I love my apartment but having my rent go up every year for the last 5 years without any improvements is frustrating. I have been very patient when I had a hole in my living-room due to a water leak for the first three years then dealt with the horrific smell from the trash left in not one apartment but two. And now I have to play dodge the hole in the parking lot to come home everyday and can’t use the pool because it’s only open during the work week when I am work and most other people and forget the holiday or the weekend when you can actually use it!

We love our new home here at Briar Cove! The environment has been amazing and the management has been a blessing! Ernesto made our move quick and easy, answering any needed questions and providing all the needed information! We can’t wait to see what this next year holds for our newly renovated, beautiful home at Briar Cove!

I would just like to say, the office staff is awesome. GINA, BRITTANY AND Lauren are the best. You couldnt get better customer service. Maintenance guys are the Great. Work orders are done quick and fast. I moved in these Apts. 3 weeks ago and couldnt be happier. So quiet around here and friendly. I couldnt have picked a better place to live. Thank you Briar Cove staff. You are Awesome

I used to live here a couple of years ago. I started my lease around 2019, and had to cut it short due to the start of the pandemic around April 2020.For my first apartment, this was truly a wonderful experience. I loved living here. It was close to school, and it was quiet. I don’t necessarily know how it is now, but I would definitely recommend it to anyone whose nearby the university in commerce, or just want to settle in a quiet town.The leasing lady was great. I’m sorry for the late review by the way, but I truly appreciate the experience I was given. The lady was very professional and was very respectful. But like I said, I don’t know how it is now.I truly miss the memories I made here. As well as the memories I made with my dad. I was alone but he helped me get the apartment here. He passed, but I really miss him. This apartment complex will always bring me so much nostalgia.I hope they’re successful! There service and cleanliness of the apartment was great!

These were the best apartments as a starter home for my family and I! Lauren and Gina were the best landlord/employees they could possibly have for an apartment. No matter what the issue was with light bulbs going out, cold water, etc it was fixed in 48 hours or less! We highly recommend these apartments for anyone who needs a friendly, safe, updated place to live!

Apartments are older but they have been updated. Love the fact we dont have a lot of noisy neighbors and riff raft going on. Brittany is a great asset to the company just hate she no longer here at this complex.

I just moved in about a month ago, but Gina and Lauren have been so kind and nice about everything and worked really hard to help me get moved in easy and fast since i had a certain date to be out of my old apartment. if i ever need anything, they are quick to respond and give me an answer! also, i am LOVING my apartment. it’s a 1 bedroom 1 bath and it is the perfect size for my small family that will be starting in July.

So far in the 8 months I’ve lived in these apartments i have had nothing but good things to say, the management is better than any I’ve ever seen or known, they treat you like family and try to take care of every need in the best and fastest way they can. The maintenance people are good at what they do, they actually know how to do their job. And the overall atmosphere of the apartment complex is outstanding, I’m a single mom with a 1 year old and i actually feel safe in my own apartment. It’s never too loud or too noisy, your Neghibors respect you and your privacy, it’s like a small little community that i enjoy living in.

Ive lived at Briar Cover since April of 2018, Lauren and Meloney are fantastic apartment managers, and the maintenance men are awesome as well.If I ever have a problem, or a concern Lauren is on top it. Shes so helpful and extremely nice and does what ever she can to make the tenants happy. I live in a 3 bedroom, its so spacious and there is a lot of upgrades which is a nice touch. Everyone is super friendly that Ive come in contact with,Ive never had any problems with disturbances. Thank u guys for being awesome!!❤️

Since the new management took over, there have been new renovations that really make the place look great. The management is really nice and the assistant is always accommodating. Any time we have ever needed anything, the lady has always helped us in a timely manner. It’s a nice place to live. I definitely recommend it if you are looking for an affordable, nice, clean place to live!

After living here for a year I think its about time to share my review with my experiences so far! The managers in the office have gone above and beyond my expectations when we had some heavy water damage this past summer. They had a full crew for tear out the next day. In 1 week everything was Updike new! The maintenance men are awesome as well, shout out to the older gentleman that had the younger guy working with him. They also went above and beyond fixing our issues and not just putting a bandaid on It. Overall my experience has been great with this complex.

BriarCove Apt’s is the best Apt complex in Greenville, Tx! I have lived there twice in the past 5 years and both times the staff was awesome and very attentive. I would recommend this complex to anyone looking for a clean, safe, and friendly environment. Been a resident for about a year now and re signing again. Melanie and morgan have always gone above and beyond with anything and everything ive needed including the very few maintenance issues and making sure my family and i had a nice place to call home. I definetly reccomend briar cove, just since melanie has taken over as manager the complex has come a very long way. I am very thankful that even with moving far from where i grew up i still feel secure and happy here, and that is only because of briar cove staff! I will reccomend briar cove to any family in greenville!

Every since I’ve moved here about two years ago, I’ve never felt more at home! The management here is by far the most kindest & understanding people I’ve ever met! The complex is quiet & right off the highway which is very convenient for me! I love living here!
