    I used to live here from 2012 to 2021. I recently moved back to this side of town and decided to come back to this complex. I came back to new management along with new features in the apartments which was a pleasant surprise and just as nice as the 2 luxury apartments I stayed in prior despite these apartments being older. Ms. Cherry has accommodated me and my plethora of questions to the best of her ability with a bright and positive attitude. Jeramie also assisted me when Ms. Cherry was unavailable and notified me of the availability of the same exact unit I moved from in 2021 which I ended up moving back into. Theres been some very minor mishaps however, they were tended to rather quickly so Im satisfied overall and grateful to both Ms. Cherry and Jeramie for their assistance on getting me moved in and taken care of.

    I have been living here at Broadstone Briarforest for over 6 years and am very pleased. It is an older complex, but our maintenance staff is top notch!! When I submit a maintenance request, they are quick to respond, usually the same day. Kudos to maintenance man., Edgar!!! He is always courteous and efficient! I am also extremely pleased with the management team! Cherry, the receptionist and Jeremy. are great! Our apartments are nestled in an established neighborhood with nice and well maintained homes.

    Moved in a month ago and love it. The office is super cool with my living habits and very helpful. Maintenance is super responsive as well. The place was clean with minor adjustments needed and fixed with great haist. All in all best move in experience I ever had and very good attitude having staff. I love it here

    This is an amazing complex perfect for me! I just moved in on 12/02/2024 the entire process was stress free the ladies in the office made me feel very comfortable like family ❤️I’m 9 months pregnant the staff made sure I was set up with no problems at all everything was fast and easy. Everyone very professional and nice I love it!!!

    This is an absolutely great communities to live in. The staff there are all very polite and helpful. Property manager Crystal horrell is the best management that we have had here . She is very friendly fast and knowledgeable, and answers any questions that I might have was complete confidence. Id recommend all my closest friends and family to live here

    I came to tour the property yesterday and was met with nothing but smiles and warm welcomes from Crystal and Jeremy. The entire staff was so kind they were having a small thanksgiving gathering for the residents. Cherry answered all my questions I came a bit later in the evening but I will be applying so I can live in a place that wants to know and hear from their residents.

    Crystal is a Rockstar Hero Lady!!!From the moment I spoke to Crystal on the phone, I knew this was *it*. She had me at Hello!—and not in a cheesy rom-com way, but in a This place is going to be *home* kind of way. Her vibe was like finding out guacamole *isnt* extra—rare, smooth, and instantly satisfying.When I finally met her in person, the seamless transition from phone to in-person was like upgrading from regular coffee to a caramel macchiato. It was just next-level amazing. She answered all my questions, gave me a tour that made me forget I was wearing mismatched socks (true story), and somehow managed to be both professional and hilariously personable.The whole process was like hanging out with a friend who just so happens to make your housing dreams come true. Crystal, if youre reading this, you deserve a cape because youre basically a superhero of leasing.If youre thinking about moving here, just call and ask for Crystal. Trust me, you’ll want to pack your boxes before the conversation even ends. Five stars, 10/10, would lease again! 🏡✨

    12/12/24Since Google won’t allow me to leave another review and I don’t want to delete my prior one , I’ll update this one from 2 years ago. Before Hurricane Beryl we had issues in our TH that never got addressed with prior Mgmt. They took “note” but nothing happened. There was a temp team a week or so after, and they helped with those issues and had them carried over when Crystal came to the property as Manager. We were given the choice to relocate to another unit and Crystal made sure the transition was easy and the new unit was to our liking and standards. We are very pleased with our new place and location of unit and thankful that we have more space!This new team along with maintenance has been a breath of fresh air and they are doing a great job in getting this complex back in shape.My only complaint is the change to chimney color that happened a while back!Please don’t read other reviews and judge by those, come by and see for yourself and if this complex is not for you, then it’s just not for you.(2022 Review)My husband & I have lived here for going on 5 years now and although it wasn’t to be that long , we have stayed here because of the price, location and convenience of many things around us. Our only complaint has been to not be able to have use of the pool all year due whatever reasons and we have felt that we should have been compensated something towards our rent due to that issue. I’ve personally NEVER had any issues with maintenance when needed or issues with Management or Leasing Agents. I believe it is in how you speak to others that you will be spoken to but courtesy on both parties is ALWAYS.#1. We do like that they are trying to clean up what needs to be done around the property as well. Also , thanks for giving the pups an awesome dog park! 🤩

    I’ve been at these apartments for about 7 months now and I honestly have to say the staff is amazing ,I haven’t had any problems and any time I’ve needed any work done they’ve come asap. overall I’d say i recommend anyone who wants a spacious 1 bed room or 2 bed with a good community to move here.

    I set up an appointment for a tour, when I came in. I was greeted by the property manager, Lola! She was so sweet and helpful. Gave me a tour of the property and saw their model home. Grounds were kept well and model home was beautiful! Lola was very thorough in explaining everything, I’ve been in this business before, so she definitely knows what she’s doing! Which makes me feel confident in living here! I will definitely be choosing Broadstone Apartments!

    I have been living here since 2018. The new front office staff are really a breath of fresh air. I have had a bad AC unit since I moved here and it always got a bandaid quick fix by previous owners. To have someone actually listen to the resident was nice. I don’t have roaches in my apartment-that’s huge for this Texas heat! I’ve never had an issue with the timeliness of the maintenance staff. The online portal makes sending maintenance requests at any time and paying my rent stress free. These apartments are close to necessities and are located in a great school zone! Also very quiet at night. They even got one of our pools open! I like the idea of the parking permits because it stops people from having idle vehicles on the property.

    This complex went from being somewhere I was disgusted with to a place I truly enjoy now. This new management has truly turned things around for the good. I dont feel like us as residents give them enough credit for all they do. They have incorporated so many things that we never had with previous managements, things like pet park and weekly resident events. I love how they keep the complex clean as well as constantly adding new flowers and greenery. They also are painting the buildings this beautiful blue color. This is the first management company where I would truly live at another one of their complexes if i were to ever move, which I dont see happening no time soon due to my new experience here.

    Dejah, Brittany and Michelle are great. They are attentive and knowledgeable. They answer all my questions no matter what it is. I enjoy coming into the leasing office. They make everyone feel comfortable. The Mother’s Day event they held was wonderful! They put 100% effort in everything they do.

    I did not had any problem with the new management. I had a an issue at home and maintenance people were here a very next day and they did a good job. So, I think new management response time is acceptable.I moved out from the apartment last month and cleaned absolutely everything because I was afraid that they will charge me for cleaning like my last apartment. Now, they have called me twice to come and collect my check that I did as a deposit. Imagine a company that will call you to come and collect your check.I have never seen such a transparent behavior from property letting company. If I did not had a job in Kingwood, I would have never moved out. Their team are awesome and they will shine!!! Thank you guys!!Proud that I have lived in that apartment. You guys are awesome!!!

    Brittany which is the Assistant Property Manager is soo amazing! You can definitely tell she cares about making sure each resident is happy! I’m actually a new resident and she really went out her way from measuring the apartment to texting me and responding quickly with every question I had! The apartment community is very clean , and very nice for the price! I have toured the community about 3 times and each time was better then the last! Very happy and excited to move in !!!!!

    I officially got my key yesterday, and I’m very excited to live here! Everything has ran relatively smoothly; and all of the staff are very friendly and professional.The only reason for the four four stars is that when I received the key they still weren’t finished with shampooing the carpet and it took far longer for it to dry than I was told to expect. This factor would have been a tragedy if I had hired movers because I wouldn’t have felt comfortable moving my belongings onto a wet carpet.Other than that I am still looking forward to living here. My apartment is clean, quiet, and the community feels safe.

    I have been living in these Apartments for a while. Although there has been some changes all of them have made my stay here better. The Staff is helpful and caring .Quintus and the New Manager whom I work closely with to resolve a tow issue went above and beyond to resolve the situation. This is a quite respectful community, good friendly neighbors and a great maintenance crew. All I can say is Kudos for the entire team. Love you Guys

    I met the Assistant Property Manager, Brittany Pleasant, on Sunday. It is so fitting that is her last name. I am so happy to have encountered her. Her personality is amazing. Her customer service has been impecable. She literally has been the calm in the storm. I am not big on leaving reviews but I truly hope everyone has a Brittany Pleasant in there lives or at least encounter her at some point.     Tldr: The staff at Broadstone Briar Forest’s leasing office are professional, accessible, respectful, helpful, and patient.I just had a great experience with the leasing office at Broadstone Briar Forest. I decided recently to move out of my Broadstone Briar Forest apartment due to roommate issues. Though this was a stressful time, especially because this was my first time moving out of an apartment, the staff in the leasing office, especially Jenny Bullock, lessened that stress. Jenny answered all my questions patiently and provided me with a lot of helpful advice about the moving out process. She organized a walk-through of my room to assess any damage that had occurred up until the date I was removing my name from the lease. She advised me to update my forwarding address and cancel my apartment insurance policy the day I moved out as well, so I would have other documents supporting that I indeed moved out on that day. All the technicalities were explained to me with a lot of patience and without any condescension, which I greatly appreciated. I would definitely recommend Broadstone Briar Forest to others because of my positive experience with the leasing office staff.

    New management is better. You can tell they are trying to fix a lot of things. I dont really like having to register for parking and maintenance often does subpar work. I do love how interactive the office is with all the events and freebies they have for residents.

    Office staff was a great help. It’s quite at night. I love how spacious it is. I love my upgrades especially the wood floors that are a pretty grey color and how my bedroom gas shaggy carpet. And I have granite countertops, the real ones not the spray on type.

    My initial impression was to give this complex less stars as the first leasing consultant, Amanda, was inefficient, to say the least. She talked around in circles when I called, asked me the same question several times, directed me to the website instead, and overall seemed annoyed that I wanted to lease.Had it not been for Victoria, I wouldnt be considering this place. She took the time to answer all my questions, thoroughly explained the application process, and made me feel better about moving to a side of town I was unfamiliar with.Pros-Location (in the middle of a quiet neighborhood)Dollar per sq. ft.2 swimming poolsCons-Older looking propertyNot gated (doesnt seem to affect the complex much)

    I really like the apartment this is going to be my 2nd year here . The apartments are very clean never has an odor considering that they allow dogs here maintenance I good they are great to fixing any problem as best as they can everyone that lives here is pretty friendly never had problems with anyone the only complaint I have is I wish they could have a time for locking the pool some people at night have large groups at night smoking and vaping in and out of the pool they are very loud and considering that people are only allowed to have 2 visitors per unit it makes me upset that late at night all I hear are people screaming and if they rented the pool at night maybe if the front office would advise resident who live near the pool that there will be a gathering in case of too much noise made by those residents but thats all I have to complain about

    As a former resident of 3 years I gotta say my time here was not so bad. Like any other place we did have some pest here and there. There’s a few things that are maybe outside of the offices hands, maybe. 1. If you have a unit by the pool be ready, people will be there no matter the time of day, 1PM or 1AM and have no consideration of their noise level. 2. People not picking up after their pets like come on. They have baggy stations around and a pet area in the back. 3. Parking was a big issue. It’s more of an issue for the front units closer to the leasing office. Towards the back you’ll be fine. 4. Flooding of the sidewalks. I was located in building 18 and when there was heavy rain the sidewalks are about half a foot to a foot deep of water. Other than that it’s your typical apartment complex. The leasing agents were always welcoming and I never had an issue with the maintenance guys. 4/5 because of the noise at the pool and pest. I’m also glad I don’t have to deal with those drunk guys coming out at 2 in the morning on their patio to talk abut dumb BS. You know who you are.

    My fiancé and I have lived here for about a year and a half. Its a quiet neighborhood. Yes, there have been some issues such as car break-ins and a shooting. This can happen ANYWHERE and the shooting from what I understand was an isolated incident. When there are concerning issues the leasing office attaches a note to our door informing us of criminal acitivty and further safety precaustions. Maintenance is normally attentive, there are other residents so I dont expect things that are non emergency to be fixed immediately. Overall, its well maintained and NO bugs. Which is excellent. We plan on staying for a while.

    I love the community and surrounding neighborhood. Pros: pools, staff, other amenities, and closet space. Cons: no storage, parking, not very handicapped accessible, and price.
