Nice 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. NO TOWING!!!!! Lived there 2 years. Leasing office staff from 2021 - 2023 were very friendly. Maintenance wasn’t very good and my car got went in a few times. But overall I never had issues.

Overall Ive had a good experience. Management has changed over time and due to the pandemic, things have changed. We dont go into the office anymore and everything is online, including signing the lease and paying rent. But there are many ways to stay in communication. We get emails about events and office closures, we get texts if theres an emergency water shutoff. If we have an issue, management always follows up with us. The grounds are routinely kept and every morning there are workers picking up the trash --this is because of residents, but management always does their part. These apartments are quiet and people are friendly. Been here 10+ years, I got no complaints. My one issue is that we used to have a patrol in the evenings regularly, but I do see them from time to time, though not as much. Things are like everywhere else, if you keep your vehicle locked and out of sight, youll be ok. Management does try to keep us safe and they send updates to us if anything happens. Like with anything, it depends on your neighbors. Ive had some great ones and some bad ones, but overall it has been a great experience. The best part of this all is that all upstairs apartments have their own stairs, small porch, and a little storage closet. Very private. - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings

I signed my paperwork to vacate at the end of my lease today and it was bittersweet. The ONLY reason I’m leaving is because I would like a more modern apartment. Nevertheless, living at Bravo has been very peaceful, no issues with maintenance, the pool, the gym, parking, mail being stolen etc. This is a very nice apartment complex if you’re looking for responsive management, and affordable living without having to settle for the bare minimum. Bri has swiftly helped me since day one with whatever I’m needing but the other leasing staff in the office are a pleasure as well. I literally have no complaints about the complex. I recommend!

Cool layout of apartments, even comes with roommates though they only come out at night, they tend to crawl on the walls and get into everything (cockroaches)! But it’s okay because pest control will spray anywhere, even under your kids bassinet while the baby is inside the bassinet. No towing which is awesome but sometimes the car detailers go too far and you end up missing things from your car like your catalytic converter. Lot’s of parties, though I never got an invite, smh! Sometimes people would get lost and try to enter our apartment and others thought our porch was a free for all. It’s okay, we didn’t need our decorations and camping gear. Wouldn’t move back because of the asthma the roaches gave us but we learned a lot! Pro tip: if you like the fragrance of dankness, just walk outside at literally any point.

Been living here past few months and was pretty skeptical about moving here because of the lower rating on Google, but they clearly deserve a higher overall rating, so I am more than happy to give them 5 stars. I did a fairly thorough search of apartments in the area and for the price, Bravo is great. To get something better wed be paying the same for a one bedroom as we are now for our two bedroom. Anything the same price seemed a little more run down, smaller floor plans, less parking, or washer/dryer not included (and roach problems were more likely to be mentioned in the reviews). The maintenance man is great, being quick to help us the times weve needed something fixed. We have had no problem with bugs. There is no complicated parking, so visitors can easily come and go. The complex is well kept and the buildings are less crowded compared to many other complexes. A nice bonus is the washer and dryer were included in the rent (not sure thats always the case). This complex definitely deserves a higher rating than it has right now. Glad we moved here.

Finally moved in. The staff, especially Kevin, came through last minute as I was trying to get everything done real quick during the holidays. I will keep updating the review if anything comes up but so far loving the place - it’s not perfect (could use more shelves in the bedroom) but it definitely got its perks. I’m in love with the open concept and high ceiling!

I love these apartments maintenance comes same day if not the next they stay on top of things Miss Rosie and Sarah helped me out a few time when in need they are understanding. Quiet neighborhood sometimes I see police patrol at night so I feel safer.

I love this complex I’ve been here for almost 2 years now. I have nothing but good things to say And if I ever have a problem with maintenance Office gets maintenance out here maintenance manager is super awesome and get stuff done fast he is a good guy nice to be able to trust people to come in your house and fix stuff while you’re not home and not worry about your stuff being messed with or taken I was thinking about switching apartments same complex I had a misunderstanding in the office about the new apartment but it all got taken care of even refunded me my deposit on the new place there’s one certain Beautiful young lady In the office that I give a special thanks to because if it wasn’t for her and her obvious passion for customer service and makeing the renters of these apartments Feel comfortable and taken care of with any issues I would’ve been screwed over on the deposit and super upset that I was downgrading getting a smaller apartment she saved me from a complete nightmare and headache and for that I truly thank you I highly recommend this apartment complex yours truly AK Davis.....

Bravo, is a great place to live. Staff is awesome. My apartment was ready before the date I was given and allowed to move in early. Workout center. Beautiful pool area. Friendly neighbors. Also responsive Maintenance personel. I would definitely recommend you come and invite you in our community.

This is a quiet community. I moved here because it reminded me of an English neighborhood. My neighbors are friendly and the grounds are well kept.The staff is always ready to help with any needs.Everyone is great about caring for pet needs.

This community feels safer than most. Being a white female I felt safe walking my dog at night alone. I never had any problems here and the staff is always doing what they can to help you out. They even have tons of community events and get togethers. Reviews below about cars threatening to be towed were probably legit because they were probably broken down or missing a wheel. The other guy saying he was too loud...well thats what you get for disrespecting others. The only bad thing I encountered one time was a girl shouting at a guy across the way at 3am...but it was more funny than irritating. Big bathrooms & kitchens with washer/dryer in unit which I loved. Its a good quiet place.

I love living here, Kevin is super great at all times and I can also say that the maintenance staff is super good, since every time they take care of something I immediately receive help. totally recommended!! I have renewed my contract again at Bravo apartments!!
