Where do I start... I used to live here a few years back and loved it. Unfortunately, I had to move out due to employment transfer. I finally came back to Blue Ridge and its an amazing community. Actually looks a lot more maintained than ever before. With an amazing location to dine in and not travel too far for grocery needs. When i have a flat tire, discount tire is literally down the road which is also something that is extremely convenient for me. Everything and anything you need is less than 5 minutes away which is very convenient.The new gym equipment is awesome and resident events are always fun to go to. Everyone here is friendly. The pool is always clean. The apartments are beautiful. I always recommend blue ridge to family and friends.

The Blue Ridge new management has made significant and noticeable improvements to the community. The property manager Alexis is very helpful and makes timely communication to the residents. The maintenance lead Alicia and her team get things fixed or replaced quickly. The gyms room is awesome! We have been enjoying living here and I definitely recommend this apartment!

Alexis and Melissa were very kind and helpful when it came to renewing/signing my new lease.The new management has been making many changes like cleaning up the property and upgrading the gym.The maintenance staff is awesome. They remember repairs and have checked-in/asked about them to make sure everything is still working well when we have bumped into eachother in the parking lot.Im happy we chose to renew and stay here another year.

From my initial inquiry to my tour, everything was above par! I have had the please of communicating with Alexis and Melissa and they both were always helpful, and prompt with any situation and responded to emails and returned calls. My apartment was clean with no maintenance issues. The area I am in is not loud during quiet times, pets are maintained by the few tenants that have them. I was actually referred by a friend who lived here previously and is considering moving back. Over all I have had a positive experience.

Apt complex is awesome, new management is really helpful and gets things done for you in a very fast and timely matter. Also had a couple of maintenance requests, they were done in one day!!! Alicia the maintenance lead is really nice and was super helpful thru the process. I recommended this apt complex to a friend and he has also enjoy it very much, he says it is better than where he was at and the other complex was newer.

Myself and Denise moved into Blue Ridge apartment last September and it has been a pleasant experience, the apartment is updated and the office personnel are always quick to assist you in any problems you may have. We really like the location because everything you need is just a short drive or walk away. We plan on being here for a long time as long as the Blueridge family wants us. Apartment 305E

I’ve lived here over a year and have overall had a good experience. Office is very understanding and nice on accommodations and issues. Maintence requests are always done well and very fast, always the same day or next day. This isn’t necessarily a family complex, lot of partying, but I suppose that’s anywhere. Can’t really take your kids to the pool after 5 or on the weekend because of the loud music, partying, and drinking. Overall, I’ve had a fun good experience here so far except for that

We have been here now since 2021, We have always felt safe. Its been under new management and we appreciate all they do to try to make the turn over smooth It was up and now with us didnt know to stay but we set back to see and we are pleased to say we stay The new manager Alexis is a caring and great guy and will make sure things will get done in the best way and I must say the new head maintenance person name Brandy is the best she works hard very respectable to your needs you will be very please she works hard to make sure the problem is fix Overall Staff is great a safe place and very much recommend you to give it a try, Shopping is close by food places I feel like you want go wrong.

We just moved in and so far enjoying this place. Samantha is a good manager and all our repair requests were handled in a timely manner. Unfortunately, previous tenants were not very attentive to details, so we had dishwasher and dryer replaced during our first week of stay, and had to make minor fixes to the apt in general. But no issues or problems with that. Maintenance guys are very professional, friendly, and fast.There are no issues with parking and you dont need a permission to park outside. So far, we have nothing bad to say about the place.

I have to say I’ve been at blue ridge since 2020 and I have never had a better experience. Their maintenance even in emergency situations are always quick to help out! The amenities are very nice. However, I have to specifically thank the management. I’ve been through three different managers and the one that has always been there is Sam. She is so nice and helpful throughout my years here and she goes out of her way to make the community and community events feel special. It’s worth every penny to live here and the location is very convenient. Don’t hesitate to lease out here.

We were hit with an arctic blast this week and of course our heater went out at 11oclock at night. The maintenance tech, Jason, was amazing! He showed up as soon as I placed the emergency call and came back in the morning just as he said he would. He was very diligent and took pride in getting the job done. We also appreciated his concern and sense of urgency in getting our heater working again, especially with our 3 year old running around. BlueRidge is a better place with Jason as the maintenance tech. Thank you so much Jason for all your hard work! We sincerely appreciate you!

My husband and I moved in less than a week ago, and I must say Samantha and Terri are amazing, very informative with every question we had. From the application process to move in it was very quick and easy. They both made us feel welcome from the first day. Very professional and friendly they each deserve more than 5 stars!! Complex grounds are very well maintained, and clean, very quiet atmosphere. Plenty of space to walk our dogs! The apartment itself I absolutely love, the view is awesome, full amenities, definitely offers everything you would need in this gated community, covered parking to garage plenty of storage on premises such an added bonus, pool and gym!!! Walking distance to other amenities and very close to restaurants, shopping, movie theaters and more.. If you are looking for an apartment to rent please come check out Blue Ridge Apartments, Midland Texas, trust me you won’t be disappointed! Have a blessed day! Update…. I’ve only been living here about month now and I have enjoyed every day here. All of the staff is super friendly if you have any issues, they do not hesitate to jump right on it and get it taken care of. This is my very first apartment I have gotten all on my own, Savanna made the process very easy and simple. The location is perfect close to shopping and restaurants. also it is easy to jump on the loop 250 and get to work. I would highly recommend living here, It’s a great community!

I have lived here for 1.5 years. In my experience, it has been well organized and quiet. The management has worked with me on a couple of different issues (noisy neighbors, garage door not working, etc.). They listened and offered several different solutions. They let me pick the solution that I wanted. I love the floor plan and the trees that are on the property. Rent did not inflate my second year even though the oil field had picked up a bit. I have lived in another complex, and the maintenance response time seems reasonable to me. Everyone wants their home fixed within a day, but I dont think that is realistic. The maintenance response time seems comparable to general apartment living. Parking can be tight, but they have covered parking and garages that you can lease for a cheap price. The location helps me enjoy resturants and nearby shopping. I really like these apartments.

I love living at Blue ridge! I have been living here since May and everything has been just great. If you have any questions Samantha is very helpful and informative. She makes sure your move in goes as smooth as possible and you have everything you need. Overall the apartment in spacious and nicely laid out. No major problems and even then maintenance is quick and fast to assist you. Definitely 10/10 and would recommend you to stay here!

Answering questions and even letting a family member pick up the keys for me. Although they dont answer the phone often, they make up for it in their helpful approach when needed. Samantha and Terri in the office are so helpful and sweet! I moved here earlier this month and only had one very minor maintenance issue and it was taken care of promptly. They always have their office door open and are ready to answer any questions. I did a lot of research on different apartments before moving to Midland and was scared off by a plethora of bad reviews but Blue Ridge Apartments had many positive ones and theyre living up to it. Im confident my time here will be excellent!

Absolutely love my new apartment! After weeks of apartment hunting and being let down, I stepped into Blue Ridge and the overall experience restored my hope! Angela in the leasing office was kind, listened to my requests, and the first apartment she showed me checked every box. The staff is very attentive to tenants and are always there to help! My puppies love it here as it is a very pet friendly community, and my husband and I enjoy the location as there are many restaurants and shops right out front that we can walk to in the evenings. We love being so close to the action, but still tucked away in our gated community just enough that the traffic doesn’t slow us down or keep us from taking the puppies out for a stroll. This complex is clean, relaxing, fun, and comfortable!

I have spoken to many other apartments and a lot of them do not have time to provide me with the information that I needed and have directed me to their website. I will definitely recommend anyone to move in to this complex. I will be making my move within the next two months!

Very sweet staff. They look for every way to make you feel at home. My son is a resident there. As a collage mom you want the very best for your child I can say they have treated my son and I very great! Maintenance gets every problem fixed as a timely manner. The community is beautiful. Pool that is ALWAYS clean! 24 hour gym that is kept to par! Ground are awesome! Location Is awesome food and shopping at a walking distances! I recommend living here!

I travel for work very frequently. Trying to find a place to live while being out of town is not the easiest thing to do. I contacted the front desk and was surprised to find the staff caring and attentive, even providing me with a zoom call to view the apartment. I worked with Samantha over the phone not only did she tour the building via zoom she also filled out my rental application for me. Even if I dont get the apartment I would suggest this place not only for there beautiful apartments but friendly and caring staff.

This place is a dream apartment. The staff is very kind, helpful, and go above and beyond to make sure your stay is wonderful. Samantha has been incredible. She is always available and quick to respond. Even if contacted after hours, she responds the next morning! The apartments itself has a nice kitchen with clean countertops. They also have built-in washer and dryers! Rooms are spacious, and I have not had any problems (NO BUGS!). When I experienced power outage due to weather (snow - power outage is very rare), they were very quick to solve the issue. The pool is very nice and clean, with great furniture and an outdoor grill. There is a gym as well with 24 hour access. I also love that it is gated and safe. wonderful grounds to go for a walk in the evening. Not to mention, a 2-minute walk from a shopping outlet with great stores (banana republic, gap, kendra scott) as well as restaurants (abuelos, chipotle, firehouse subs). In addition, my fellow tenants have been quiet and respectful. Ive never lived in a more wonderful apartment. I cant recommend this place enough!

Prior to moving here I read tons of awful reviews, being new to Midland that made me really nervous. I do have to say in the time I have lived here, I have had a great experience! Ok fine the office may not be the best, but they are good enough.. I dont deal with them enough to give it much thought. I was worried that living in an oilfield community, it would be loud with shady people, etc, etc. That has been far from my experience. It is so quiet (the true test is that my boyfriend works nights sometimes and has to sleep during the day), the people seems really normal, not to mention the awesome apartment layout, and how nice it feels inside. Yes, its over-priced but, thats Midland for you! Its not forever but, I am so glad that Blue Ridge is the first place we rented here.. it has made living in Midland a little bit better. I think the bad reviews are due to way too high of standards for renting. Its apartment living. You cant expect a whole lot. Buy a house and take that risk if you rather but, if youre looking for a decent place in a safe environment that is pretty quiet considering apartment living, I would choose Blue Ridge again and again.

Staff at the front is super friendly. Including the person that the other reivewer didnt seem to like much. Undergoing new management so not sure what will stay and what will go. Rent can be paid online and with optional automatic payments. Problems can be submitted online and repairs are the scheduled via work orders. Usually done quickly. Apartments arent fancy but were priced fair (if thats possible to say in Midland). Pool area is nice. There is a business center where one can use a computer and a printer. Gym is decent. Minus one star because A building has a bit of a dog poop problem and the vehicle gates havent work in about a year.

Ive been here for a year and the community and management is great. These arent brand new however anything I need the team responds immediately for repairs or replacement. They are nice, well insulated from temp changes, noise and central to everything while not being in the center of town. The new apartments get put up over night and it will show.. if you want Pex tasting water and inflated prices because of faux wood knock yourself out..Ive been told these were the luxury in Midland before the last decade of construction making them OG. Be OG. Blueridge all the way!

I have been at this apartment complex for 2.5 years and I cannot began to explain the kindness and compassion this team; Alexis, Melissa, A’rielle, Alicia, and Robert. Constantly helping me with rent issues and maintenance issues, always willing to understand when I was late on rent. I cannot day thank you enough especially to Alexis who I constantly in communication with when it came to needing help. This is definitely an apartment complex I would recommend to other Midland folk and anyone moving to Midland/Odessa area.

Since I arrived at these apartments I feel that my life has changed because of the comfort, the security and the attention of the administration and the services, I think they are doing a great job so that we tenants have an excellent stay and coexistence.
