Let me give me honest review. I was very spectacle about this management. I called and set up a tour. Carlos did a great job touring and giving me all the details. They definitely reassured me I would get approved since it is my first apartment. I applied and was approved the next day. I would definitely recommend to give him a call and check it out!

The Bishop Ridge team has worked with me so well as I’ve become a resident at one of their properties in the Bishop Arts area. Maya specifically is awesome, insightful, and patient and I’ve never experienced a leasing professional quite like her! Highly recommend renting with any Bishop Ridge property :)

Office staff always takes care of me!!!!! Always.. And I always get follow up emails back, every time! Moved here Inez Oct 23, If I move to another apartment because I want a view, I will definitely stay with Bishop Ridge.

The 1906 at Bishop Ridge is a nice place to live. Maya is one of the best representatives in the office! Thanks to her I give the complex management two extra stars! Without her professionalism and courteous demeanor, the rating would be less two stars because someone unlocked my fob secured door and walked into my apartment unannounced and ran out without identifying himself before 9am; which terrified me and would make a 1 star rating. She was quick and considerate in resolving the situation.And after ac breaking repeatedly during the summer and failing access to unlock doors with apps, residents are grateful once they are repaired.If it wasn’t for Maya the place feel less welcoming.Thank goodness she’s there!!

Let me shout out Maya! She and the staff at Bishop Ridge were the best. Maya provided thee best leasing Ive experienced since starting my apartment search here in Dallas. She was thorough, patient, and informative about all of the properties. She shared her excitement about the growth of the community with Bishop Ridges expansion within the area, which looks promising by the way. I ended up leasing at the Parkside Green property. The property is newly renovated, quaint, and quiet. The pricing, the amenities, the location, and space were beyond ideal. I viewed the property, applied, signed a lease, was approved and received my keys within a few hours. Mind you I was still waiting for a responses from other apartments I applied to within the three weeks. I look forward to my stay here!

My husband and i moved in when bishop ridge started giving the area a major facelift. They have really elevated the area and made it look so much better than it was before. An under appreciated and cared for area, now looks 10 times better! We have been very pleased with the progress that they’ve made since we first moved it. Specifically with how quickly maintenance responds to our maintenance requests. That has been so nice. We love Catherine and how helpful she has been. Ever since she has taken over in the leasing office, things has improved dramatically. Hope to see this company continue to grow and care for these beautiful communities!!

Just helped my Mother move back into area she previously used to live in 20+ years ago. You would be amazed at how much the area has changed and is currently changing.
