    I never leave reviews but this one is very necessary. From the very first day I received my apartment keys until the day I moved out leasing agent Destiny Has been nothing but amazing!!! Destiny is very knowledgeable, honest, respectful, has lots of patience. Shes really a breath of fresh air. Its nothing she didnt know or couldnt help me with. Im glad I got a chance to work with her. If I had to do it all over again I choose destiny. Thank you destiny.

    Toured and really liked it. Canā€™t wait till they get more of their A8ā€™s! Destiny was really knowledgeable and helpful. I also liked how the other leasing agent Emily chimed in on our conversation and told me her favorite things about the unit I toured. Really a great property and the staff makes it even better. I like how attentive they were.

    I have lived here for a bit over a year now, i have not had any problems so far. Everything has been clean and maintenance is quick to respond to any issues, especially when talking about the AC or heater. The staff is also very helpful. I have been helped by Denises out a couple times and she is vary nice and looks out for the residents, helping us out with any paperwork or any other administrative type activities.

    Brea Luxury Apartments ReviewI recently had the pleasure of staying at Brea Luxury Apartments for 3 years and I can safely say that it exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I walked in I was impressed by the modern design, well-maintained facilities, and overall attention to detail.The apartments are spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with high-end appliances that make everyday living a breeze. The management team is incredibly professional, Denises is very attentive and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure residents are comfortable. The community amenities such as the pool, gym, and lounge areas add an extra touch of luxury that really enhances the living experience.The maintenance team is very nice especially Mr. Mario, polite and attentive. When reporting damage this residence is extremely efficient, if it is an emergency case they go immediately no matter the time, and if it is any damage it is also super fast, Joey has always come to repair everything and is efficient and respectful. The location is also a huge plus ā€“ it is conveniently close to shopping centers, restaurants, and entertainment venues, making it perfect for anyone looking for a combination of comfort and convenience.I highly recommend Brea Luxury Apartments to anyone looking for a stylish, upscale, and well-managed place to call home. It is truly a five-star living experience!

    I toured with Destiny and she provided very luxury customer service. I had a lot of questions, she answered and was very patient with me. If I found a flaw in the apartment she had great advice as a resolution. She listened to my needs for an apartment considering Im downsizing from a 2 story house. Destiny showed me all of the amenities and didnt treat me like I was a waist of her time (as I have experienced at other properties). She never asked me to do a review like other places she was just genuinely helpful and I love it! Her kindness and care is why Brea is number 1 on my list!! If you ever see this review please continue to be you no matter what, Thank you for your kindness some if us truly appreciate it!

    Went tour them today, finding a new place to live. From what I can see, they are very nice! Plenty of amenities, and the pool is immaculate. Lady said they are open 10a to 10p year round. My only concern is the space for the living rooms. They seemed kind of small compared to others

    I have lived on the property for almost 2yrs now and I must say that in all my years of apartment living this has been by far the best apartment complex Iā€™ve ever lived in. Iā€™m in the A8 model and it is the perfect 1BR 1BA size for me. No other complex in the area came close to matching my needs and wants like Brea has done and continues to do for me. In addition to being located in the perfect location to all the shopping centers and restaurants that I frequently visit. The office staff has always provided me with respect and great customer service. Thank you to the entire office staff Katia, Destiny, Desiree, Denisee and the maintenance team (sorry I donā€™t know youā€™ll by name.) You guys are awesome and I appreciate the kindness, professionalism, and all the other wonderful things you guys do for our community.

    Recently moved from downtown to Katy and let me tell you Iā€™ve have nothing but a great experience at Brea. Moving in was effortless and a seem less transition. Not to mention the professionalism of staff and crew. However I would like to highlight Joey, from maintenance. I was having ac issues with the thermostat not working properly. Initial contact was made and he was prompt and very knowledgeable. Joey gave me a time frame of when it would be solved and let me tell you how he went above and beyond. He was able to get the job done in less time than he had initially quoted. And that made me feel valued and appreciated. I will definitely be staying here for the long run.     Iā€™ve been living here for 9 months now. Today I had an oversized package delivered but was sent to the locker instead of my door. I went to office to see if they had a dolly I could use and Denise asked to show her the size of the package. Once Denise saw the she said she could just help me move the package to my apt for me .     I cant speak highly enough of the maintenance person. I believe his name was Joey. The moment I put a request for a fix on my wall the response was fast. He made my wall look as good as new. He was friendly and efficient, and he also took the time to ask if there was anything else that he could help with. By him, responding fast to my requests and then asking If I needed help with anything else I can say that I felt cared for and I could rely on Joey for any maintenance.

    When I tell you everything was absoutly on point aka a great experience. From the time my daughter started speaking with Destiny, including, greeting, tour and debriefing the details was a great experience. The property speaks for itself! For days we have been reviewing and visiting communities, Brea was our icing on the cake it provided everything we need and more. We definitely viewed the best for last, but for time sake I wish we visited it first and we would have been one an done. :) ! Dont waste your time visiting other place, which was pretty nice.     My husband, myself and our two teenage children have lived at Brea for the past two years and although we moved out today, we enjoyed our time. Maintenance is amazing and always helpful. During our time, we had a couple of issues and the Candi and Maria were always attentive and helpful. Thank You Brea staff for everything you have done for our family. There was a day where I took the trash out and my little Yorkie escaped and I didnā€™t realize she was missing until Maria called me. They loved on my Chiquita until I came to pick her up. Again, the staff is always so kind and sweet and we will miss them.

    I must say my stay at these apartments have been the best. I travel often so having a nice place to go back and relax is exactly what I need and who doesnā€™t love a big pool to swim in during Texas summer heat. Staff is very helpful but the one who goes above and beyond is Denises. She has made my stay at the apartment amazing.

    The community BREA , was absolutely stunning!!! I was accompanied by Dess and she was so welcoming and very informative of what the community offers. I loved how she showed me the accessibility of the community as well as the amenities it offered.     Maria is a leasing consultant, I believe for this David Development property here in Katy. She was so kind and opened to any questions that I had. She knew all insight information about the property and helped with all of the quoting and application leg-work upfront before I left the office after my tour. She was very communicative in helping layout a vision of what the home could look like with my personal dimensions of custom furniture and measured out the layout as well for me.     Love love love these apartments! I rent a 3 bedroom apartment and the layout is just perfect for my family of 4 with 2 dogs! The staff has just been wonderful from the day we walked the property. We were ā€œtheā€ very first tenants to live on the property and staff has been very accommodating and helpful. Theresa is one of my favorite leasing agents. Sheā€™s very knowledgeable, helpful, and knows how to serve. Canā€™t wait to see my renewal rate to hopefully be able to sign again! We donā€™t want to leave the best apartments weā€™ve lived in!

    Heather at Brea Luxury Apartments gave me and my wife one of the most informative and refreshing apartment tours that we had. I have to give all credit to one of the Leasing agent Heather Hagen, she was an absolute delight and super knowledgeable of the property. Again, she provided a great experience and really sold us on the location as a whole. The smell of a new apartment building gives you an uplifting feeling, and Brea Luxury Apartments gave me and my wife that and more, the layout of the apt we saw had everything we been looking for, the kitchen is very spacious and brite. Thank you Brea Hagen for showing it to us. We pray that all goes well with our application, we hope to be able to call it our home!

The whole staff here has been great to with. We lived in a 3 bedroom apartment and the apartments have all modern finishes and all appliances are up to date.     Walked in and had excellent customer service with one of the female staff ( I wasnt able to get her name or forgot ). She was extremely pleasant to talk to and highly knowledgeable about the complex. As the tour which she provided , she was able to show me not just a fully furnished room but as well as all the amenities the apartment comes with. The level of security is top notch compared to other complexes in the area with the same price range. If you are looking for something that is out of the way from the city and quiet at night with some nice features in the area. This is the place for you. BE WARNED their is construction still going on in the area, BUT I was unable to hear anything from inside the complex it self. Besides that the complex is nice :)- EDIT[ Through further investigation throughout a lot of the comments that have been made, is that the things the apartment owns are secure but your belongings may not be as there was multiple comments about vehicle break ins with the last one being 5 months ago. From what I have seen, no resident break ins. ](2nd issue is smokers in a non smoking complex)(THIS EDIT IS ONLY MY OPINION ON WHAT OTHERS HAVE SAID. I HAVE NO TRUTH TO ANYTHING THIS EDIT CLAIMS)

    Just moved here from Oregon, looked at a lot of apartments all over Houston. Decided I deserved to live in luxury at the Brea. The pool is definitely a resort like pool Which is open late so you can swim at night which is my favorite!!The gym is huge and clean and perfect (24/7).Upgraded apartments with high ceilings a nice community room with several TVs, a movie theater room, dog washing station and a small dog park. Soon to come is an area to vacuum your car. All the staff I have encountered have been fantastic and their follow up is great.

    Closing on this rental was a breeze. Melanie and Mayra were very helpful. There is only one issue and that is answering calls. I have over the past week made several calls and left msgs at different times during the day. Not sure what can be done for punctual answering but if so much appreciated especially during freezing days as I own no vehicle :)One week into my stay and have noticed there are no Pet Stations. Pet waste all over the inner premises which is a health safety issue. I recommended Pet Stations. Awaiting implementationā€¦Maintenance is on their game!Cheers! L

    You can tell alot about a property from the energy and attitude you get walking in the door of the leasing office. Josephine was really sweet and helpful. The property itself is beautiful and its probably one of the best locations in town. Right up the street from tons of restaurants, tennis courts on clay rd and the mall but also north of i-10 and outside of the noise/traffic. I highly recommend!
