Brookhaven Apartments have been very good to me and family. They are very spacious and clean. The outside is very nice and always clean. The management and maintenance are always there to answer calls. Problems always solved that day. Rachel is very Professional. I love living here. Going on 2 years.

I’ve lived here so far 10 months going on 11 and have decided to renew my lease. I love the nice people in office, the cleanliness, the quietness, the aesthetic of the place, and honesty I haven’t had a bad experience at this apartment. I rate it 5 stars for their communication, when I have a problem in my unit they come fix it, overall I’ve had a good experience at brookhaven apartments 😊.

Ive lived here for 5 years. The manager Rachel is awesome and the maintenance team is prompt. Ive never had issues here and the area is very convenient to shopping and dining

I would like to share how wonderful my stay has been at Brookhaven Apts I lived with my brother and I decided to get my own apt here at Brookhaven. The staff is amazing Rachel is very well at her job and found me the most great apt at Brookhaven and upgraded and at great price. Adriana is has such a great attitude whenever I call and put work orders in. Thanks Brookhaven and Staff for my amazing stay so far.. I give your staff a 10 if I could.

When I initially came in to look for an apartment, the girl who does the leasing, pearl, was very formal and helpful with giving me options timely. I called back and talked with Holley, the manager, and she was very kind in giving me my options. Ive had some friends who have spent a long time there, and based on my interactions with the staff I would highly recommend taking the time to stop by here if your looking for an apartment.

I went in recently to look for a 2 bdr and the lovely lady in the office welcomed me in when I arrived. She was very knowledgeable and very friendly. She showed me a unit and I love the property. The location is perfect. The office manager Rachel was very helpful I will definitely recommend the property.

Hugo and the Manager Rachel are very wonderful staff at Brookhaven Apts. They get things done here at Brookhaven.. Great job staff. I just moved in 2 months and love it already..

The new management is excellent! They took care of me in a timely fashion and were incredibly helpful with any questions I had. Very nice area near many restaurants and hot spots. Apartments and patios are also very spacious.

Few friends who live on that golf course and every time I come by, isee them out there on their porches always trying to get me to move in so we can golf all the time and chew-fat. in my day, you were suppose to get service, which is all they talk about. the crew there is incredible, the guy who fixes their ice boxes, they short one in the office. good stuff, worth movin n from what I hear

If your looking for a great place to live, I would definitely consider this place. The new manager is very nice and helpful. Maintenance staff is great and every time I have an issue it gets taken care of in a timely manner.

I love living in this apartments, they area clean, safe area, they have a really nice golf course view, and there is plenty of parking, the ladies at the office are also very professional and helpful.

5 stars, because Laura Is sooo sweet & I love my place‼️ My move in was such a breeze, she is absolutely the best..She returned phone calls, and messages in a timely manner, if you are interested in moving here contact Laura she will help you all she can..
