    Brook Hollow Apartments are amazing! The community is clean, quiet, and well-maintained, making it a great place to live. The property manager, Nicole, is fantastic—always attentive, responsive, and goes above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly. I couldn’t be happier with my experience here.     Nicole was great to work with when we were making our family’s decision in choosing Brook Hollow. I’m sure I annoyed her time and time again with my constant questions, and random drop ins leading up to the completion of our unit and moving in, but she never once showed it! Haha. She explained the move in process and set all expectations pertaining to our first day and ensured it went off without a hitch. The complex is gorgeous, the amenities are top notch, and the units are spacious and very well appointed. Our family could not be more pleased with Nicole and the Brook Hollow community as a whole.

    If you are looking for an amazing place to call home I highly recommend brook hallow apartments. I have toured and talked to many apartment complexes in Wichita Falls and have had many family members rent apartments in Wichita Falls. Out of all of the apartments Brook Hallow, has the best management in town!! Nicole and Elizabeth made the move-in process go smoothly and went above and beyond with everything making sure we got everything we wanted. Also, they are very knowledgeable and make you feel like you are one of their family members. They go above and beyond on the daily keeping their property in tip top shape and making sure their customers are happy, unlike other apartments that just want to help you when you move in, but after that, you are on your own and good luck getting maintenance to fix your issues. But at brook hallow you don’t have to worry about any of that, the staff is amazing and if you have any problems, brook hallow takes care of them immediately. With that being said if you want the extra stress off of you and you want a luxury apartment with all the amenities I highly recommend Brook Hallow Apartments!!

    Brook Hollow Apartments appear to be a very clean and organized property. I applied for an apartment a month ago and the apartment manager Nicole was knowledgeable and very efficient with getting information together for my approval. I did not end up moving but if I do decide to in the future I would definitely choose Brook Hollow Apartments. They are the nicest apartments in Wichita Falls by far and the staff is awesome.

    The property manager Nicole was helpful and friendly! You can tell she takes great pride and ownership in her role, trying to meet all needs and was very personable. If you want to feel home, this is the apartment complex for you!

    Nicole is the sweetest most informative person! She answered all my questions and even helped me pick the perfect apartment for my picky husband! She definitely has an eye for details and a heart thats geared towards helping people like me find that perfect place! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER to Anyone looking for a New Place!     This apartment complex appears to be very clean and taken care of! The property manager has an amazing heart and desire to take care of other peoples needs! She goes above and beyond, and wants the best for everyone! I highly recommend getting a spot here!

    Brook Hollow is a great place to live! From the service to the brand new living spaces, this is the place to be. There are so many great amenities here that far outweigh those from other communities. The best community in Wichita Falls!

    Nicole, the property manager, will advocate for you to get fair treatment in all things and make sure you feel heard through the whole process of renting! Also, the awesome gym facility on location means I can work out in peace without all the attention of a big gym, but I still have access to all the equipment.
