). My Xfinity worked great, never any issues ( 50 monthly). I paid for parking (20, monthly ) which I do recommend, it saves you having to search for a spot that you (or guests) wont get towed from. Heads up if you get towed its around 300 dollars to get it back, so just pay the 20 bucks to the front office for a spot and save yourself some cash. The parking lot never floods in the heavy rain season. I never used the washateria on the grounds, so I cant give feed back on that area, but I do know it went from coins to an app. The mailboxes got replaced but the office was quick to replace those mail boxes with new keys. The pool area got remodeled while I was here and has adorable summer colors that pop, very Instagram worthy. Door dashers, Instacart, and any deliveries in general always found the complex easy. Overall, I enjoyed living here the few years I was here. I watched the riff raff move out and this little complex grow into newer & better things. The friendly Dayton cops make rounds in the complex, so you do feel safe. I would recommend this location because it is very quiet & clean compared to other complexes in Dayton. The staff is on top of their game here via the app, online forum in the resident site, or in office visits. Ill miss the raccoons behind the fence in the woods during my early morning dog walks or late night walks to the dumpster. Theyre friendly raccoons and they like berries, I named one Harold.

    I have LOVED living here. I have been here for two years (this October) and hope to be able to live here for at least another year. We love the Management! Karen has always been able to help me with my apartment; from getting Pest Control here (very quickly) to being patient and understanding when I had questions (which she answered all of them). She has been great to me AND my other family members (who also live in other apartment units). Ryan has also been super nice to us, and we love seeing her and Karen; whenever we are able to. My son is also Autistic, so they make sure that future tenants that live beneath us, are informed that my son can be noisy; JUST so that we would never have to worry about having neighbors who would call and complain about us, and made sure that whoever moved into the apartments below us were nice people! We love our downstairs neighbors! Thank you Karen, for being amazing! Very professional and very easy to talk to!

    I have lived at this apartment complex for about 3 years now and it has been a wonderful experience. The newly updated apartments are very lovely and the price is really reasonable. When it is time to renew the lease, the month rent only increases by enough to keep up with the market, usually $20 dollars or so. Besides the electricity, the utilities are shared throughout the complex and because of that they are quite low.Management is very helpful and will work to solve any issues or concerns that are brought to their attention. Ms Karen, the manager, is very pleasant and will take the time to explain details of a situation for better understanding, and Ms Ryyan is the best leasing officer the office has had yet. She is very attentive and will go out of her way to assist.The maintenance team, Mr. Roman and Mr. Walter, is so responsive and courteous. Depending on the time an online ticket is submitted, they respond either that same day or early the next day. There is a 24 hour emergency line that is really helpful and the team is there within an hour or two.One down side is that there are only a few apartments that have washer and dryer hookups; the rest must rely on the two laundry rooms on the property to wash clothes. The washer and dryers that are supplied are on the smaller side and they do require quarters, which is understandable for maintenance/ rental costs but it is an inconvenience.

    The apartments are nice and have a decent space. The wood floors are easy to keep clean. Ceiling fans in rooms are great. Carpet in bedroom is nice. Surroundings are very green and pretty. Office pays attention to what you say. Could be better with a handicapped ramps where needed.

    I went to an apartment showing at brookhallow apartments today and it was the most pleasant experience Ive had shopping for apartments I ever had. Both of the property manager ladies were very polite, nice, knew all the answers to our questions and very friendly and welcoming. Also the apartments are by far the best choice in Dayton and the surrounding areas. We were sold in minutes.

    We have called this place home now for almost 3 years. Our requests are handled promptly and professionally. They listen to any concerns I have had and have seen changes being made where need. The neighborhood is quiet and it feels safe. Look forward to continuing our stay at these apartments.

    When I first moved to Brookhollow apartment I was having trouble with the roof leaking and when I reported to Ryyan she acted fast and offered to move me. I really appreciate it. These apartments are beautiful and well kept and maintained. Both Ryyan and Karen are amazing people that care.

    I’ve made this complex my home for nearly 9 years. I’ve never had any issues that maintenance hasn’t jumped on and repaired.The current management is satisfactory in my book and are really attentive to realistic needs. Every time that I’ve needed something within business hours; they have always been open. The neighborhood is conveniently located next to everything and is really safe. With a little TLC, our community can keep it that way.

    I havent even moved in here...yet. lol. My husband and I are putting in the app after his interview on Friday but so far the manager and I have communicated over email. She has settled any questions I have had in a timely manner and she is just as sweet as pie!! This place is wonderful! I would deff recommend swinging by here! Worth the extra money and the extra drive for us for SURE!
