    Let me start off by just saying Thank You to Carrie, Leslie, and the leasing staff! Moving here was definitely the best decision I’ve made! The peace of mind and scenery are invaluable! From start to finish the Leasing staff has made my experience stellar to say the least ! I had the pleasure of touring with the PM Carrie; she was the sweetest our conversation was very open and honest and I appreciated that the most! Leslie the APM is a breath of fresh air and ball of energy! The property is amazing and the apartment homes are beautiful! If you’re looking for a safe, family oriented, peace of mind state where the management cares for you then definitely move here! One of my favorite views is the pond! This place is absolutely amazing!

    Good community. Good schools for elementory and junior high. So far, no major security incidents in last 15 months (though i lost my bike at staircase). Small ground for outdoor games (soccer/cricket etc) is not there and no game room for indoor games.

    I’ve been living here for the past 3.5 yrs. since they opened up in 2020 love my 635 sq ft. unit. management and maintenance are great and so are my neighbors and surrounding area too. This is a great place to live and hope I can continue to live here for many more years to come.

    Ive lived at this complex for about 3 years now. I enjoy living here and the staff always seems to be very helpful with concerns. I also enjoy how fast the maintenance crew responds when I have any issues with my unit. Its a great area that has alot of different food options and great school district area. Theres also a new strip that just opened up right in front of the complex! Would definitely recommend moving here. So far Ive had 2 of my friends move here and they enjoy it so far.

    Absolutely fantastic experience with Leslie! From the moment we walked in, her energy and attention to detail made all the difference. She went above and beyond to ensure we had all the information we needed, and her customer service truly set her apart. Not only was she incredibly knowledgeable, but her sense of humor and genuine kindness made the entire process enjoyable. It’s rare to find someone who’s both professional and personable, and Leslie absolutely nailed it. She’s the reason we decided on these apartments. Highly recommend working with her!

    My fiancé and I have lived here for almost 4 years now and absolutely love it. The units are nice and in a great area. The amenities are terrific we look forward to using the pool every summer and we use the gym almost everyday! The staff is always so friendly and extremely helpful. We love calling Braxton at Tamarron home!

    So far I have had great experiences here, everyone in the office that I’ve spoken to has been friendly and Robbie has been very helpful time and time again. The units I toured were in good shape and so far since moving in I have had no issues.

    We did a complimentary breakfast for the residents at Braxton at Tamarron and the community is so friendly, some of the residents know each other so its nice that the apartment staff encourage that through their events. The apartments itself? Wow--the lobby is beautiful and clean, the mailbox area is indoors and has a seating area, and the amenities looked so luxurious. The staff were very accommodating and responsive, too so thats an extra plus plus! Im glad we got in touch with them and I hope we can do more collaborations together, especially since were a five-minute walk from them! --Celebree School of Katy at Tamarron

    I love living here! Getting the actual apartment process was annoying, but once we got settled everything was better. Braxton is super interactive with their tenants and the complex is so nice. I LOVE the coffee machine, the study area options, one room has a garage door so you can enjoy pretty weather inside! Food trucks come often, and they’re good ones! This place has the feel of a neighborhood. I’m coming up on my 3rd month and I’m already a part of a mom group and my kids have made friends with our neighbors. Super friendly place to live. The only somewhat negative is that there isn’t a gate, but the area is super safe so I can don’t see it as an actual problem. Def recommend living here

    Lived here for 3 years. Very happy with the complex & the management team. The team stays on top of things & creates fun events all year round such as family activities, pet events, food trucks on site, & many more. Great location, plenty of restaurants, shopping, service centers, vets, medical, & just about anything you could possibly want or need!! Highly recommend making Braxton your home.

    The amenities are great and it’s safe for kids to play and have fun.. The ambience in the sitting area/lounge is relaxing. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Carrie, Leslie and Robbie are great and very helpful.

    4.5 starsProperty is kept clean and tidy. Quiet community for the most part and a great pool area.2 main issues:1.) There is currently only 1 dumpster and it is located on the furthest end of the complex. It reaches capacity quite often. It’s also not the most convenient dumpster. You have to walk up and open a little latch door on the side of the dumpster and hope to god you can reach and throw in your trash in one shot. If not, you’ll have to endure that smell of trash wafting in your face and you are likely to make more unwanted hand contact with the dumpster itself trying to fit the trash inside the latch and closing it again. This leads to people more likely to leave trash outside of the dumpster.2.) Front Lobby is completely closed and locked away after office hours. The offices themselves are separate and locked away, but they also lock away the main lobby with the complimentary coffee machine inside. The lobby is a nice area to come and study or to just have a coffee before heading to work in the morning. I feel like it’s an amenity that should be available to residences. I understand the Extra added security, but the offices themselves are already locked away. I don’t see the point of locking the lobby from residents. At least make it key fob assessable only.

    Like the layout of my unit and the location. The maintenance guys are very responsive, usually within a day of submitting a work order. There may be some unfavorables, but none that you can’t live with.

    The interior is modern upgraded and updated. The property is clean. The office staff are very helpful. They are always planning events for the residents. Anytime I’ve opened a maintenance ticket it’s completed I’m a reasonable time. I am very happy living here

    I really like my apartment, maintenance responds and fixes the issues promptly, and all of the office staff are eager to help. On top of that, there are planned activities throughout the year which are a great way to meet the other residents. I do not like that the trash is not picked up every night- holidays I understand, but sometimes my trash does not get picked up for days at a time; yet we are required to pay for the service. I would much prefer that the service be an add-on vs a requirement. I also do not like that there has been an increase in unruly children causing damage to personal property, residents not picking up after themselves (gym and dumpster area), and the apartment walls being thin. Overall, for the location for my personal needs, the price, quiet/safety (in my building), and overall experience; I will be renewing my lease.

    Really love Braxton the area is really nice , the front office they are always super nice and helpful, always greet you in a nice way and they help you with anything you need .The apartments complex is very well taken care of management does amazing work when it comes to doing maintenance 👨‍🔧 they make sure your home is 100% .

    Lived here for 2-1/2 years. Complex is nice & the management team are always helpful and on top of things. Lots of amenities...big pool with grills, indoor mail room, gym, pet friendly with a dog park, childrens playground, game area with grill, garages, trash pick up at your door, etc. They have events & give aways for many holidays & special occasions. They have food trucks on the property almost weekly. Lots of restaurants, shopping, medical, vets, service centers, grocery stores, schools, and just about anything you need or want nearby. A new strip center recently built directly in front of the complex...so far a GREAT ice cream parlor and a pet care center...more to open soon. Great location...can quickly get to I-10 and Grand Parkway. Love living at Braxton.

    I’ve been living here since October and have loved these apartments since I toured in June. Four months into living here and I have no complaints. It’s mostly quiet, parking isn’t bad like most apartments, staff are quick with resolution, and units are beautiful

    Visited this newly built complex in 2021 while it was still being structured. Beautiful landscape. Visited again in 2023 after more construction was completed. I visited in search of an apartment home for family. Road construction just at the entrance causing some frustration, but I guess all that will be completed by years end. My family loved the amenities, decor, and lease terms. Lots to offer for all ages and most pets. Area seems very safe and its not far from the interstate.

    Our new home! My wife and I were just recently married and moved from California to Texas. When we came to Braxton at Tamarron, Mindy helped us out by showing us around and touring units. She also made the application process very easy and understandable; fast forward a week and we signed our papers, got our welcome letter, and are now setting up the apartment. Mindy answered all of our questions, and we did have a lot.The move in process was very easy and straightforward as well! Our initial walk through was noted with the management, work orders for minor adjustments were put in swiftly and answered quickly with an abundance of care. Overall, I couldnt be more pleased with how everything went here. Thank yall for everything!

    Beautifully community, maintenence is on spot, management is superb, thoughtful, honest and Carrie Davies is the best hands down property manager Ive ever worked with. They really care about the residents experience from the moment you walk in their office to throughout your living experience. This has been my best residence to date. ...looking forward to many more years here and to grow my family here.

    I rented a brand new one-bedroom and one-bedroom here. I like it very much. The service is also very good. I dont have to worry about anything in the house that needs to be repaired. When I thought the water in the shower wasnt hot enough, someone came to fix it the next morning after writing an email. Nice pool and gym.

    I love it here! These apartments are in a great location and very close to shopping areas. They are nicely designed and the garages are very spacious. The maintenance team is great and Carrie and the staff truly go out of their way to help you with questions or any issues. A great place to live!

    I dont usually like to leave review right away, I usually wait until Im about 3- 6 months into the new place. But I have to say that the entire staff at Ascend is amazing, starting from the touring untill the moving day, Trey(Wayne) has been very professional and knowledgeable. Mirianne is awesome and genuine. Whenever I called ANYONE who answered the phone has proper phone etiquette and everyone made my family feels welcome. Being that we are relocating from Florida to Texas, choosing an apartment to stay in within a short period of Time wasnt easy, with that being said I toured every single apartments in Katy area, I payed attention to how every agent is welcoming me, but The staff at Ascend is top notch. The area, the school districts, the shops, even the neighbors are welcoming us, my family and I are happy to be here. I am an HR manager so I know good customer service and I know genuine people. Thank you so much for being such great people in general.

    So far this place has been great. Whenever I need something fixed such as the drain in my tub, etc. Theyve been quick and efficient to come fix it. They even help out and give you little cushion if youre gonna be a few days late on rent. Love this place so far. Would definitely recommend!

    Peaceful place to live. Excellent location. Condominium close to the best schools, great supermarkets, pharmacy, I-10, etc. It has a good parking area and an easy access with office staff to clarify doubts.

    Beautiful property we love the location and the rates ,We went to look 👀 and the staff answer all my questions my only concern is no fencing and no security gates but I have faith and I pack a pistol but by looking at the surrounding neighborhoods I am not concerned, We show up and it look like they had a food truck social going on and we love the dog 🐶 park ,we will probably sign a lease for us and are daughter by July ,Are daughter works at the HEB and her co workers recommended the place ,We are aware when you live in Apartment there are advantages and disadvantages and we know you can’t please everyone but we prefer no yard work a pool to swim and not take care of it are selfs ,The Manager Carie answer a lot of questions from my daughter and wife she was very honest and professional , she completely understand why we need two Apartments one for us and another one for are 21 year old daughter

    A highly recommended condominium. The apartments are very nice and well maintained. They are like new. And to be with your family it is great to live there, you have several options to entertain yourself on your free days such as a swimming pool, gym, games room. Very few parking spaces. You feel like you are in a Resort, because the management also keeps us up to date with events and has surprised us with details such as breakfasts, snacks, prizes and more. Excellent service from Hanna, and also great service from Nacho, Luis and Adrián. 👍🏻
