    I have lived at the Boulders for nearly five years now and love it here. I recently moved to a smaller, upgraded unit in another building and it gets so much beautiful light during the day and feels very cozy.Maintenance team is awesome and issues are resolved quickly. Melissa and Sandra in the office are also quick to address any community issues, and I’m grateful they seem dedicated to keep the community a nice place to live.The complex is very dog friendly and my girl loves her walks and there are lots of receptacles with doggy bags which make clean up effortless. Unfortunately, not everyone in the community takes advantage of the free amenity lol. I’d be pleased if in the future, management would consider a paid service for this not just for aesthetics but also for health concerns. They do send out reminder emails periodically though.Overall, I highly recommend living here :)

    We love these apartments. I have been here a year and a half and would recommend to anyone. If I have any issues they are resolved quickly. There is a great space for my dog and many friendly dogs around. The staff is amazing, the ladies up front are always friendly and welcoming and the maintenance crew gets things done quickly and they are always working hard.

    This property is by far AMAZING!They actually interact with the community. For Easter the Apts did an egg hunt for the kids and prizes.They do breakfast to go at the gate for residents.It’s so quite here too!!I am blown away with how quite it is here.You literally live right by everything.Melissa in the office is amazing and we are thankful to have her.The staff is professional and very pleasant.You’ll enjoy the amenities as well 😁(A photo I took of the pool on my cell phone)

    I lived at the Boulders for close to three years. Exceptional maintenence, landscaping and quiet complex. Only had a couple of loud neighbors above me. Usually was able to talk to them myself. Management was great. I had to move last October. Now about to move back. I want to move back to the Boulders. I cant imaging living anywhere else! Wonderful neighbors, trees, and lots of birds singing. Loved it there!

    I toured the Boulders as I am going through a major life change. Melissa was so friendly and kind. Her customer service is top notch. She was more than helpful and thorough in answering my questions. I would recommend living here!

    I love the maintenance team! My air conditioning unit started having problems with the blower. The blower was replaced but it starting acting up again a couple of days later. Mike and his team ordered a new unit and had it replaced within a couple of days. They even offered a portable for me to borrow until the replacement came in.I have lived at the Boulders for several years and their maintenance team is always working to keep the community clean and comfortable and residents happy. They always smile and wave when they are out on their cart cruising the property. Keep up the great work guys!

    I would like to say a big thank you to Melissa and all of the leasing office staff for being so helpful and positive throughout my process of looking for a new home. You kindly walked me through each step and kept me up to date and informed on where I was at in the leasing process. And even when Melissa was extremely swamped on Saturday in the office by herself she still made me feel important and took her time to go above and beyond with outstanding customer service. Thanks again to Melissa and all the leasing staff at The Boulders for such a warm welcome to my new home!

    My husband and I decided we wanted to live here because of how nice and clean the property is. The apartments are even better. Very spacious and clean. The pictures don’t do the actual apartments justice. We worked with Sandra on applying and signing the lease. She was very helpful, professional and to the point. We got everything signed and ready to go. The office is beautiful, the parking lot is nice and clean. The buildings are tall and there is so much greenery. I will be sure to update the rating after we move in and see how living there works for us!UPDATE: After almost 2 years of living at The Boulders, I have nothing but amazing things to say. Our stay was perfect and will definitely be missed. The move in was great, the move out was great. And I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nice, clean and quiet place to live!

    My girlfriend and I have been living here for a little over 6 months and absolutely love it. We have a dog and a cat so when we were looking for apartments we wanted to try our best to accommodate them as well. We were able to get a unit with a backyard which has been an absolute life saver since both my girlfriend and I work 9-5 jobs. Our cat roams around the complex with his gang of cat friends and even invites them over to our patio sometimes to sun bath. The apartments look great and anytime we have a maintenance request, it’s resolved in 24 hours or less. I can’t imagine leaving anytime soon, our life is so good here.

    I absolutely love living here! I can’t speak for all of the residents but my time here so far has been positive. My apartment is cute and the complex itself is clean. No noisy neighbors or loud music. Quiet complex 95% of the time. Maintenance team is wonderful and seem to be on top of things. Just wanted to share my honest experience**EDIT** my 13 month lease is now up! I am very sad to be leaving this complex but I am needing to move closer to my son’s school (Or else I would resign every time 😅 ) When I say I’ve never had to call maintenance my entire stay of living here, I mean that. The management & staff are very involved with the tenants. They care about you and the property. They really stay on top of things which is what sets them apart from my past leases. This is a SAFE, QUIET AND CLEAN complex! Theres always those “ bad apples “ that have something to complain about . I promise you guys this is by far the best community in the HEB area . Thank you again Mellissa and team for such a wonderful, stress free experience. I will miss it here!!

    My family and I lived here for a year and we absolutely loved it. The application process was easy and fast. The manager Melissa, and the maintenance staff are very nice and professional. If you’re looking for an apartment in Hurst, this is one of the best in my opinion! The Boulders Apartments, is a gated complex, which provides a safe and secure living experience. I personally enjoyed the 24/7 gym and the pool during the summer.

    Good community, nice amenities, it’s clean and well maintained.Maintenance team responds to orders very fast.Leasing managers have been inconsiderate on multiple occasions, but compared to other apartments I’ve lived theyre ok.

    So sad to leave this place Ive lived here 2 years and it was perfect! I am moving because of my job. This is the best place Ive ever lived so clean , safe and nice. My apartment had an amazing view and all the appliances were upgraded so I had a very nice unit. Parking was never an issue. I felt safe all the time and never had to worry about my safety.The property is so clean and the maintenance staff is so quick to respond within a day.

    From the application process to the follow up after we moved in, our experience at Boulders has been great. Melissa has been really helpful, their maintenance team is superb and they always respond to our request really fast! We love the location, the facilities and the people. We were a little nervous being our first time leasing an apartment in the US but they made it really easy, could not be happier!

    As cliche as it sounds, I love my apartments. Anytime I speak with Melissa, she addresses my questions without hesitation. Property is well maintained (trash pickup, lawn care, no debris, well groomed balconies). Maintenance requests are completed within a timely manner. My dog is happy and loves it here and I even speak to my neighbors! Lol. This is the first apartment complex I’ve lived in as a single occupant and it’s been a very successful, secure and safe experience. I was going to move and signed a 3 month lease but I’ve made the decision to stay and signed another 13 month lease. Can’t change perfection ❤️

    Ive lived here over a year with no issues. Maintenance is quick, office is friendly, neighbors are quiet. Apartments are very nice to live in.Biggest complaints were the struggle with the new payment system, delayed bills, constant notices (all a part of the new management transition). After about 2 months, things seem to be getting back to normal.Complaints below about apartment rules (parking, trash, etc.) are pretty ridiculous. If you cant remember to only put trash out MWF before 9... Or walk

    I love how they work as a team and communicate with one another. As soon as I report an issue with my apt they immediately fix the Problem. They maintain the property updated and clean. The pool is huge, love to swim in it. The upgraded apartment is one of the best I seen, no issues, I love it when I stayed here. Other than that these are great people and the maintenance crew is one of the best so far I seen.

    Ive lived in other apartment complexes and this is by far the best maintenance team that goes above and beyond. They consistently do a great job. Recently, my shower head was leaking and the water droplets created a large rust stain. The maintenance man, Mike, even cleaned the rust stain for me without me asking. What a guy!

    Previous management was terrible.New management seems like theyre trying.So far;Apartment is clean, quiet and well maintained.Havent had to call maintenance, havent had issues at office.Towing enforcement is done by a third party, front office only hands out stickers and makes claims. Pretty annoying if you have friends over, or if you rent a car. But whatever. Only can hope once the towing contract expires they wont renew.Proper notice on all changes and rules have been received by me.They simply leave a note at your door, so if someone ever felt like taking the notes down at every apartment before you got home, youd be SOL.Recently renovated, looks nice.Gates worked more than they used too.AT&T has had way fewer outages (Coincidence?)so far so good :]

    The Boulders Apartment Homes are getting renovated and youre going to be impressed with the appliances, granite counter tops and wood floors. I lived in the 2-2 which is spacious. The area is secluded and quiet and not a lot of traffic surrounding the location. You will enjoy the 24 hour gym and the pool area is large and a great place to BBQ and swim with family and friends. I moved into a home, BUT if I wasnt in a house, then the Boulders Apartment Homes-Hurst would still be my place to call home. Last but definitely not least, Melissa and Sandra (Apartment Managers) are the best friendly and attentive managers holding it down for all residents. GO and ENJOY!!!

    Thus far I really love it here! The apartments are beautiful, spacious,plenty of storage, and quite. The gates actually work, something no gated community I have lived in previously can claim. If I have any questions they are always answered very swiftly. The application process was very swift and easy, and management was very kind. I feel at ease here, can’t even hear the traffic off 820. I really love the trash service as I have difficulty walking and taking trash can easily be a daunting task, but the three day curb side pick up is such a relief.

    We lived at The Boulders for two years and it was wonderful (had to relocate for work). The apartment unit itself was very nice and comfortable. The community was always clean and properly cared for. Maintenance and office staff were responsive when necessary. Would highly recommend.

    Just signed my 2nd year lease and I could not be happier. I love my little community. It’s a very quiet, a friendly environment that is also pet friendly! Melissa has ALWAYS been a joy to work with and ensures all issues are addressed quickly. Units are very spacious and updated. Highly recommend this community.

    Ive lived here since last September. My stay here has been just fine actually. They are very prompt when it comes to maintenance calls/requests. If I have something in the office, theyll let me know. They are VERY responsive to emails. There are many community events they put on. There is good communication between the tenants and the office-they put flyers on our door anytime something is changing or that we need to know. There is also a trash pickup 3x a week. The mail area is always kept up, and not creepy at all. The pool is also kept up and fun.My only complaint is this: They open and close while Im at work (close at 5)-although they are open on the weekends though. The other complaint I have is that there is a STRICT policy on how you can have cable-basically no satellites. Last one, there never seems to be enough parking where I stay, but hey thatll happen anywhere you go. Overall, I would recommend these apartments. I have had nothing but positive interactions with those who work in the office, the ground are kept up nicely, as well as the fitness center...and the people I meet here are always courteous.*Promise I was not paid to write this review. Cross my heart!

    These apartments have got to be the best thing thats happened to my wife and I all year. We had searched for a new place for months until we finally walked into the doors at Boulder. Immediately we were treated with smiling faces and one of the best first introductions wed seen from a leasing office. They have worked with us since weve moved in to honestly make us feel at home and a new addition to the boulder residential family. Thank you so much Boulder Apartments.

    This property has the cleanest exterior you’ll find, best neighborhood, and very responsive maintenance. I have experienced a lot of bad properties in the past.Melissa in the office, she is AMAZING.     Weve lived here for 2 years and have seen several different management come and go. Overall, were pretty satisfied. Here is a breakdown of some of the aspects:LOCATION: Pretty central, close to downtown, and right across from the Northeast Mall area. The surrounding neighborhoods seems nice and quaint. Its next to the highway, but far enough back so its convenient but not noisy.NEIGHBORS: Everyone seems rather nice and quiet. Weve had no gripes in particular. The people are usually young to middle-aged couples or small families.COMPLEX & AMENITIES: The place is fairly new, so is definitely on the nicer end compared to other apartments in this area. With the new management, there seems to be several more improvement projects going on. The amenities are all clean and nice to have :)SERVICE: Weve only had a few issues needing maintenance. When the AC broke, maintenance came out and fixed it that afternoon as it was an emergency-type response (this was over a year ago). More recently (new management), we had some ice maker leaking problems for the fridge. That was not an emergency, so it got fixed within a couple of days. No major problems there. Id say its always best to tell the office in person rather than online, but Im sure they check both. All the office people weve met seem to be friendly and weve never had any problems there. We see trash & dog poop on the grounds occasionally because there will always be a few people who cannot follow the law of common decency. But they do a good job getting it cleaned within a couple of days. The dog poop bag stations help a lot.WATER & TRASH: Water is metered, so you only pay what you use, though its really not that much. Most of the bills are from trash, sewer, & pest. As noted in other reviews, trash must be put out during the allocated timeframe. There will always be a number of people who tend to put out trash whenever or the night before, or later after theyve been picked up (hence the recurring public notices). As inconvenient as that rule may be for people who work, it minimizes the time trash stays on the sidewalk and helps keep everything clean so that trash doesnt blow around everywhere on the streets, stay out in the rain overnight, or start emitting unpleasant odors. For people who arent there during trash times, Id suggest grabbing the bag on your way out in the car and dropping it off at the dumpster. Its not far if youre in your car. Id personally prefer everyone to do that since that would minimize trash on the street and we wont have to pay trash pickup fees.PARKING: As with any other apartment complex, there will be a shortage of space. Every person over the age of 16 pretty much owns a car now, and multiple people live in one room. Finding convenient parking will become more difficult after around 9 PM on weekdays. For late workers, paying for an assigned parking may be beneficial, although I dont mind walking a bit extra. The entire complex is really not that big. If you live near the back end of the property, theres usually always parking. Its not a huge problem overall. The visitor parking is a bit limited, so you may need to drive around to find the marked spots. This can be inconvenient for visitors, but Id rather it be that than inconvenience the residents. Be very careful and aware of where you park and you will not get towed. Always let your visitors know where they can park. I wouldnt take any chances. As a resident whos had hard times finding parking late at night because of unmarked visitor cars (no resident parking sticker) in parking spots, Im kind of glad they tow those cars.PAYMENT: The new management has just set up an online payment option without extra fees, so that should make things better. This is very recent, so theres not much to say about it yet. The website should reflect rent & water/trash bills. Its better than getting the bill in the mailbox, which have been missing on rare occasions, especially between management changes.

    I have recently signed my 2nd yr lease at The Boulders. Through COVID and the crazy 2020 experience the staff here has kept us safe and clean. Melissa and everyone here is super professional and the complex is very quiet. The location is so easy to move around the metroplex. My unit is spacious and has the added yard which makes me feel like I have my own little home. Everyone should live here!

    Overall, a great place to stay. Management is friendly & understanding. Maintenance is amazing and helpful. Curb-side pick up for trash, 24/7 mini gym and secured mail room. Everyone keeps to themselves and its relatively quiet.

    I enjoyed my experience here. Great location and amenities with pool and gate access. Really liked the remodeled 1 bedroom apt. Overall, mgmt staff did great job taking care of any requests/concerns. Just follow the rules (payments, parking, etc). Will update if any issues arise after moving out.

    High ceilings, wood floors, spacious interior, all black appliances, built in microwave, large extra storage, security coded gate entrance, pool and hot tub, great pet facilities and park. Above all really quiet and safe. Parking is no problem contrary to other reviews I read. Love it here!

    The apartments are nice but not overpriced. The laundry rooms are big and I couldnt find any other place like that. Landscaping is nice and management is helpful. Maintenance is quick. Free to pay rent online with a checking account.

    I have to brag on our maintenance guys, they ALWAYS go above and beyond. This morning though Holly literall6 went above. He climbed up to our 2nd story unit because we were locked in. When my husband locked the door after walking the pup he heard a pop & when he tested the lock the knob was stripped. Once inside he had the lock replaced within minutes. Thank you Holly!!

    I had gone through a bad experience at my previous apt.where i had lived for over 8 yrs.when i came to the boulders apts.i was met with a big smile by Melissa the assistant manager.She gave us a tour of the whole complex and we were immediately smitten!!!Melissa showed me such care and understanding and was so kind that to me she was my angel im my darkest hr.I moved in a few weeks ago and met Sandra the managerShe attended to me like someone who had known me for a long timeIssues with the apt were promptly takem care of.They have this place so clean that the few friends who have visited have called it the best they have seen.I have some who want me to management.They want to follow me hereI love love it here👋👋👋👋👋👋👋👋.,

    Tons of space and storage. Beautiful pool area. Well equipped fitness center with free weights and machines for every body part. Quiet neighborhood. Close to the mall. I am enjoying living here very much.

    I dont live here, but I am in property management, and when I went to visit a friend, I noticed how beautifully kept the grounds were! I didnt even see a piece of trash, and being that it was a Saturday, I would have expected some kind of mess. Lol! So great job to Management for keeping up a beautiful property!
