    Big thank you to one of the Maintence guys here named Emmanuel for coming and fixing things around the apartment multiple times throughout our stay here. Always a pleasure to speak with him and very friendly, courteous and eager to help. He came one night during an emergency to fix our heat during the summer and also brought a A/C unit. He really helped a lot while I was pregnant at the time. I appreciate your service! Keep up the good work and great attitude!

    Since I have been here at Breckenridge I have been having issues with no hot water. Water really has never gotten hot its always luke warm. With that being said I really do appreciate the maintenance service I have received from Emmanuel. He has been very good at trying to fix my no hot water issue and also a really nice person.

    I put in a request for service and Emmanuel responded within minutes! He verified my leak under the kitchen sink. Then went and got some pipe to fix the leak. Once he finished it he wet-dry vacuumed under the sink to clean and help dry it out. Great, fast and efficient service! Wonderful!

    This community is quite diverse and quiet. What stands out the most is how extremely helpful and responsive maintenance is. I was struggling with a heavy car sized bean bag and Brylon jumped into action to assist me! I might have spelled his name wrong I apologize heā€™s a young guy with a huge heart. You can tell they truly appreciate the tenants here. The most important thing about renting is knowing that when something happens you will have the caring support of the maintenance team to spring into action. He made my MONTH!! ā˜ŗļøUpdate- The maintenance crew is awesome they clean up the hallways and stair ways and are always on patrol so you fell extra safe with all these strong alert men around!!

    This is one of my favorite places to live , not only are the grounds beautiful, the interior is just as beautiful and spacious. Anytime I have any maintenance issues I can always count on the maintenance team, if Lavelle came out for one issue, I could always point out any other issues and he would take care of all my issues in one visit. This is a fanomal quite, and friendly place to live.

    Weā€™ve lived here for over 7 yrs and the maintenance has been on point since day 1. Through the different companies that have come in Lavelle has remained a constant. Heā€™s very dedicated, hard working and he treats the tenants like family. He makes sure all our apts. are up to code.     I absolutely love these apartments! The office is amazing and so is the maintenance! Especially Emmanuel heā€™s the best when it comes to fixing things and getting it done in a timely manner.     From the beginning (meeting Janneth Orellana) and going in to view my current luxury space (running in to Rebecca Pivaral inside the unit) til the final move in day (amazingly supported by Nancy Galvez) THIS HAS BEEN THE BEST experience for us (Al and Ashie Lane)!!!!!To top it all off, this complex has the most professional, responsive, experienced, and caring maintenance support Team (shout out to Braulio Z., Manny Wilfredo Montes and Lavelle)!     Even though we had a rough start when we first moved in here a couple of months ago, the team addressed all our concerns since day one. Yes, it took time to address all the compiled issues, but nevertheless, they followed through..Now, every now and then I get an issue and all I need to do is call the office, request what I need, and sure enough they are there the same day or the next day or the first opening possible. I want to give a shout-out to 3 men in particular: Supervisor Wilfredo and Jairo. The other guy I forgot his name but will update this review once I get it.We will be renewing our our lease.

    The apartment complex is kept up with . No complains there except when other dog owners donā€™t pick up after their pets. The worker Manny has always been Great . Very respectful man and gets the job done when Iā€™ve had problems in my apartment . The staff here are genuine and attentive.

    Lived here for a year in a 2 bed 1 bath. Rent was reasonable and I loved the attached garage. The unit was quite spacious and it was a relatively quiet community. We did however have plumbing issues throughout the entire lease despite maintenance and a plumber coming out to fix the issue. It got to the point where we had water seeping through the floors and mold growing on the walls. The front office and maintenance used to be extremely responsive at the beginning of the lease but by the end it was nearly impossible to get in contact without physically going into the office. I recommend getting a hold of the leasing agents personal email for quicker responses. Overall I really enjoyed my time here and would recommend this apartment complex. If youre interested in a specific unit, I recommend checking the rent price every day as it changes pretty consistently. Thats how we were able to lock in a reasonable price.

    Great location close to everything! The grounds and apartments are well taken care of. New management company is stepping up; faster responses to maintenance issues. They are also trying to foster more of a community; for example they have food trucks once a month or so.The front office staff, Janneth and Fatima know me by name (is that a good thing?). Always very positive and helpful.The only negative we have currently is that we get random emails and sometimes after the fact. Seems theres not a centralized plan in action but more re-acting instead of acting. Example; they started closing the gates 24/7 but we did not get notified until after it happened so my wife had to go into the office to ask how to open them to get into the complex.Great location near Breckenridge park. Gym and pool. Well maintained.

    Me and my family have lived here for 2 years and are wanting to renew for our 3rd. This complex is great overall, has lots of amenities, and is very family oriented. The apartments are very spacious, with great appliances. The maintenance team is great, they come very quickly to fix the any issues weve had. Management is very helpful resolving any questions we have and I would highly recommend this complex to anyone looking.

    Recently renewed here. Love the area close to garland Plano and WylieClose to the hwy.Complex is filled with families and the schools are close with little to no traffic during school hours.Property stays clean and the front desk/maintenance respond in great time.Their pricing is great for location.Highly recommended. I just hope they get the splash pad working this year ā£ļø

    I havent moved in yet but they need to improve communication. It took me calling several times & even emailed simple questions with no response. I finally called again this morning & someone answered.All my previous reviews have been magically deleted. As of yesterday 6/22/24 I have now been charged for a ā€œlease violationā€ for an unauthorized animal. I paid my 400 pet deposit over a year ago and pay pet rent every month!! Unbelievable. I have submitted all my proof so we shall see how they handle this latest goof. I also see on the resident portal I have been charged monthly for renterā€™s insurance but I have always had insurance and given my renewal information every year. Iā€™m so tired of dealing with these people. Also this is supposed to be a ā€œsmoke freeā€ community but I smell smoke all the time. If you decide to move here go through the residential portal and review your monthly charges. You may have bogus charges added to your account. Aside from the management staff drama it is a decent community.Shout out to the Maintenance guy Lavelle Lipscomb for always providing excellent and professional service on all maintenance requests! 9/25/24.     Weā€™ve thoroughly enjoyed living here. Maintenance responds quickly, the office staff have always been very kind and quick to help. Itā€™s also a beautiful place. The vaulted ceilings make the apartments feel larger and the open concepts are amazing.

    I love it here! The office is very nice and friendly. The environment is nice and clean. Maintence request are done on time. Iā€™ve been here for three years. Move here for sure youā€™ll have a great experience! The pool is nice. I wish the workout room was bigger and had more equipment but other than that I like it so far. The amenity fee and trash fee are annoying but again I still like the apartments. Great for kids. Nice pond and they have playgrounds within the premises.

    I am going on my second year of living here and I am so thankful. I had moved here to a new city, did not tour this apartment (well, toured virtually), applied, was accepted, and going on my 2nd year of residencyā€” and i LOVE IT. The team has made it simple to apply and renew, maintenance requests are done quickly and or communicated if short staffed, have to order new parts, and or provide time delays (life happens but the office ensures we are at least emailed with updates), family oriented, quiet, and respectful. The space is really nice and open (my friends think so too) and a lot of room to make it your own :)

    I moved 2years ago I ask the inspection list to check and the agent told me no need for inspection I already in.i got the reason the place wasnā€™t ready the paint fresh smell and I said itā€™s okay and continue I already sign agreement .then I requested over 30 maintenance request till today some of them not complete they said fix the blinder. Next day it fall .I am done my lease will be done with 60 day and now I gave notice to move out and. They came with camera to take picture and my wife ask whatā€™s the reason they refuse the answer itā€™s against privacy to enter with out notice.I request again now to fix curtain blind and the paint paper from bath room .I think they have to gave us reason why they entering my apartment next time waiting till I move out what ever they like to do my advice for new tenant. Make sure. You get inspection list. Itā€™s un professional and un fair.

    Just moved back in town and I have been all over the Dallas and the surrounding cities looking for my new home. This area is beautiful, clean and quiet. It is also close to the freeways and near the shops, which is a plus!! Spoke to the ladies in the office and they were able to answer all my questions and provide great customer service. Looks like I found my next home!!!

    09/08/2023:- I am upgrading the rating to five star as all the problem have been addressed with utmost care. Thanks to leasing office.08/19/2023 - its only a mere month when the new AC unit was installed and the unit broke. Still running behind maintenance and leasing office to get this checked and provide a permanent solution. Expecting that leasing provides other accomodation.AC is not working since past 4 days. No ETA yet for the resolution. Only conveyed new AC is ordered, but when it is going to arrive no date for that as well. Confined to only one room with the portable AC provided by leasing team. Suffering in this year scorching heat on the top floor unit, its so frustrating.07/18/2023: I am updating the review as I was able to speak with community manager on 07/18/2023 and I must say Veronica has looked into our request personally and that gave us confidence. Thanks Veronica.I would be updating the rating once the issue is resolved completely for now 3 stars šŸ™‚

    I was very impressed just driving up to the office. The young lady that took care of me couldnā€™t have been better.Her name is Stephanie Cornejo. I donā€™t usually remember names but her courtesy and kindness made a tremendous difference.She responded quickly to all my questions and when I changed from a to b to c etc it didnā€™t seem to bother her at all.One thing that was different is that she didnā€™t put pressure on me to sign anything or pay anything and set up a follow up when an apt is ready for me to look at.

    I am going into year 3 here and I am very happy that I chose this place to call home. As a self employed-semi retired consultant, this place has been perfect for. When searching for an apartment, I prayed for a clean, safe and comfortable place to live and this community is the answer to my prayer. The current management team, Diane, Jennifer and maintenance are great - they try to make your space livable! They are friendly, helpful and respectable. I love living here. Its not perfect (what is), but its perfect for me and what I need in this season of my life. All in all, its a great place to call home!

    I will be moving in within the next couple of weeks and thus far my experience with Breckinridge has been nothing less than stellar. I toured the property and its safe & quiet which are two things I like! The team was very accommodating when I made last minute changes to my lease & returned my calls same day. Im excited to move in.9/7/2023 - UpdateMy rating is still 4 stars and I enjoy living here, so much that I renewed my lease. We experienced some of the AC issues others have mentioned, and it sucked, but recently Breckinridge has went through the complex and replaced the old units with new ones. We currently dont have any AC problems! The gates are operational, the pools & grounds are always well maintained, and maintenance is great. Any pics of tons of garbage piled outside is rare and was probably the result of an eviction from what Ive seen.

    Update! We have been in our new apartment 8 mths now and have had several maintenance needs. I can honestly say that the maintenance staff, Lavelle and J have worked over and beyond to make sure our maintenance needs were met. There were other crew members, just dont recall the names. With such a large complex and minimum workers, the job gets done. Thank you to the maintenance staff who work tirelessly and faithfully to make sure the residents needs are taking care of.     It was hard for us to leave this complex. The apartment was good and it has an amazing view over the playground. The maintenance crew is good and responsive. The GYM is very small and needs maintenance. Facilities need maintenance but overall acceptable. The new management seems to be better than the old one. David Mayberry is very kind, responsive and helpful and by far the best agent i have ever dealt with in this complex.

    I just moved into this complex this week and its was one of the quickest and smoothest move in experiences in my life. It took me less than 3 days to go from apartment hunting to signing my lease. Jennifer made the process run smoothly and efficiently. She helped me every step of the way and was absolutely fantastic.     Diane is one of the best and does me so right! I have been here for a little less than a decade, if not a decade. But the entire staff is great. They work with me closely on any issues that may arise and my maintenance requests are always worked on and resolved in a timely manner, especially as of late.     This review is edited. I previously left a 1 star review in June 2022. I am writing this edited review in June 2023. I have lived at Breckinridge Point for 2 years, and recently signed another 12 months lease.The reasoning for my previous 1 star rating was almost entirely related to the renewal process. I felt they used unethical tactics designed to put tenants in a position where they had no other option but to renew. Specifically:1. I was lied to about how much the rent would increase (Was told it would be no more than a $100/mo increase but the actual increase was $180).2. The renewal offer was sent extremely late (offer received 60 days before lease expired, yet my lease stipulates I must give 90 days notice if I plan to vacate)3. The renewal offer itself contained an Early Bird Special that I found to be particularly shady. If I did not sign during the early bird period the rent would then increase an additional $30/mo. The early bird period ended 10 days from the day I received the offer. I felt that was not a reasonable amount of time to expect someone to make a decision.I also noted a critical lack of communication from Melissa at corporate who, at the time, was handling the renewals for BP. She was the single person who had any authority to answer questions regarding the lease or renewal offer, and I found her difficult to get in contact with, and generally unpleasant to speak to once I did.This process this year was miles better. I was sent a renewal offer 3 months and some change before my lease expired, which I found to be more than reasonable, the borderline unethical early bird special was dropped entirely, my rent did not increase at all, and communication regarding the lease was well above what I consider to be the bare minimum.Prior to receiving the renewal offer this year, I was certain I would NOT be renewing. I renewed last year because the process strong-armed into having no choice. I renewed this year primarily because of how smooth the process was.I particularly want to point out that Lisa Hubbard taking over renewals played a sizable role in my decision. She was kind, informative, to the point, and easy to communicate with. Had I caught even a hint of the difficulties regarding communication that I experienced last year, I likely would have opted to find other accommodations.I also want to point out Janneth Orellana in the front office. I have found her to be extremely helpful and kind with the non-renewal related questions/ concerns I have approached her with.To address some common things I see popping up from other reviewers:1. I have personally not had any major pest control issues in my 2 years here (Small hornet nest on balcony last year which I took care of myself with some spray)2. Maintenance requests have been mostly fine for me. I have not had much of a need to make them, but when I have I have found their speed and quality of work to be fine.3. I do not use the valet trash service. The dumpster is very close to my unit so I just walk it there myself.4. I do not use the pool, but other reviewers are correct - I have not seen it open in quite a while.5. The gates have not been working since roughly 2-3 months after I moved in. I was given a gate remote about a month and a half ago, but I have not seen them closed yet. I will note the remotes are a new addition. Used to be you had to manually punch in a code in a box every time you entered, so the remote will be a nice change (assuming they can ever get the things functioning).So Im upping my score from 1 star to 4. Dropping a star because of the amenity situation. Even though I dont use them much myself - If we pay for them, they should work. And when it comes to the gates - My opinion is that there is no good excuse for not having them functioning in almost 2 years.

    The administration team at Breckinridge is truly wonderful! The teams knows who I am as well as my dogs name and will greet me when they see me out on the property. They always have a smile on their face and are cheerful, ready to help with any need or request! The maintenance team is wonderful Wilfredo and Carlos are incredible and have responded to any repair needs that have come up within 24hours- the longest being 3 days if that. Once my air conditioning unit broke and the parts were on back order so they got a window unit to put in as a temporary fix while they wait for the parts to come in. I truly appreciated the length they went through to go the extra mile. I am also allergic to wasps and I had mentioned that in passing to Carlos so he returned to spray the wasp nest that were around my unit. I truly appreciate the length this team goes through to help their residents and truly make the complex feel like home.

    I moved here in June & love everything about my unit! The only issue I have is tenants allowing their kids to be out after 9 & 10 o clock at night! Itā€™s hard to get rest with kids screaming and playing outside my building so late.This is my 2nd review almost a year later. I still like my apartment but once again the noise is out of control! The people above me stomp, run, have had all night parties and I did complain to the office. Their response was call the police after hours which I did. Cops shut the party down. About a week ago some new lady from the office had the audacity to call me saying there are complaints about noise coming from MY apartment! An absolute LIE. I sent them a nicety email advising to never call me again without getting their facts straight. I just signed a new lease for another year and I hate I did that. Every time we look up new ppl are in the office. One more year is it for me. Appreciate your good tenants. Of course they didnā€™t respond to the email. People yelling and arguing at all times of night outside. Not ok at all.3rd reviewConstant ac issues over the entire summer. AC blowing hot air as we speak despite a ā€œnewā€ unit being installed yesterday. The fan on the unit outside had to be replaced a couple of weeks ago on the last unit. Maintenance guys are overworked & I feel bad for them, except the Maintenance Mgr who is rude and shouldnā€™t be in his position. His name is Wilfred I believe. Yes, I said it. Dumpsters always full and trash on the ground. Dog poop everywhere smh. Looking forward to moving for sure in 2024. I love my apartment but this management team has far too many issues going on.

    I love these apartments because they are second chance leasing. The second thing when I first moved here the staff was awesome; especially Martin and Claudia. Everything that I disliked was fixed immediately. In addition, they were incredibly nice. Well, they are gone now; however, the staff they have now is awesome! They are friendly and if you have concerns, Courtney, gets the job done! Overall, its a beautiful property with friendly staff. The only thing I would say needing work is the parking.

    I have lived here for over 6 years. The gate might not always work but, this place is AMAZING! Management cares about how youā€™re doing, not only paying your bills. The reason why I have renewed 4 different leases here in 3 different buildings is because this feels like a home, and not like a landlord is out to drain your bank. I love their community events (brunch was awesome), I love their gym, and lastly, theyā€™re always fast to correct any maintenance issues! I have lived here for so long and for so many different reasons that they are too long to list, but the one main point that Iā€™ll say again is that this feels like home. Management is definitely doing right for their residents.
