    I have been a resident here for 2 years now. My family and I are very happy to be living here. Grounds are kept super clean all day and the maintenance crew is always working hard getting work orders done quick and efficient. Also the office staff is very hard working and super friendly. Brandon is very polite and super helpful, he has helped us out a lot and we really appreciate what he has done for us. We’re loving the new looks on the parking lot area with the striping on parking spots, fire lanes and handicap spots. Y’all are doing a great job with the new management! Keep up the good work! Thank you!

    I’ve lived here for a while, and I must say the new administration has truly made a difference! You can really see the improvements in all areas—from the cleanliness of the grounds to the quick and efficient maintenance service. The staff is always friendly and attentive, making it feel more like home. I’m really impressed with how well-managed everything has become, and I’m excited to see what other positive changes are coming. Highly recommend living here!

    I have lived over here for a while now and never really had much issues. The staff is great Brandon is very helpful and understanding when it comes to anything. If I have any problems he makes sure that the problem is resolved within a timely manner. He has great customer service skills and I appreciate him for all his assistance.

    My Husband, myself, and our 2 daughters have been living here at Breton Mill for almost 4 years. The staff has always been kind and patient, when you need something done they make sure that it gets done ASAP. Ive known Brandon for about a year and a half maybe 2 years and he has always been understanding and compassionate. I highly recommend Breton Mill Apartments and if youre interested in moving here just ask for Brandon because hes the best!

    I have been here for about 7 years and have been satisfied. We have had different front office personnel and they were okay. Brandon and Emily on the other hand have been very helpful and kind. Very easy to talk to and friendly staff overall. Highly recommend!

    I’ve lived here since 2021 and honestly I can not express how happy I am to have found this place! The staff is amazing! Brandon has been very helpful with everything I’ve needed and he’s been always understanding! Maintenance has always been done with a timely manner, and I’ve never had any issues living here.

    Devina is fantastic! Our interactions with her have been exceptional. I regularly visit the office sometimes when I get my brother off the school bus. She always makes it a priority to have popcorn for all the kids. My little brother loves getting off the bus and getting that everyday!

    Ive lived here since 2013 and Im still here so that says a little something. For the age of the property their apartments are quite nice even with older appliances. Sure some work needs to be done out and around but honestly theres something different everyday recently so things are being worked on (new management so its a +). As far as vehicles go Ive never had my car broken into or damaged in any way or my truck before this car. Ive even left both vehicles parked outside the gate a few nights and nothing has happened. Great pricing for the immediate area. Ive not found something for this price with the square footage I have in the immediate area either. And to be quite honest Ive seen other apartments right down the street with same pricing and higher and they are not near as nice as these. Makes me feel lucky actually. Too theyve been great working on pricing with me when Ive renewed so I appreciate the will to help. So if you want something decently nice, good price, good location, good Sq footage... Breton Mill is worth a look. Thanks guys!

    I kind of laugh reading all of these terrible reviews, my experience with Breton Mill was nothing but pleasant. Abby was absolutely the most fantastic person to work with, was extremely transparent, and worked hard to ensure that I could call Breton Mill home. Franny (the manager) is an absolute sweetheart as well. The apartment complex is well kept up, the gates all worked, the fitness center is nice as well. The appliances are up-to-date, and so far I have not seen a single pest. I dont know if the management company has recently changed, but if it has Adara has sure done a lot to ensure that this apartment complex is kept up to speed. I would highly recommend that if youre looking for a place to live in the Willowbrook area, stop in and see Abby and shell give you the best experience that you could ask for!

    We moved to the apartments recently and the truth is that we are very happy. Abby makes the whole process a beautiful and effective experience, without a doubt you fall in love with her treatment! Thank you very much for everything!. we are very happy with the place, the neighbors and the maintenance team. Also the pool is so beautiful! Kids play togethers and everybody is very friendly.     I was asked to give a rating of my experience at Breton Mill I have been a resident here for almost 12 years. My first four years were a disaster. As I renew my contract each year always seem to meet new people in the office they’ve had many managers and many employees. But for the past year I have since some drastic changes in the community. I am an old man so I can move around much and the young ladies in the office there always so very helpful. When I can’t come pick up my packages they deliver it to my home the maintenance or very quick about fixing things in my house. I love the area and I love my neighbors. I feel like I will be in this community until God decides to send for me. Thanks again to the employees at Breton Mill for making my stay comfortable and make my days happy.

    Visited the property this afternoon to get some info on available apartments. Was pleasantly surprised by how accommodating and helpful the entire staff was from the moment I walked in the door...very informative without being overbearing. The manager Courtney even came out to make sure I was being taken care of. The entire experience left me with a welcoming feel, and I will definitely be making this my next home.

    Highly recommended. The Staff there had changed after I moved in. Initially the manager there left a lot to be desired. But the new staff just before I moved out did a fantastic job communicating and taking care of my family & I. My kids loved the pool and time with other families there. I lived there for years and loved it. We only moved due to getting a house. Give them a call.

    I have been here since November of 2015. I read all the other reviews, and it just has not been my experience here. The girls in the office are great, they always answer any questions I have. We dont have any issues with break ins, or noisy neighbors. I wish that there was a way to have the laundry card reload station in the laundry rooms instead of the office, due to my work schedule. But other than that I love this place....

    ~UPDATE~Since posting this, Ive had two people in upper management reach out to me and deeply apologize and rectified this issue. James the regional director of the apartment complex and Abby the manager both truly heard me out and handled the situation with complete sincerity.I am aware that an apartments reputation cant be solely reflected on the actions of one single employee. But I am grateful and glad that even after I was not even a tenant there, they reached out to speak with me and apologize.THATS PROFESSIONALISM !!!----------------------------------------------------Felt overlooked and like they didnt truly put effort into my application and just took my application fee ($150).I applied at these apartments & every day they kept telling me, Well let you know tomorrow if youre approved or not.Kept happening every day for about a WEEK AND A HALF. I would consistently keep calling and Angela (front desk lady) kept telling me they would call me. I was calling almost every day (due to time pressure on my end), not to mention they never answer phones or return voicemails (which i left many, at least 4). They also have a texting messaging system to which they dont respond back to until DAYS later.Then one day Angela tells me We have about 30+ other people who also put in applications, youre not the only one --- WHO SAYS THAT!!!!My reply to her was, Well, I need to know if you guys are accepting or rejecting my application, because I need to know if I should start looking elsewhere or not.Then finally after maybe 10 or so days, I call AGAIN, and I ask her whats the update with my application. Angela says, Oh you didnt hear? Youre not approved.... I asked why and she didnt have an answer for me. She said You should of gotten a call...Which I never did.I asked to speak to the manager, and Angela said the manager was busy and couldnt talk.... I asked if she can have the manager call me back before the end of the day and Angela said I will definitely tell her.I never got a call back, and on that last day I called 7 times back-to-back about 20-30 minutes before they closed and again, no one answered the phone.I then went to another apartment complex by the energy corridor. I toured the unit and applied for it, then the very NEXT MORNING they accept me into their apartment complex.Breton Mill has demonstrated that the staff is either lazy or overwhelmed in work. But they lost money. Glad I took my business elsewhere, if this is the type of effort and work ethic they demonstrate BEFORE a person rents there, I can just imagine how much worse the service is once you become a tenant there.I shouldnt of had to be on them for a week and a half to see if I was approved or not. They should of been the ones seeking me out. What took them over 10+ days to do, another complex did it the next afternoon.

    Location is great, very safe and the apartment is gated and safety was my main issue moving in here.The tropical landscaping is also very beautiful and relaxing. The staff working at the office were awesome, they were very helpful and went out of their way to help me specially Mariana very nice and helpful and made the whole moving process very easy.     Finding a place to live is difficult in itself but finding a place that is nice, affordable, and where you feel so welcomed is a rare gem.     Lived here since Sep 2015. Had a few hiccups, like for instance the apt I originally put my down pymt on was sold from under me, I only found out bc I wanted to move in a day earlier and had to pay more rent for this unit bc of market rate fluctuations. Most of my neighbors pay cheaper rent and have been here longer. Few maintenence hiccups that corporate resolved in my first 3 mos of residency. Minor roach issue resolved in first few days of my moving in. I have had nothing but pleasant experiences with both Candace and Elizabeth. I love my neighbors and have had no issues with laundry theft. Parking is good. The rent is reasonable bc these are older units. Maintenance may be needed, but Ive had great response to my maintenance request since using the new online portal. I pay rent via online portal which saves on money orders. This is a diverse working class community.

    I have lived here for two years and I love it! Its quiet and people dont bother each other. The only thing I think should be done differently is having the machine that you upload money for the laundry card should be put in the laundry rooms and not in the office. Too many times Ive gone to load money and theyre showing an apartment or on lunch it would be easier for everyone if it was in the laundry rooms!

    Apartments are affordable for the area they are in. I like that people leave you alone for the most part & the pool is well maintained. I had previously given this complex a lower rating due to the yotta resident portal charging a hefty fee when paying rent but the office addressed this issue & helped me to find a more affordable way to pay withou the fee.

    I Love this community i have been here several years theres been some changes in the office but now they have a great staff that have lasted more than previous staff im so very happy with them. New manager is on point she walks the property daily and maintenance are on top of there work orders. The community is very quiet and there are so many stores to go shopping too.     I have been here about 9 months and I love it. The place is quiet and I havent had any problems, not to mention all the stores, restraunts and mall so close. When I moved in the new managment was taking over. I dont know what the old managment was like but the staff at the office has been nothing but great and helpful with everything. Any mantainance that I have requested has been taken care of in a timely maner. I will definetly be renewing my lease when its up.

    My husband & I had such a good experience with Brenton Mills. The ladies of the office Miros & the Manager Frannie were amazing! Answered every question & every call. The complex is so quiet & refreshing, such a lovely area too. You definitely should rent here & ask for Miros! She will be there every step of the way.

    I have had some issues several months in a row and when they were brought to the offices attention, I was told they would be fixed but they were not. I was highly upset with the complex. After going in today and talking to who I believe is the manager, my opinion has changed. She was very helpful, nice, and professional unlike the person who usually helps me.

    Hello everyone !I have been living in these apartments for approximately 7 months and let me tell you that I am very grateful to Brandon and his Manager for helping me rent these apartments with my Boyfriend. This place is very quiet and you rarely see your neighbors because we are all very busy. I even miss seeing children playing or using the pool because it is very quiet around here. We like our apartment from the first day, very spacious and clean & not to mention the parking spaces are spacious.I recommend renting here if you are looking for a quiet apartment close to many commercial stores.Breton Mill ApartmentsVery good option to live and rent.
