    Sara is a phenomenal property manager and so kind and nice. She always works hard to make sure the property and residents are always taken care of. Tiffany, the assistant property manager is also wonderful to work with. They make you feel right at home. The property is super nice and they are always updating units to keep in line with other properties. Would recommend living here!

    I just moved out with my best friend for the first time and didn’t really know what I was doing. The assistant manager, Tiffany, was so helpful with the whole process and very patient and informative with all of our questions. It’s a wonderful location with very pretty apartments. All our appliances are updated and it came with a washer and drier. I’m so grateful we found this complex and definitely have no regrets.

    Just moved into Bristol about a week ago, the assistant manager; Tiffany made the process smooth and easy, even when we had the silliest questions, she was always there to help. Truly saw the work she put into making this move happen for me and my roommate, and could not be more grateful to her (and Sara - the wonderful manager) for everything they did to help us accomplish this next chapter in our lives!

    I’ve lived here for about 4 years and the only issue is parking! When I first moved here I didn’t struggle to park, there was always enough parking close to my apartment. Before moving to my new apartment (B4 floor plan) the parking was a struggle, now it’s even worse because of the side I live in, but the floor plan I live in is well worth the walking. Apartments are safe! No issues with my neighbors at all.. Quite complex which I love! Management in my opinion is great. Angel has helped me a lot and well Sara has gone above and beyond to help me transfer to the current apartment I’m now in! I personally recommend!

    When I first moved into Bristol Grapevine, things were a bit overwhelming. My AC wasn’t working properly, and the temperature would fluctuate unpredictably. I also encountered some issues with a few electrical outlets and the toilet, which made me question my decision after initially being drawn to what seemed like a lovely property. However, the staff here have gone above and beyond to make things right. Sara, Angel, and Ricardo truly work their butts off to ensure the residents are taken care of. They’ve been diligent and responsive, and thanks to their efforts, I’m now enjoying my apartment a lot more. While the start wasn’t easy, the team here deserves credit for making sure that things are running smoothly. Their commitment to residents really shines through!Beyond that, it’s a wonderful community. The neighbors are friendly, and the atmosphere feels warm and welcoming. The sense of community here really makes it feel like home.

    When I came to this property I was unsure of what to expect but after meeting the Manager of the property I truly felt at home. She had a way of reassuring you and making you feel safe. It felt like I was being taken care of by my big sister all over again and I knew I could count on her. You can’t fake genuineness and authenticity you can only emulate it like Sara did. She really is one of those one in a million type people that when they are around, you know everything will be okay. You know you can count on her, depend on her and trust her. They say everything is bigger in Texas, guess that’s true for her heart.

    I love this apartment complex. Ive been looking for one that feels like home and I think this is it! Tiffany handles every problem Ive come across (not many may I note) she has great customer service skills. And Oscar, who works for the property did a fast and great job fixing my ac when it broke!

    I just signed my lease and moved in last week but I can say it was the easiest and quickest approval process I’ve ever had. They are very cooperative and communication is great. Rick would text me on his days off just to assist me. Everyone else that I have met in the office so far has been so nice and wonderful to my family. The area is quiet and the the grounds seem to be kept up. There isn’t much in the way of storage but that’s an easy remedy. So far I have nothing negative to say. Great experience!

    Moving is stressful enough but not when you have a great staff member like Ric. He helped us and provided all information I needed to know.     Weve only been here 2 months and So far, so good! The apt is really nice. I didnt like the carpet due to roaches or another bugs but it has been great!! Really love my apt without roaches, is wide and spacious. Jose the maintenance guy is incredibly friendly!! So professional and all the staff responds so fast to your needs.Just needs more parking spaces, if it had space to park it would be perfect.

    Great community . Friendly staff. Sara helped me with getting me in a new apt fast! She was helpful and had great communication. Maintnence always greets me and when i have an issue they come to help me fast! I recommend this community as it is close to shops and work commute off many main highways and close to DFW airport. Grapevine is the place to be. And this community is a perfect spot!

    Ricardo was really helpful. It was raining pretty hard and he still went out there in the rain and gave us a tour. We drove a long way to have a tour and they stopped doing tours that day, because of the rain, but Ricardo gave us grace and still took us on the tour. Very thankful for that.

    Came on appointment with my sister this morning as were looking for a place to live. the appointment was scheduled by addie, who was very nice and informative about the unit as well as pricing. veronica handled our tour today, and she was exceedingly friendly, very informative and showed us around the entire complex. she gave us many different options and plans for different unit sizes, and even gave us some information about the surrounding area since wed be coming from farther away. its a very well-kept complex; you can see maintenance staff tending to it throughout the business day. not to mention its gorgeous, and very nature-based in appearance. my sister and i hope to apply soon!

    I typically never leave a review but I am surprised that some of these reviews are so negative. I leased an upgraded 1 bedroom in May and it was under the new management. Sophia was very helpful and made my moving process very easy. I been staying now for almost a month and haven’t had any problems.. maintenance staff is amazing! My service requests have gotten done quicker than any other apartment complex I stayed at.

    Ashley was extremely nice was very helpful with getting me set up and finding a floorplan that was right for me. The only downfall of an experience I had was the two bedroom apartment I was going to move into was not up to par with the apartments on the opposite side of the complex. This apartment was much older and lacking in many areas. Pains, floors, walls. Just very different from the original apartment I had looked at. Now I understand why some of the reviews said location will make or break your experience here.Small complaints in my apartment now (on the opposite end) floor in dining area seems a bit uneven. Doors to the washroom area seem a little too small for what they should be. My upstairs neighbors pick the worst time to be noisy (3AM) I do however understand it comes with the territory of living in an apartment and being on the bottom floor, so Im not too bothered by it.Now that the negative is out of the way I can talk about the good. My final decision was to move into the one bedroom apartment (on the other side of the complex behind the leasing office). I honestly love it. I havent had any trouble finding parking which is a bonus. Its easy to get my apartment to the temperature I like. I love that we have Valet trashcans too. Area and neighbors have been nice and welcoming and I feel safe which was my greatest concern. My apartment is nice and homey. Its only been 15 days, but so far so good!

    I really recommend this place to live, the apartments are clean, comfortable. I thank Pam for helping me with my doubts and questions, since I made the call to go on a tour, she was very kind and that was one of the reasons I had to go see the apartment. What impresses is always The way the customer service treats you, the day I moved in they welcomed me with a basket of gifts.

    I am so impressed with the Albert and his maintenance team here at the Bristol Apartments. He is so positive it radiates out from him. He is so amazing, so fast and effective at what he does here. He is a true treasure and I feel so honored to know him. When my air conditioning went out I wasnt sure what was going to happen, but I felt all would be well knowing that he was on his way. Tiffany is always so sweet and helpful through it all. I am really glad I made the decision to move here. The maintenance team is amazing, the guys in the office are amazing. Feeling really grateful.

    I moved in back in October and have had an amazing experience living here! The office staff is kind and friendly! The property is always clean and kept up! Any time I have repairs or concerns maintenance is on it immediately! Albert the maintenance supervisor is always making sure the job is done right and residents are happy! I was nervous moving in because it’s not gated but I have to say I have never felt safer! Will be renewing my lease!

    Without going into to much detail, but during one of the hardest times in my life, i found myself at this beautiful apartment complex.And right away Veronica made me feel right at home even befor I decided to move here.I cant thank the staff up front enough for making this process surprisingly fast and wholesome.From getting approved and securing a move in date, to actually being able to see the the unit that I would be moving into.All of my neighbors are awesome and quite.The place really feels like I made the right decision for me and my two boys and I look foward to the year to come.Veronica made this process the best and I would highly recommend asking for her if you do decide to come check out this place. Diamond and Ismarie are so sincere and honest I can go on with positive comments about both the apartments and the leasing office ladies. I can from a horrible apartment management in Irving and we were so nervous to move to another apartment, but they change our perspective about apartments.     Diamond and her manager were an absolute JOY to work with. Not only did they accommodate a last minute tour for me and my family they really made me feel comfortable and confident. My family has a bit of a unique situation and Diamond and her manager did EVERYTHING they could to make the application process easy, quick and painless. I was incredibly impressed with the professionalism of the staff as well as the way the units and property look. They have quite a few residents who have lived there 10+ years which is a great testament to the quality of service they provide. I greatly appreciate all the help, information and patience they exhibited with me and my family today. With COVID making things more uncertain and complicated, this team exhibited incredible poise and professionalism. I cant wait to move in and would recommend checking them out!

    I moved to Bristol Apartments in 2013 and have remained very satisfied. I moved from a smaller apartment to a larger one in 2016 and my living experience got even better. Management has changed over the years and I am fortunate to have had a good experience with all thetmanagement. At present, Dale, in particular, has been exceptional in handling all my requests, concerns and does so with incredible professionalism and kindness. My complex is safe, great location great neighbors and a management team that does what it can to keep my experience a positive one.

    Since I moved in the management team have been very responsive and accommodating to someone who travels a lot for work. The location is of course perfect for those who do travel. The maintenance crew has also been extremely helpful when they were rarely needed. The neighbors are respectful and welcoming. Love their pool and the fact that I can use the gym 24/7.

    I transferred to a larger unit from my current unit and Sophia alleviated so much stress for me. Moving is the most stressful time for me and she walked me through everything from the moment I wanted to transfer to the day of move in. Consuelo is wonderful with helping run the place, and I have lived here since 06/2017 and still live here in 07/2018. I love the area and anytime I have a maintenance issue, they are there quickly! They take my concerns seriously and I never have an issue with talking to them. Sophia is so friendly and pleasant along with the rest of the staff!!! Thank you so much for all of your help!!!!!!!

    Leased here for a year, overall good experience. If you get one takeaway from this, let it be that the unit you choose is going to be a BIG factor in your experience here. It could make or break your experience.To start, I had an awful experience trying to get a lease here. The original apartment I was scheduled to move in to, they couldn’t get the tenant to leave!!! I ended up leasing a different unit but I think it was for the better. LOCATION IS EVERYTHING HERE! Be very picky when choosing the area/building/unit you are moving in to. This used to be two different apartment complexes, so there’s a lot of leeway in what you can get. I happened to live at, in my opinion, the best building in the complex. There is a big variance in the units, in amenities, renovations, and neighbors. I feel had I been in a different unit this review might be different, as other areas in the apartment have awful parking/neighbors/views. My unit also had a washer/dryer, which many do not have so keep that in mind. The apartment is nice on the inside and I enjoyed living here. My main qualm would be the roaches which I’ll get into further down.Pros: From my searching, you basically will not find a better price/quality ratio in Grapevine. Apartments here are either cheap and awful or very expensive. This is a good middle ground.Nice and conveniently located area5 minute walk to Parr Park trailsDog parkIn unit washer/dryer (not all units have this)Quiet other than some dogs barking, but expected in an aptNice/helpful staffCons: ROACHES! I kept my apartment very clean, however, if I left even a couple dishes out for more than a day I would wake up to roaches in my kitchen. In the fall they got so bad I would kill 10+ little baby ones in a day. I asked them to spray and they did in a timely manner, however it only worked so well. They eventually went away. I would say I only struggled with this for maybe 2 months out of the year I leased here, so not a huge deal, but still frustrating.Dog poop everywhere.     Extremely recommend! Beautiful and clean property completely renovated. Leasing office has the best customer service and maintenance service. Ismarie is the one to go to for leasing information she’s the friendliest leasing agent. I called for maintenance on a Saturday and Emmanuel the maintenance guy showed up within 5 minutes and fixed my problem.

If anyone is looking for a new home this place is super and the help Ashley provides is also so refreshing. Ashley helped me with every part of my move in and beyond!!! Ashley even stayed after hours to make sure that everything worked out and even got on phone with electric provider with me to make sure that I got a fair price and made sure I was all set to go to move in to my new apartment the next day.     I lived here for a year, and overall it was very nice. There definitely could be more outlets in the rooms, and there was literally zero drawers in our kitchen, so we had to buy an island from ikea. Dont be too excited about the washer/dryer in the unit, its tiny and leaves clothes wet almost every time. The stairs and concrete are in definite need of some TLC. Great community. Its in a great location.

    Emmanuel the maintenance guy came to fix two issues I was having in my apartment. I was at work when I got their my door was locked, when I opened it he quickly announced himself and he kept working. I then ran to the post box when I returned my door was locked again. I was very pleased because he took time to make sure my place was safe and did a great job fixing my issues along with it being only an hour after I made the call to the office! Bristol Grapevine Apartments have been one of the best places I have rented in the 15 years of apartment renting! I truly know that is due to the awesome staff and maintenance team!     I love living here! I feel super safe. Celeste has gone so far out of her way to help me and my boyfriend with any of our questions and concerns, considering its our first time renting.     After calling over 50 apartments looking for an immediate move in for my son, Ashley was a breath of fresh air. Not only did most apartments not answer their phone, they did not follow up or return calls. Very frustrating process when most people did not care about their jobs. Ashley went above and beyond. She made this process painless and made herself available to make sure we were taken care of. She truly cares and we are grateful we finally found my son his new home.

    Excellent location, attentive and friendly staff, quiet neighborhood, and overall a pretty good experience. The major complaint I have that prevents 5 stars is the incessant bug and roach problem we have had and its only gotten worse even after having pest control come weekly (it does nothing and they are in and out in about 2 minutes just leaving some bait). We also moved into an apartment that was not clean and appliances were not as described, but that was resolved very quickly. Overall, Im happy with my choice to live here and just wish the bug problem wasnt such an issue. Ive never had a bug problem like this and we have taken matters into our own hands.

I felt very comfortable with her and she is true to her word! We havent moved in yet but the apartments are very nice, the property is beautiful, and the apartments truly match the photos!!! Really great area as well.

    Lived here for about 2 mths now and I actually Love it! Its a nice place with a great staff, Diamond was the absolute best. They are all very genuine and makes sure the place is ran well and all around maintained. Nice little pool area, maintenance issue was solved quickly, friendly neighbors, spacious units.     We love it here! Weve been here 9 months now and we are definitely looking forward to renewing our lease (hoping the rent doesnt go up too much).Andie and Priscilla in the office are the NICEST ladies and are very helpful with any questions or concerns.The maintenance team is exceptional! We have only had a few requests, help install the dryer/washer, broken dish disposal, oven light out, really simple stuff... and they come within hours and fix everything, lock up and leave a note. Then, for about a week we could not figure out why the air was always blowing, but we were so hot all the time. We though it was just inefficiency since we hadnt spent the summer here before. When we finally though to put in a service request it was Friday at 4 pm. Someone came and fixed the broken compressor within 2 hours! We were sorry we waited so long, because we didnt know it was actually a big deal.Our neighbors (to the side and above us) are really nice and the facilities are very clean. People are really good about picking up after pets and the facilities to pick up after your pets (bags and outposts) are always taken care of. The dog park was literally THE selling point for us when we decided to lease here! Sometimes it has become a little dirty, but its never been a consistent issue.The trash fee is high, but Ive seen apartments where the trash piles up on the curb if it is only picked up on certain days (Tues/Thurs or M/W/F) because people will put stuff outside even when it isnt a pick up day! At least here everyday is a pick up day... so I am glad to pay a little more so there arent trash bags and pests!Let me clarify, I have really horrible anxiety about pests and this place is clean! I would NEVER recommend a place with pests! We had carpenter ants for about a week (3-4 came in the window), which were NBD and the pest people came and sprayed and weve never had any other issues. They informed us that pest people spray weekly, so thats probably why there have been no issues.Our apartment upgrades are really nice. My friend came over once and said that she had considered leasing here before the new management and that the apartments were NOT nice back then. The new upgrades for us were a selling point. The layout is really well thought out, too. We have great closets and pantry space.The location is awesome! Glade road in Euless has a lot of new restaurants and shopping. Southlake shops (where I go to yoga) are 10 minutes and you dont even have to get on the highway! Its really easy to get to 114, 121, and 635. Soon a Central Market is opening up and it will be the nearest grocery store!Another negative is the gym here... it is very basic, I think it only has 2 treadmills and one was broken when we went, along with some other basic equipment. But for $80/year (yes, per YEAR, thats $6/month) you can get an awesome membership to the Grapevine Rec which has amazing amenities and equipment and is 10 minutes away. The 2 pools here at Bristol are really nice!The Cares team here is SOOO nice! They put on a breakfast every month in the office and take time to meet you and are very interested in your input. They also have some other cool monthly events including movies and game nights. I never knew what a Cares team was :) but they are really nice and helpful.Finally, parking is not ideal. There is always parking available, but we live in the busiest part of the complex, so sometimes it is a FAR walk (especially at night). We have been on the wait-list for covered parking since we signed the lease, and we havent heard anything. But if anything, that just shows you that the people living here arent going anywhere :) And theyre keeping their covered parking :P(TLDR) If youve made it this far reading then you probably understand that we highly recommend living here!!!

    Just want to get on here and say that Bristol Grapevine has been a great place to live for the last 4 years. We feel safe here and the office staff goes above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Maintenance always responds to our service requests promptly and works to resolve the problem with the least amount of disturbance to our daily lives. I would highly recommend BG to anyone looking to make their home in Grapevine.

    Bristol was my first apartment. The leasing team really helped me through the process from tour to end of lease. The unit was refinished when I got in, clean and very welcoming. Maintnance was quick to respond during my entire term and incredibly honest. Dale made a great effort to make a relationship with his residents and was very eager to make my term as enjoyable as possible. If I move back to Grapevine I will be moving back to Bristol.

We are in the process of buying a house and needed a short term lease for nothing more than in the original budget, last minute Diamond got back to me with a beautiful 2 br apartment for UNDER our budget, not only that she has been such a huge help!     I moved into Bristol when it was formally known as The ridge at Timberline. My first year was a mess. The management was ridiculous and bugs took over! however, I decided to stay. I moved into a different unit about a year ago, or maybe its been longer. Since the new management team has been there, it has been nothing less than an amazing living experience. Pricilla (sp) has been there for many years and has always gone above and beyond with any concern I have ever had. She is amazing. Things get fixed when I need them fixed. The office ladies are incredibly sweet and easy to work with. I have decided to stay with them for yet another year and I am very happy with that decision.     My initial post was created over a year ago and it is now August 2016 and it is still as great as ever to be here. Two Bristol teammates, who were not here when I originally moved in... Andie and LeAnn are just as helpful and wonderful as anyone you would ever hope to meet and work in your apartment complex! Pricillia has been promoted to Community Manager, so you know she will do a great job for you and your family.I enjoy living here very much. Ive lived in many apartment complexes and this one is by far the best or near the top. I see some complaints about rent, but rent has gone up all over. My rent is still better than most, especially in Grapevine. I have all new appliances and excellent carpet. For a large complex, if is very quiet as I work nights and dont see people running all over when I come in at 1 or 2AM, like I have in others. My 2nd day here, my air stopped working and the maintenance guys stayed all evening getting it going. I left a voicemail and they were here in a few minutes. And it was around 5:30PM. To be honest, Im not crazy about the trash pick up fee as I live alone and have one bag a week, but it seems to keep trash off the property grounds. I see maintenance working constantly all through the day as there seems to be quite a team. Pricillia is about as sweet and helpful a manager as you will ever meet. I always bring some question or issue to her and she always takes the time to answer and explain why this or that is. Ryan was here when I first arrived and he as well was very helpful and courteous. Lindsay also will assist you in any way as well and provides confidence that if you didnt get the help with a problem that you needed from one of her associates, you would then from Lindsay. Overall, it would be hard to find a better deal, especially in Grapevine.

    I have only lived at Bristol for about a month now but so far everything has been really great. The complex is conveniently located near many major highways, such as 121, 360, 114, 635, and others. Its very close to DFW Airport. The neighborhood is safe and clean. The leasing agents are very friendly and accommodating, along with the maintenance staff. If you are looking for a place to stay near the Grapevine, Texas area then look no further.
