I lived here for a little over a year and a half and my experience from the beginning was very good. Excellent administration and maintenance staff, they were always willing to help us. In the end there were only a few complaints about the deposit but it was understandable since I had a pet. I would definitely recommend Bristol 🫶🏻.

I have really liked it so far, been here since April ‘23. Berny and Johanna in the front office are friendly, easy to work with, and thorough in answering questions. Issues get resolved quickly in my experience. Any maintenance repairs have always been completed the same or next day at most. I personally don’t have issues with parking, but I’m towards the back of the complex so that could be why. Place is clean and orderly for the most part (lawn care is kept up, not a lot of trash sitting around, etc), doggie bags are always stocked, and no bug issues for me either.

Ive been here since Fall 2019 and I love it. Its my favorite complex in this area by far. Its not fancy, but its comfortable, Ive never had a single pest issue, and it feels like a true community. Its small and quiet, the pool is always sparkling, clean and relaxing, the grounds are decent, and it has both friendly and helpful neighbors as well as staff. I dont always get to go, but the community events are great for the kids, and a chance for the adults to meet other residents. The maintenance crew is great and very timely since they live on-site. I mean, the place must be doing something right, cause I have never seen so many 10yr+ resident reserved parking spots in my life!! The only thing I would change is a garbage valet and extra trash cans (not dumpsters or dog waste bins, actual cans) around the property, and only because the dumpsters are few and far between and there are no trash cans other than the mailbox one, and this causes ppl to be a little more lazy and a lot more inconsiderate with their personal trash, especially with used tissues and naked chicken bones 😳

I have resided at Bristol Living for a full year now and have to say I am very pleased with my stay thus far. The office staff and maintenance team are super personable and friendly. They attend to issues and work orders quickly and pleasantly. Its in a great location and has a much more family feel when you drive through the complex than the other complexes in the area. The rent price and size of my apartment are reasonable compared to others in the area as well. The only feedback I have based on my time here so far is the water shut-offs are more frequent than I am used to and the parking is very limited. I strongly feel every resident should have at least 1 assigned parking spot.

Lived here for around 1 year. We had a wonderful experience. Great apartment and amenities. Maintenance Requests were acknowledged and responded very fast within few hours. Timely cleaning and grass-work all over the community. Lastly, Berny is an amazing manager. Very Polite and very helpful. Really loved our time here.

I lived here for 5 years never had any issues or complaints. Bernie is very nice, I had any issues with him or any of the office staff. Work orders are completed quickly and the maintenance staff is friendly. The grounds are kept clean. The location is very convenient and the zoned schools are excellent. A great place to live.

My experience living here has been great. The people living here are friendly and respectful. The community is always very quite and people seem comfortable and happy (people are always walking around with their dogs). When i first moved the apartment was in great condition and i got it for a good price ($1010/m for 1000 sq ft, 2B:2B). In addition, when my sink food dispenser stopped working i placed a work order on the website and the very next day it was fixed. Thus far i have been very blessed to live here.

Lived here for a year, and let me said the best part of this apartment complex is the management team! Bernie the manager will get out of his way to help you out in anything that may concern you! Also the maintenance is fast they resolved a couple things in this period time for me timely and well done! Bad thing probably the parking if you’re in building 1, it was overall a good experience.

Absolutely love maintenance staff, friendly and very fast at responding to requests! Very limited interactions with office staff, which could be a good thing, but staff is nice and responsive when contact has been made. Parking is the biggest issue with community.

The staff are all helpful and friendly, and maintenance is faster than anywhere I’ve lived! It’s never taken more than one business day for them to come out, even for non urgent issues. I’ve never had an issue with parking, there might not be spots right outside my door but it’s never so far I can’t unlock my car from my front window.

My parents live here and told me about the great location (you have grocery store near, good elementary school near, pharmacies, parks,etc.) And the community services are awesome the even have a tennis court!Bernie is awesome and always helps with anything you need and makes the leasing process very friendly and easy to understand.Great place to live. Totally recommend it.

I moved in August of 2020 and so far so good. I was afraid to move in with the bad reviews at 1st but Im glad I decided to move in. My two bedroom apartment looks great, its quiet and the neighbors are friendly. I have no issues with any bugs, they have good maintenance with a professional staff. My only complaint is the parking. Sometimes I have to park further than I would like to. Other than that Ive had a good experience so far.

I lived at these apartments for 2 years. Overall, they are decent apartments for the price. There were several break ins (never my apartment, luckily) over the 2 years I was there. I believe it has to do with that area. The pool is only 4 ft deep and the gym is the size of a closet, which we both let downs. I give this apt complex a 4, just because the actual apartment was clean, nice, and the maintenance team was really good about keep up with orders.

Alrighty! So I LOVE my apt I share with my brother! Lots of space! Big closet! Two bathrooms for a good price! Parking is limited but paying for a spot is well worth it! Great pool! And everything! My apt had a little bug issue (water bugs) but it doesn’t bother me. (But I wouldn’t recommend drinking the tap.) and the bath takes FOREVER to heat up. But those are my only issues. I haven’t needed maintenance for anything, so I can’t comment on that. I’ve been here since June (it’s January now) and I want to stay at LEAST another year! This apt is pretty big has a fridge, stove/oven, microwaves the doors can be a little weird, but for the price, I love it! And mine came with a washer and dryer (big deal to me.) if I didn’t have a small bug problem or issues with the bath, I’d give it 5 stars!! I love this apt! So glad I moved here!!! (But I’m fairly easy going, just an FYI. You do get what you pay for!)EDIT NEARLY A YEAR AFTER THIS POST***I just wanna call out the office. There is a man that works there (i can not remember his name because i am horrible with names!) we have had a few issues and i just want to say he is WONDERFUL. He is super understanding and gets things done for me. I wanna rate HIM 10 stars. So I’m happy about him!

We moved in Febuary of this year. It has been great. So quiet. Bernie is so helpful and always answers my questions, no matter how many I have..lol........ Juan and Orlando the maintenance guys are so friendly and hardworking. They are all so great! Would definitely recommend moving here.

My family loves living here. Its a lovely community and unlike many apartment complexes we feel like we can breath here. The grounds are beautiful with lots of open space and large trees. They constantly wokr to make improvements and enhance the community. We love it here!

Moved in and was very happy with how everything looked. Everything was clean, no left over paint or touch-up stuff. Apartment gate actually works. Small issues with doors sticking or not closing properly as well as some fixtures not properly sealed will call maintenance later, so it shouldnt be a problem. All in all very content.

Been residing at this Bristol community since 2021,so good so far,no mesure issues like theft,break into cars,always clean,presence of security motorist patrols weekly,nebours very friendly,pool area always clean and ready for the residence to enjoy the formal summer time and events,Mainteneance team always prompt and effective when needed,no irespected car tows or violations of any sort and incredible staff management.

I do apologize for experiences a the complex the new manager came at a time when the complex was transitioning into bad things happen yes there have been incident but that everywhere 5yrs in at the location each and every encounter has been wonderful from Olgas wonderful greeting and Bernies ability to be friendly and ever so professional at the time and a competent maintence staff my experience has been A1 Nancy and bernie make a great team and are in sync when it comes to the needs of the tenants and have went above and beyond to accommodate our experience here its a wonderful place to live
