I visited the property today to see the floor plans I was interested in. I thought this place was great!Yami who helped me in the office and walked the apartments with me was very kind, respectful, and knowledgeable providing everything I needed to know about a move-in, and answered every question I had.Even though its an older property the apartments I viewed were nice, the grounds were very clean, lots of nice trees, and the complex was also calm and quiet. And their prices would be helpful for anyone on a budget looking for a decent place to live.

I am still in the process of moving here. The website is glitchy but you have to keep trying and call if necessary. The staff is very helpful here. On my visit there I was shown a model. Beautiful! Also, the grounds are neat and well kept. Cant wait to move in!A new update: I have been here 1 year and 4 months. I have met very nice people, as well as not so nice. There is no accountability here that I can see. It seems that some people just do whatever 🙄 and no one helps. A grievance committee for tenants would be a blessing. Somewhere to discuss issues, without fear of reprisal, and someone willing to help and provide solutions. This is a way to keep tenants and get rid of troublemakers. A healthy and content community is a thriving and flourishing community.Same as last update! Help is needed here!

Ive been living here for almost 3 years now. So far the apartments have been decent. I really havent had problems, I mean youll randomly bump into someone with an attitude but that can happen anywhere. and To be completely honest, the apartments do have roaches but honestly I see the more that I clean and all I dont really see them, so Its all about being clean in your own home. These people that work in the office are awesome, Blanca and Rosalinda are my to goes if I have any questions or concerns. I do recommend these apartments.

I’ve lived in this complex and to be honest when I first moved in I did have issues...bugs, a leak, and a messed up sink and toilet... however maintenance and the staff got right on it.They gave me a new fridge, fixed a few tile that they had noticed was shifting out of place, fixed the toilet, the roof, the inside ceiling, and gave me a new sink...after seeing a few creepy crawlers i freaked out pest control came right out and i didn’t have that problem ever again... thank goodness!Even the dumpster area, and trash problems that I’ve seen in other areas wasn’t a problem there, one day it was trash on the ground and next it wasn’tAnyways It’s all positivity in the leasing office, and they really try to work with you, they go above and beyond to help you... I loved the apartment and the area was super quiet! I had no issues with noises at all and for the most part no matter the time i came in it was always a parking spot!It’s been a ton of changes made,upgrades, new roof, pool fixed, new management, new parking stickers, and new lights to brighten it up at nightNow if they could just fix that raggedy parking lot with all them holes and those loud screeching rusty gates that slam we would be good to go!

Samantha the leasing agent was very kind and attentive, she kept me informed during the process and made moving very easy. Great customer service and it was such a pleasure to work with her is why I chose Breckinridge over other choices. I would definitely recommend and now being in my apartment it does not disappoint I am very satisfied.

Samantha is a true professional, she has the ability to explain everything in great detail. She is helpful, useful, pleasant and very kind. She kept us up to date on all information with lots of laughter and smiles, putting us at total ease with her positivity and knowledge of her job. Samantha truly went above and beyond her call of duty for us. We don’t believe we would have been able to make this transfer and move across the states without her help.

Im set to move into this complex in September, but the staff has been INCREDIBLE since the day I started the application! Theyre always so kind when I call, and every single worry Ive had was addressed and taken care of with nothing but the highest quality customer service. If the staff is any indication of what life is like in Breckenridge at Cityview, I just know that Im going to be the happiest Ive ever been! Cant wait to move in!Bonus: Even when I was freaking out because a potential employer had asked if Id be able to relocate from Southern California to Houston sooner, Rosalyn (I am so sorry if thats not right) helped me calm the heck down and assured me that things would be just fine, should I need to move sooner! I cannot commend her enough!!

Honestly been living here going on to 2 years now and I don’t have any problems. I mean y’all there’s little things but nothing you can’t handle and in regards to roaches yeah you’ll see them as long as you keep your house clean they won’t come around. It’s all about how clean your home is. I love the staff and I don’t have any problems with maintenance either. I do recommend these Apts

I been staying over here for 2 years NEVER had a problem ... they are very nice in the office ... I probably put in 2 to 3 work orders and they came quick every time to fix what had needed to be fix... The section I stay in is very calm ...

Ive lived here 8 or 9 yearsIve never had a single problemThe staff has always treated me with respect and compassion even after I was very rude and upset one timeSure the place could use some up grades but what place couldntBut always remember with upgrades comes price increase I dont know what you are looking for but there is no perfect place on earthBut for the price living in a very large city you cant beat it

First of all, I cant complain, Ive been living here for 2 years and it really is a very quiet place with quiet neighbors, the maintenance is perfect, the ladies in the office are super attentive, very friendly and I would definitely stay longer, the only problem is that I dont know who to stay with. talk to them to fix my mailbox I have left a thousand complaints and they have not been able to help us we have been like this for more than 3 months and we have never had a problem before they always solve it quickly only that I really need my correspondence otherwise everything is perfectly important letters They should have arrived, unfortunately I did not receive them. I hope and God willing that you can help us, thank you very much 🙏🙏
