Brixton McKinney Apartments is a hidden gem, nestled away from the highway with large trees and newly renovated apartment homes.Everything I have experienced has been above and beyond. Management is great, they are always willing to answer my questions and take care of any concerns I have. Maintenance is also great and efficient to solve the problem right away. I would definitely check them out and consider making this your new home.

This was by far the best experience I have ever had getting an apartment, it started with the quickest call back ever, I had left a message and within the next 30 min had a response when speaking with Ashley , shamika, Javier, dru , Jose, yusnel , what I call the dream team I was met with family vibes and felt at home before I even had an application in my hand . I then made an appointment to see a apartment and fell in love with the property and its style . The dream team gave me a very professional and exciting experience going through the application process . I would recommend this complex to anyone who is looking for a perfect blend of professionalism and family like, and down to earth people 10-10.

I moved in to Brixton McKinney 6 months ago and so far everything has been great. There were a few delay for maintenance at the beginning but everything is great now. The only pest control issue I had was addressed when the pest control vendor came out (they are here every friday morning; I wave on my way to work). The office staff has been nothing but helpful.

Highly recommend. The management team have been fantastic from jump. They made the move-in process so easy. They have been supportive and always striving to make the best community possible. Clean property and well maintained. I also appreciate that they are attentive to potential problems of shared spaces or disturbances to the community. The apartment itself is awesome. Newly renovated and done well. I have literally had zero problems so far. I’ve lived in a lot of apartment communities and this is the best one by far. I read some of the other reviews and I can only speak for my own personal experience. The rent seems fair compared to surrounding complexes. I have seen no roaches or mold that others have reported.

Just sent a work order for my kitchen light to be fixed. They didnt just change my kitchen light, but also my dining room light and fixed my stopped up kitchen sink! Definitely feel like a priority and truly feel like they care! They do a fantastic job and they truly care about their residents and want them to be happy and enjoy living there. They have definitely given me more faith in the apartment complex as a whole.

These guys are awesome. Having been in this business before, and understanding how this business is run.. These guys are hands down top notch. I moved in last Jan and originally my m/I date was set for Feb but they were offering a special in Jan and since my apt was already made ready prior to Feb they offered for me to move in early at the discounted rate which.. Of course.. Worked out perfect for me. Dana was my leasing consultant and she did an amazing job guiding me through my move in process from Florida... So I was not even in the state and heather and her both did an amazing job or making me feel right at home already. Cheri the property manager i spoke to once prior to move in but once on site.. She made me feel warm and at home as well. We hit it off right away having been in the same business as well as having some similarities with family members in the armed forces. All in all great experience and im definitely going to renew my lease.

Also maintenance has been timely in any work orders and it has been a very quiet neighborhood. Perfect for my family!

Just recently moved from cedar creek village apartments in February of this year. It was bitter sweet. We were there for 3 years, and enjoyed every minute of it. Thats where we truly started our family. The area is great, and safe. The complex is nice, and clean. The staff is also very nice. Love Dana she is the best!

I reported bugs and the exterminator was out within a couple of days. There were just three roaches, but he got rid of them and treated. I also reported my front door want closing properly, and they street out with a few hours. Cant get much more responsive than that!

Cedar creek village has an excellent staff. The maintenance team does very clean & professional work. Anytime we had an issue they were quick to respond. My neighbors are friendly and help keep the property clean. I would highly recommend these apartments to friends & family.

I live here and I love it! The management is polite, quick, and helpful. The maintenance staff gets genuine joy from helping people and making everything in their home function properly. Yes, the building is a little old and has its quirks, but the staff is johnny on the spot and there are lots of exciting renovations in the works. AND SO MANY DOGGOS! Not to mention the location by the park is KILLER!

My wife and I moved into this apartment building when it was still owned by Cedar Creek Village. ReNew came in and bought out Cedar Creek and they have done an AMAZING job with this apartment community! There have been so many updates, remodels, and additions to both the community as a whole and to each individual unit. Right off the bat, they remodeled the pool, hot tub, and lounge deck, the workout room was moved, expanded, and completely updated, they built jungle gym/play centers in the community for the families that have kids, etc. This is an OLD building, and the staff has done an amazing job of updating our unit and of addressing any issues weve had since living here. The maintenance staff has been phenomenal to quickly address any issues weve had during the time weve lived here. Our air conditioner went out in the middle of August while my wife was horribly sick. The staff here did everything they could to help while we were waiting on parts to repair it. They brought a portable cooling system to our unit, they offered us a hotel stay, and when the system was finally fixed they ended up pro-rating our rent for the time we went without air conditioning. And this was just weeks after they took over! When our (old!) dishwasher started leaking, they installed a brand new one the next day. When our upstairs neighbors pipes leaked onto our patio, it was addressed within a half an our. The maintenance guys are fast, professional, and SO very kind. Also, we have pets. If you know ANYTHING about living in an apartment community, you know how difficult it can be to have dogs welcome in your unit. This apartment community has been so kind, welcoming, and accommodating to our animals. They even built a brand new dog park just weeks after taking over this community. It is fenced, stocked with potty bags, and even has an agility course inside! Our dogs LOVE it! This group of staff have adapted and adjusted to make apartment life as easy as possible during this crazy covid year as well. They are consistently checking in on the residents and sending emails/social media updates, tips, and suggestions to help us all get through this trying time. This was supposed to be a very temporary living situation for us while we were working to buy a house. Due to covid, weve ended up here almost a full year longer than originally planned. That being said, we are so thankful for our time here at ReNew McKinney. And a HUGE special thank you/shout out to Sunny, Brittany, Alexis, Josh, Kawar, and Jose. Without this awesome team of staff, we would not have made it through this difficult year. We are excited to finally move into a house, but are so sad to leave our ReNew Mckinney family! We will be suggesting this community to everyone in the McKinney area from now on!

I love this little charming community that has recently undergone wonderful remodeling. I enjoy the location as it is close to the movie theater as well as the park and McKinney High School. The property managers are very efficient and extremely kind when assisting in all matters. I absolutely love living here.

I just wanted to give a big compliment to one of the maintenance men here at ReNew. Kawar, is very friendly, polite and has come out to fix things after hours if it is an emergency and does not give up on the first try! A couple of months ago my air conditioner went out. My cat was sick at the time and had a vet appt. the next day. He did not do well with warmth of any kind and was very stressed. I was so appreciative that Kawar came out and was able to bring some much needed relief to my Bear-Bear who ended up having to be euthanized the next day due due advance stage cancer (that was unknown). It means a lot that on his last night, he was as comfortable as he could be. Thanks so much! I would say it in person, but might not be able to do so.
