I have lived here almost two years. It is a fantastic property! Brittany is a wonderful property manager, and her team is fantastic! Nowhere is perfect, but anytime I have had an issue, it has been resolved within 48 hours by maintenance (also very professional and highly efficient.) it is quiet, and I appreciate the trash valet. I have had typical apt living issues, but everything is always handled, and I am very happy.

I spent 2 years living here and it was the best apartment living experience I’ve had in brazoria county.The location is nice and convenient being right next to 2004 and 288B if you are working in the area.Brittany and the rest of the staff are excellent at answering questions and willing to help you out if you communicate with them.I had the A/C go out while living here and Cody with maintenance got it fixed very quickly.The community of people that live here are nice and kind. I had no issues with any of my neighbors or any of the other residents. The pool is definitely nice to relax and hang out during the summer.Very dog friendly apartments and there is a dog park that makes it very convenient to let your dog run around.The prices may seem alittle expensive, but you get what you pay for. It’s gated which makes you feel more secure, the trash service is convenient, the richwood police doing regular drive throughs. Never had issues with break ins or thieves.I would recommend this place if you wanted a nice, clean, and comfortable place to live!

Hiya! I just moved in and Alisha T. Has been such a great help! Maintenance is fast reacting and the trash pick up is amazing. The residents aren’t rowdy and its a calm place. Even has a dog park to let your pup run free in. We love it!

I have had a wonderful experience living here at Brazos Crossing. I wanted to leave this review to let people know my experience. I moved in a few years ago(2021). The move in experience was excellent. Ericka was the one who showed me my apartment and helped me with the process with signing my lease. If I had any questions she was willing and ready to answer them. After that experience I knew I made the right decision to move here. I do feel safe here. I am blessed to have the neighbors I have. Seems like everyone in this building are good people. If I had any issues with my apartment maintenance has taken care of it right away. In the years that I have lived here I have maybe had an issue two or three times. Each time it was taken care of immediately. Management also has always communicated well during the process of getting my issues taken care of. Overall I feel like I can give an honest review of my experience at Brazos Crossing because I have lived here for a while.

Brazos crossing Is an amazing place to stay. They have a lot of amenities and they are very cordial with the customer. The women on the inside, does such an amazing job, especially Alisha. She is so nice and wonderful at her job. It makes everything a lot easier.

I loveeeee my apartment here. It’s so quiet and clean. I have zero issues with pests or loud neighbors (if anything I’m the loud neighbors because my toddler is nuts lol). My only complaint is the amount of fees added to rent at the end of every month it’s pretty excessive

I have lived here the past 3-4 years and Erica is amazing! She has always been so helpful getting me accommodated every time I need to transfer or have any issues. Maintenance is always so quick to respond to any apartment issues. The only downside is parking I would say. The apartments are a bit pricey, But they are beautiful, spacious, & no carpet!

When we moved in, the day off there was a big issue with the apartment we were moving in, but they made it right by finding us another apartment right then and there and even gave us money off our next months rent for the inconvenience. Erica in the office is the sweetest person ever. Maintenance is pretty swift with getting things done and they are always so friendly. I live in a back building and it’s actually pretty quiet around here even with kids and younger people around. I can’t really say anything in regards to noisy neighbors or anything since I live on the 3rd floor but for the most part it’s quiet. A random dog will bark here and there but nothing too crazy. The apartment is very beautiful and clean on the inside. Wood flooring all throughout the apartment. NO CARPET! The pricing is not that bad for what you get. Very spacious kitchen and bedrooms. The only negative is parking. If you don’t get home till late, you may have to park a little ways away from your apartment building. Thankfully my husband and I work from home so the car doesn’t move that much. We have only been here for a month but I really do like it here!

Ive been at Brazos Crossing for 2 years now, and I love it. I have no complaints what-so-ever, other than very few noisy neighbors at times. Apartments are nice, updated and spacious, and they are a good price compared to other apartments in the county.Erica Santos works there and has been very helpful the whole time Ive lived here. I know no one else by name. She is the only one I ask to speak to when I have questions or issues and helps me resolve them within the same day.

I just moved in June to Brazos Crossing and I love it here! Erica S. at the front office is a joy to work with! She is smart and professional. She answered all my questions and then some. I go to her for anything needed and she has helped me since day 1.

I have been living at Brazos Crossing Apartments for over 3 years now and I love it. Everything is always clean and well maintained. Also, it’s a very diverse complex which it also a plus for me. Lastly, the assistant manager Taylor Caldwell is very professional and amazing at her job. She’s one of the best.

I just recently moved in and I already love it! The location and the friendly staff/management made everything less stressful! Vaneza, Amy, Taylor and Rachel have all helped me over the first few months and they were nothing but sweet and thoughtful. I recommend these apartments to all my friends and family when they are looking for a nice, new place.

These apartments are beautiful, well kept, great maintenance, great office ladys...TAYLOR was the best at meeting our needs to move in on the fly. Its always quiet here.They have storage units right on the property for 30 extra a month witch is very convenient. Valet trash 🗑 ASK FOR TAYLOR WHEN COMING TO FIND YOUR NEW H♡ME.

They had an extremely helpful and Friendly staff. Apartments were nice as well but had a very serious issue with the dumpster overfilling. The trash was nearly overflowing into the covered parking lot at times. Not sure if that was from negligence or from other people coming into complex to dump their garbage.

As far as the application process I couldnt have been happier Erica Santos made life easy it was all so simple. Ive lived at Brazos Crossing about 7 months now and it has been smooth aside from a few hiccups here and there and now the change in ownership which I hope doesnt effect anything I would recommend anyone to reside here. Make sure and ask for Erica she is very helpful!

Been great since weve been here!! Moved in Dec 1 of 2016. Havent had any issues at all!! Management is great and Maintenence is fast and quick. Would deffinetly recommend these apartments. Only thing is pricing is high for what you get but thats pretty much the norm around this town.

I love living at the Flats apartments. The apartments are open and updated. The rooms are spacious and there are big closets. Lots of parking. Our maintenance staff is to notch.

Beautiful property and the office staff is very friendly. Stephanie was friendly through the entire application process in answering all my questions and getting me the floor plan i wanted. Cheryl is also friendly and helps answer any questions.

Rachel Lira and BH makes being a preferred vendor super easy and efficient. Communication is always top priority with Rachel. When I show up to walk units Rachel always has the keys pulled and site map with the unit marked.

I been living in this apartments and I was planning on leaving but than Erica was transferred from east banks to brazos crossing so I had to renew my lease she knows how to go above and beyond for people.
