    Today I had a tour with property manager Maria, I was so impressed on how she took her time and dedication. She answered all my questions and was very professional on her role. The apartment complex is so clean and a beautiful pool. Thank again Maria you are truly the best manager/leasing. I really recommend to ask for her.

    I normally do not take the time to leave a review, however I feel this kind soul deserves the recognition for her outstanding customer service and compassionate heart. Grace was helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. I didn’t feel pressured or rushed. If you’re looking for someone in the office you can count on, call on Grace.

    We have lived here almost 2 yrs now and what a blessing it was to find these Apts. Grace in the front office helped us when we were in desperate need and moved fast to get us settled and moved in. Because of her we have gained our Peace and our Hope. For that I am truly grateful. It is very hard to find management that understands and works diligently to find the best options that work for you. Aside from her I can safely say that maintenance (Daniel and Jose) work pretty quickly when work orders are put in. Whether its during office hrs or after work hrs and depending on the circumstance they move pretty fast. We are very happy here and have no intensions of moving anytime soon.

    Grace was Very helpful with ensuring my wife and I found a great complex to live in and thrive in. These apartments are very well maintained and are very affordable. Very quiet neighborhood and very clean property. Highly recommend

    Been here for two years and am now moving back home, Grace in the office has been awesome in helping with anything I needed including getting work orders taken care of! One of the best managers I’ve had in apartments by far!! Thanks so much Grace for everything.

    I really enjoy living here!! Its been a while since Ive lived in an apartment complex, but only have good things to say about this place. The units are so nice inside, new carpet, fresh paint, and new appliances. The complex itself is really well taken care of. Regular lawn maintenance, flowers, bright security lights (as a single mom this is important and I definitely feel safe), fast maintenance/repairs, and no trash hanging around. But my favorite thing is how nice the office staff is, especially Grace! When I lost my job a few months back and was in-between a rock and a hard place, not knowing how I would pay my bills, she was so understanding! She set up a payment plan with me that worked with my tight budget at the time and would check in with my regularly. Not just on when I would make a payment, but to see how I was doing in my every day life. The extra level of caring was so nice, and a rare thing nowadays. I really could go on for days with how thankful I am for not only my apartment, but for the whole staff!! I highly recommend this place if you want a safe, affordable, and genuinely caring place to live. ❤️

    Daniel with maintenance is so awesome! He is super nice and professional. We recently had an issue with our a/c and a few other minor things and Daniel resolved them all promptly. Great job!

    Great place we love our new place the people that live here are very friendly and I love that they are pet friendly with my fur babies. :) The move in was great they had everything ready for us and the small problems that needed to be fixed got fixed in a timely manner. I love my new apartment it is new spacious. Great kitchen and I love that it has washer and dryer connections. Everything is quite so far here and the property is very clean and well kept. I am glad we found this complex.. Wish I found them sooner. And the staff is so amazing and friendly answered all my questions and concerns Noemi is a sweet heart and I believe Teresa will be a wonderful Manger they are both so amazing and get there jobs done. I am looking forward to many happy years with Brandon Walk as my familys new home. If you are looking for a nice apartment choose Brandon Walk.

    Recently, I just left my stay here at Brandon Walk apartments. I must admit, the apartments could use some updating but truly that is why they are affordable in that area, considering some other places where you could live surrounded by more sketchy areas. This complex is surrounded by homes, yes, a community. Yes, Laura was very nice but I must say, Teresa has been helpful and most of all fair. More than that, she is willing to sit down and speak with you. I rate my review a 5 stars, not just on my stay alone but, the overall experience Ive had with dealing with the apartment complex and staff, both Laura and Teresa. Teresa does have a serious look about her but its because she is about business. I have yet to experience her being disrespectful to me. If I didnt have to move, I would have renewed my lease. The location is great, central to almost everything and the schools are pretty good and in walking distance.... Judge for yourself! Each persons situation and/or experience may be different. Go and talk to Teresa!

    I have lived here almost 3 years and I haven’t had any issues. The management team is spectacular, very accommodating and pleasant to work with. Shout out to Teresa and Grace! Keep doing what you’re doing and making Brandon Walk a great place to live!

    Ive only lived here for 2 months and have submitted 2 maintenance requests and Daniel was so professional, polite, and showed up the very next day and completed my requests. Thank you Daniel for your prompt response and for your professionalism and being so friendly.

    My mom and have lived Brandon walk for a few months. The apartments are older but, We love the community! Our neighbors are wonderful. I enjoy come home to children ride bike, playing at the park and people walking their dogs.The staff get right on top of any maintenance issues, and are always welcoming when we come into the offices.Our apartment is affordable and safe!!! I love the way Brandon walk staff welcomed me and my service dog with open arms.If you a person who believe in the Golden Rule do onto to other as you would want them to do on to you This is the place to live !!!

    Our family has lived here a few months now and its been pretty good. Its the cheapest we could find thats in a good area. The maintenance men have been very helpful and quick to come repair things. The women in the office are always welcoming. They have started being more active on facebook, which I think is awesome! Schools are great in the area! As far as trash being all over they cant control what others do but they are pretty quick to pick it up.

    I was only here a few months due to unfortunate circumstances that were unrelated to the apts. I really felt like home away from home. Home for me was in a small city in south Texas, and the staff made me feel completely safe and were very helpful when I was not familiar with the area. The schools are amazing and it is a very safe neighborhood. We did have that one guy who smoked pot in our stairs, but when he saw all the apts were occupied after being vacant, he disappeared and I never saw him again. My job consisted of very long hours, about 15 miles south, and I always felt safe coming home at night. Even when it was at 1am. If I could move back, I totally would in a heartbeat. We only had one problem, which was a breaker that tripped when I left the heater on too long, but then again it was not a big issue, and the maintenance man always went as soon as I called in the work order.

    I know everything has their price, and you cant ask to have 100% perfect in an apartment. So I feel happy to give this apartment 5 star because of Laura and Tenessa and the mechanic working in there. I live in there in 2015. Due to some reason I moved to new place. Maybe I will be back in the future.

    Really enjoyed living at this apartment complex. Quick access to Belt Line and also GBTP make it easy to get around for work or fun and Firewheel mall is only a 2 minute drive away! Teresa and Maria in the office are very friendly and will do anything they can to help making living there an enjoyable experience. Lots of kids and nice neighbors as well. For the price, it’s hard to beat. Go check it out.

    Ive been here 8 months no problem with maintenance or management . I have a large 2 bedroom but need to down size the management has told me when Im ready just let them know and Ill have one . My neighbors are great also

    Amazing place to live the leasing agent Grace is really nice and polite making sure everything is ok and fine with my apartment and also the manager Teresa she is really nice and making sure that my apartment is ok I highly recommend this place.
