I’ve had a fantastic experience living here! The management team has been nothing but excellent and incredibly helpful whenever I’ve needed assistance. They truly care about their residents and go above and beyond to ensure a great living environment. The neighbors have also been wonderful—kind, respectful, and friendly, which makes the community feel even more welcoming.The location is unbeatable! It’s so convenient to get just about anywhere from here, with easy access to everything you need. I highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a great place to call home!

We just signed a 4th lease here. It’s simply a fantastic place to live. I’ve lived in every quadrant of the city over 25 yrs and the location is just perfect. The property is universally accessible, whether one is pushing a stroller, lugging a suitcase or using a mobility device, there’s no shortage of accessible routes to all areas within the community. The property layout is brilliant, offering quiet, beautiful courtyards and walking paths just steps from your door regardless of building location. And building colors blend in with the environment and the beautiful and plentiful trees shading the property throughout. Howard Roark would be proud. It is old school luxury. My wife and I are apartment people. It’s the first time we signed a 4th lease. Management is responsive, maintenance timely the floor plan is perfect for all our cool stuff and we just never even considered anywhere else.

I was skeptical to visit when I saw some of these bad reviews, but I’m so happy I stopped by to tour. Elizabeth welcomed me the second I stepped in the office. She answered all of my questions and i was surprised with some of the amenities and how beautiful the floor plans looked. I will definitely apply once I see something available in the nearest future.As for the bad reviews, I noticed that everyone has a different experience and outcome. Don’t let that stop you from touring this beautiful property.

The unique design & spaciousness of my apt is nice. The Complex is lovely with lots of trees. Lots of Restaurants & Shopping close by too.UPDATE:Maintenance Technician Ryan is friendly, knowledgeable & helpful in taking care of maintenance requests in a timely manner. Jeremiah the Maintenance Supervisor has been here for many years.ADDITIONAL UPDATE:Events Coordinators Brie & Pablo have organized some of the Best Community Activities for Residents since I have lived here. Fantastic food, snacks, decorative atmosphere detailed for the specific party get together. Various themed activities. Such a great way to meet the neighbors!New Management is fantastic! Jimmy always friendly when answering phones to assist with questions or concerns. Elizabeth is pro-active & from my conversation with her by phone has been upbeat. Lisa is welcoming too! I have seen a big difference since this team has taken charge of BH & I appreciate that!

Update: been here for a year and trash pickup has been improved. No more piles of trash sitting throughout the complex.Figured out how to pay rent without paying the ridiculous service fee. Maintenance continues to respond very quickly if you have any issues.Have lived at Bristol Heights for a few months now, absolutely love our apartment itself, everything is updated, attach garage, trash pickup, and quiet community. Maintenance has responded in a timely manner in regards to any issues we’ve had, they have little monthly events my daughter enjoys, and game room is nice for some indoor fun during these summer days.Cons-Parking: You’re only allowed a few guest parking via the app, so family dinners or any get together is tough. We rented the game room out for an event but could only register 3 cars.We were told we’d get 2 stickers to park either of our cars in garage or in parking space. But that wasn’t true, so even tho there’s two people on lease only one is assigned to be able to park in a parking space, and the other HAS to park in garage or risk getting towed.Pool: almost every time we go to pool it’s dirty, or murky. Maybe we’re just spoiled bc our last place had crystal clear water almost 24/7.Rental payment: be prepared to pay an extra $60 to make your payment through the resident portal.Trash: although they dealt with the issue of trash not being picked up from outside our door, there’s constantly piles of trash that were collected on the lawn in front of our door, and throughout the complex. Along with mountains of trash sitting outside the dumpster. Isn’t personally an issue, but makes the entire complex look unkept.

I went in for a tour and the ladies in the office were really nice! The choice of music was great and I loved their energy. It was a little far from my job so I decided to move elsewhere but I definitely recommend! The floor plans are spacious and the amenities are kid and adult friendly!

I walked in this weekend and met with Alicia and she was an absolute delight. Ive been considering moving up north and this complex came recommend by a friend. Alicia was friendly, professional and took time to answer all my questions- and I had a lot. I still havent made a decision but this place is a top contender for me based on customer service.

If you are thinking about leasing here- DO IT! The staff/management is top notch. They will do everything they can to help someone and provide excellent service regardless if you end up leasing or not. If Charnelle and the other ladies in the office worked for me, I would give them a raise for salesmanship and being so good at what they do. Also - this place is very clean.

We stopped by on a rainy day and she had some excellent alternatives to viewing the model without having to traverse in the inclement weather. We were hesitant to make a decision but Jubrietta reached back out with once a new unit was available and we had to jump on the deal. I can’t say enough good things about this property! The new management company took over last summer and they hit the ground running. They added a bunch of new parking spots, painted buildings, and now they are doing renovations for everyone. I love my new granite counter tops and I just renewed my lease again. The team in the office is always happy to help and maintenance is taken care of timely. I can’t imagine feeling this at home anywhere else!

Ive been here since 2009...7.5 years. Have enjoyed living in this community. The rental rates are competitive for what they have to offer.I know a lot of my neighbors since they too have been here for a few years. I feel safe walking my dog in the evenings and early morning. It is well lit and kept up. Maintenance is quick to respond and professional. Recently...new ownership and staff so I dont know any of them too well yet. It is a great community to live in.

No huge complaints from me. The only thing is how difficult it is for drivers/visitors to find this place, not marked well at all & the app to register visitor cars never works so everyone is scared of getting unexpectedly towed. Maintenance is quick and efficient. Parking can suck sometimes. If you’re bottom floor, expect to hear lots of noise from renters above you.

When I tell you that the Bristol Heights is like a breath of Sunshine, take my word for it. I came from apartment Hell prior to moving here. I got the best sleep ever once we moved in. The staff is awesome and Marquia Orso in the office always greets you with a smile and addresses all of your concerns. Apartments prices have gone up everywhere in the city and thats our new reality. But you dont mind paying extra where you have a peace of mind and a quiet, serene, clean environment. They are always doing something to engage the community here at Bristol Heights from free food & drinks, to garage sales. If you want to get the best bang for you $$ and great apartment living? Bristol Heights is the place to live.

I was in this place for about 3 years and never had any big issues. The rents were reasonable and the property was pretty quiet and secure. They even have a small dog park now. Since the property is a bit old, the electricity bill for upstairs apartments was unusually high. The maintenance people were prompt and the staff wasnt bad.

The apartments are so beautiful I like the fact that When you enter the apartment you have to walk up a set of stairs before you even get to the actual apartment Thats great for several situations such as a flood a breaking in a dream It just blows people down. The fact that its up north means that its affordable. Because we all know that place is down south are disgusting to look at most of them are infested and theyre way overpriced. In other words the ghettos overpriced but not even worth it I wouldnt live in South Austin Id rather go up north which I think Im going to start migrating that way

A long pending review: We lived in Bristol Heights for 3 years, but moved out since we had to relocate out of Texas. We loved the apartment -- spacious, well architectured, and an attached garage. More like a townhouse. Most important thing that we liked were the staff. Megan (the manager), Reggie and Marwin (maintenance), all fabulous people. Megan went out of her way to accommodate our short move-out notice. Marwin and the maintenance staff were really good. All in all, a positive experience...

Not far away form UT (25 minutes) and everything you need is 5-7 minutes from here.*Update: I had an issue with AC last night and the guy came in to my apartment fast. In 30 minutes he was here and fixed the problem with the AC. Great service!

A few months ago, parking at Bristol Heights had become so bad that there would literally not be a single space available by sundown without walking across the neighborhood or having to park in front of the community center or in another parking lot off Dessau. With the new parking system i haven’t had any issues. Visitor registration is inconvenient but not much, and the pass lasts for 24 hours so you can literally register a day ahead of time . To all visitors: THERE ARE DESIGNATED VISITORS SPACES. IF IT DOES NOT SAY VISITOR DO NOT PARK OR YOU COULD BE TOWED.

Bristol heights is an apartment complex located on Dessau Rd, where I proudly rent and I certainly recommend contacting their wonderful group to join and be part of it, here you live an experience that at least I had never lived before, due to the kindness and professionalism of its employees, it is nice, cozy and its apartments are spacious, comfortable and very well distributed, where organization and discipline prevail and as a tenant you feel protected in all aspects. Their group is concerned with bringing the community together at least once every two weeks by offering different activities. My family and I are very happy to have joined this beautiful place and you should do the same. I assure you you will not regret it.
