Brazos Ranch has been one of the best places to a life long dear friend of mine. They accommodated her needs, so much respect was given to the community. The front office staff, especially Fatima was always prompt. The maintenance was always fast at fulfilling the work orders and communication was very good. For all the residents I came in contact with through the 12 years not one had an issue! They went above and beyond their job description to help her and other residents in need. I would definitely refer this complex!

Wanted to let any and everyone know...we at Brazos Ranch....got new pool furniture. Gorgeous. Looks like a resort. Cannot wait to get in pool. I am so excited. I moved in about a year ago and have had a very pleasant experience. The front office staff is always very kind and helpful. All my service requests have been fulfilled in a timely manner with no complaints. The property is safe and quiet while still being conveniently located within walking distance of many shopping and dining spots. I would 100% recommend Brazos Ranch apartments.

Ive been living here about three years and Im very happy with this place. The staff is attentive and the residents are nice. They even have a Police Officer who lives on site that can be called for any after hour issues. I definitely recommend living here!

There is no better place to live in the Rosenberg area like Brazos Ranch. Manager is easy to talk to and very hands on. The staff are helpful and nice. Maintenance are always quick and thorough. If you want a great place to live, then here it is. It is the best bang for your buck. Living here has been enjoyable.

Rachel has helped me, my wife, and our daughter find a wonderful apartment for our daughter Monica. She is there for our questions and takes her time to make Monica feel comfortable and welcome. We take great comfort in knowing that Rachel is just a call away if we have a question because our daughter has special needs. Rachel talks with Monica in the morning while she waits for her ride to her job which Monica talks about to us all the time. Good job on all the help and thank you Brazos Ranch!

I want to start by first saying the property is so unique and we love it because they’re like homes vs the normal complex’s. This is going to be our 7th year staying at this complex. The complex is so quiet, safe and clean! The playground and dog park are so awesome. We definitely enjoy all the amenities starting with the indoor basketball full half court and Movie Theater yes they have both and it’s freaking Awesome. I do have to add that the Staff is so nice and helpful with everything I’ve never had a bad experience with them in the office or the maintenance crew. I’d like to recognize Clark, Angela and Fatima for all the awesome work they do for myself and the other tenants. I’d also like to recognize Louis and Anthony for holding down the work orders for myself and the other tenants. I know quite a few tenants so we all speak highly of the team.

The service at this property is beyond outstanding. Clark, the community director is hilarious, kind, knowledgeable and extremely accommodating. Ive worked in leasing for another property for years and have never experienced such a quick and painless application process. Brazos Ranch has MORE than fair pricing, no amenity fees and even work with you on paying your deposit over a period of time instead of all up front. Just lease here already!

I have been a resident since 2013. Living at Brazos i have no complaints.Management is the best they take care of all of your needs. Whatever I have ask they have and did plus some.No complaints. The up keep of the property well kept. Maintenance always when I put in a Oder they fill. From leasing to Management u can’t ask for a better place to live . Been living here since August of 2022. The parking is good,,the apartments are nice and well kept. The amenities are also nice( pool,gym,indoor basketball court.) The maintenence team is quick and responsive. The only reason why I didnt give it a 5 star is because in my opinion the appliances and thermostat could be upgraded, but other than that I would recommend this place.

I’ve been here since May, Clark and Fatima helped me during my moving transition which was a bit complex. They reply when I have issues and they answer when I call which is unheard of in other places. The complex is clean, neighbors are really nice and I see kids playing outside which is wholesome and comforting since my children need a safe community. I know we will be staying here for an extended period. The maintenance crew is fast and courteous as well. I’ve never lived in such a safe environment and it’s closed to a lot of things! Very great area and property.

I was recently in a rush to find an apartment and reached out to Brazos Ranch. Fatima was amazing to work with and worked quickly on my application process! I was able to move in within 2 days. The complex is beautiful and is very well maintained! The amenities are the best, one of the reasons I wanted to get moved in. The fact that it is so close to everything in town is a huge plus! The complex seems very quiet and I’m looking forward to me and my kids staying here! Everyone else I’ve met that works here has been friendly and helpful!

We have had an amazing experience living here so far the staff is friendly and always helpful the gym is a good place to go and work out as well as visiting the pool area and the basketball court the apartments there self are very good and cozy. Haven’t had no problems since being here and management is always on top of everything and always willing to help you out if you need it.

We absolutely LOVED living here! I’m a bit of a protectionist and I expect a lot and this community satisfied all our needs. If there was a issue, it was fixed in a timely manner. The office staff is kind and helpful. The maintenance team is professional, efficient and our 1 year old loved seeing them taking care of the property every morning. This is absolutely a great, safe place to live, especially for children and pets! If you enjoy walking outside, this is perfect! Not only in the complex, but there is literally every store you would need within a mile radius. Loved our home here!

We only lived here one month, we needed a place to stay before moving to a house we bought and we really enjoyed our time at Brazos ranch! Clark was so great to help us get everything set up and during our walkthrough we noticed a few minor things. They were completed by the following day. Now, I know it’s not something to expect to be done right away but the maintenance team there is highly responsive. Our apartment was clean when we moved in and we really enjoyed living there. Definitely could have stayed there a lot longer if we had been in different circumstances. Everyone at the office is super nice and helpful and professional but huge shoutout to Clark! The residents were nice and kept to themselves, it was a quiet community. Also it was clean and there was ample parking. It’s nice to have an attached garage too if you can get a unit like that! Overall, we had a great experience at Brazos Ranch!

Clark is a good guy, very easy to talk to, and always willing to help out where he can. Maintenance always gets done in a timely manner if you are having an issue. My boyfriend and I have lived here for a couple months now, from the very start the management team is so beyond kind and helpful. Clark is a amazing and very professional, feels like I’m talking to a family member! Forgive me for forgetting the name but our maintenance guy who always helps us in building 11 is absolutely one of the most kindest people I’ve ever met. I think over all this is a great apartment but management can be slow and maintenance is extra slow. It took maintenance 3 months to fix a leak in my ceiling after the hurricane and 2 months fix my disposal... I still haven’t received my second gate key that is promised to you when you move in and I moved in August. Overall I like my apartment and the location is great.

Apartment is great and front office staff if very friendly and helpful. We have an apartment with an attached garage and it works great for us. Downfall is that you cant use your own washer and drier, other than that I would definitely recommend this complex.

DETAILED, OBJECTIVE, & HONEST REVIEW!To start, I lived here for a few months because I got a call for work overseas. Had it not been this, I DEFINITELY wouldve stayed here for the long term. First of all, THE DAY I started my new lease, management changed. My original lease was setup by previous management and the new management allowed me to keep my lease, lower price on the lease and all. From Pam, to Sara, to Rosie, to Seth (they all work in the front office) since my first day there, they have done all that they can to not only help me, but others who come in the office with unique request or problems. I have also never received and attitude from anyone in the office. With the only issue I ever did have (my tub was clogged early on), I told the front office at 10:30am, maintenance men worked on it and fixed it by 1pm.I also had a unique situation where I had to leave soon after I had already signed a long-term lease. They did all they could and REALLY helped me out in that situation...Saved me A TON OF MONEY! Im being literal when I express that the people in the front office are AWESOME. I have no reason to lie. They really do care.As far as the apartment, I had a studio apartment on the 3rd floor. And for those of you who have had studio apartments before, (at least mine) these are HUGE! I walked in and actually told them that it was WAY MORE room than what I needed. It had a walk in closet, full deep tub, big kitchen area with huge cabinets, washer and dryer in unit, it even had a separate office area haha. But it was cheaper for me to keep the lease with that one so I kept it.IMPORTANT: One of the main things I look for in apartments is the pest control. I am happy to report that: MY WHOLE TIME HERE I NEVER SAW NOT ONE ROACH OR SPIDER! This is one of the most important things to me.As a resident, you have 24 access a fitness gym, basketball gym (soon to be 24 hours open), pool, and during office hours you have pool table, free coffee and tea, cable hd tvs to watch what you would like. It is also a gated community.The location here is PERFECT. (Which is why whenever I come back to the states, I think Ill re-up!) You have Target, Ross, Marshalls, Chick-fil-A, Home Depot, Cinema Theater, UPS, Banks, Best Buy, Krogers, 24 Hour Fitness, Sports Academy - ALL within a 5-to-8 MINUTE WALK! Walmart is VERY close too, but it will be about a 15-25 minute walk depending on your pace.All in all, I loved living in this place and the people in the office. If I had any complaints, I sincerely would list them...but I had none. This place, the people, and the location is AWESOME!
