Been in the building 4 years. Really happy to live here. Apartment is well-designed and the staff is great. They always respond quickly to maintenance requests and schedule cool events for the apartment community. They help make this neighborhood a terrific destination.

I’ve never felt so welcomed and taken care of by a leasing staff! There are so many amenities and neighborhood options within walking distance. Everyone is so nice, one thing I really like about Bishop Flats is, the ability to live here, work here, and play here. Kennedy is AWESOME and always so accommodating! He really does a great job in making sure everything is up to par.

My wife and I spent our first two years of marriage in these apartments and it was such a great decision. It of course has all the normal issues that come with living in a complex. But the perks of being in the heart of bishop arts makes up for all of it. We’ve always encountered helpful service from the front desk and managers of Exxir and Bishop apartments throughout the two years. Most recently, MaTyia Ward really worked with those to accommodate resigning our lease. She was very patient, communicative, and always so nice. We ended up signing at a different apartment due to commuting/location needs. But low-key we almost stayed just because MaTyia was so helpful.The apartments themselves are very aesthetic, they make sense specially, and are really easy to style and make your own My recommendation is to find a unit in the 305 building if possible. It’s a little bit newer and the insulation is a little bit thicker, so you don’t deal with as much maintenance needs or noise from neighbors. Our first unit was in the 305 building in our second year we stayed in the 431. 431 is still a great place and you still have access to all of the amenities of Bishop arts, it’s just not as great of a physical building.

I lived at bishop flats for almost 2 years and thoroughly enjoyed my time there. Staff was nice and always helpful. Maintenance was friendly and always there to lend a helping hand. Location is great. Loved my apartment unit.Downfall would be parking. Not nearly enough spots for the amount of units, which can get tricky being that bishop arts get super busy on the weekends. The ceilings are paper thin so the simplest walk to the kitchen sounds like elephants running. Recommend staying on th 4th floor, and paying a tad bit more for a reserved parking spot.Overall great stay!

I moved in to Bishop Flats about 6 months ago, and I have honestly loved it. They do so many fun events for the residents, and the management team is truly the best! They really care about the residents, and want you to be happy so you’ll stay which is hard to come by these days. Maintenance always responds to any request within 24 hours, and all the neighbors are great!

Initially while looking for an apartment I toured here and loved my experience. This apartment is top of the line in every way. From the kind & attentive staff to the way each apartment is set up and looks. We were extremely impressed. Ultimately we had to move to North Dallas because the school/work commute would have been too hard, but we would have loved to lease here as it was first choice! I would recommend this to anyone searching for an apartment in the Bishop Arts area!! Check it out people!!

Weve really enjoyed living in Bishop Flats. The location, amenities and hospitality group (Exxir) are unmatched! There are sooo many perks to living here. MaTyia specifically was an amazing help to us. She really went above and beyond to offer incredible service and made us feel genuinely cared for!

I’ve been living at Bishop Highline for 6 months now and I couldn’t be any happier with my decision. Highly recommend the property!I toured on a Friday evening and signed the lease online later that night. I even moved in the day after! The leasing team was so accommodating to my situation and needs. In regards to the move in process, the team was extremely communicative and professional - extremely fast to respond to email, texts and phone calls. The instructions were always thorough and clear.The finishes/amenities are well thought out - they’re sleek and modern. And you actually use them. My friends and family that come to visit LOVE the shower: which are glass shower doors - not the sliding shit b/c obvs, that would be too hard to clean and theyre huge, and the walk-in closet. The fridge is super spacious and it has a bottom freezer, great to storing all the food. But the most thoughtful amenity would have to be the keypad door entrance. It makes it super easy to let dog walkers stop by to get my dog and lock up.Packages get left at your door and if Amazon delivers to the wrong door, I’ve had my neighbors return it to me. Lol they accidentally opened it and brought it back to me.I’ve had a couple of minor maintenance issues. And the staff has done a phenomenal job to complete the request within 24 hours. From the leasing to maintenance staff, everyone is extremely warm and kind. I definitely don’t get the whole, ‘need to be nice to you because you’re a resident vibe.’ They’re really genuine people, so whenever I have an issue, it’s easy to pop by the leasing office to get some help.I will add that parking is a bit tight, but no worries, there’s a lot of parking spots on street since Bishop Arts does get quite packed on the weekends. But you can opt to buy a parking spot if there are any left.I’ve lived in the Design District and Victory Park prior to moving to Bishop Arts. I don’t hear a lot of 2am drunkies filing in that often. The neighbors here are very respectful and I would say pretty quiet. Everyone has always been extremely friendly and considerate.For what you pay and what you receive, you really can’t pass up living here. 10/10 WOULD DO AGAIN.

I toured Bishop Highline Apartments and have friends who live here and stay with them ALL THE TIME (and I feel like I am on vacation at a resort ha!!). Seriously, these apartments are so nice and super high end, but honestly at a great price for Dallas. The staff that works here are also extremely nice, helpful, and truly care about you as a tenant. Unfortunately, my husbands schooling had us move to Denton, but I would have lived here in a HEARTBEAT!!

I cannot speak any more highly of my experience thus far with Bishop Highline. Devynn, the leasing agent who helped me tremendously while I was still living out of state and moving to TX for the first time, was so quick to answer all of my crazy neurotic questions for weeks and always had a solution or an answer. Since living here for a month now, I can confidently say I could not be happier!As an example of the attentiveness of the staff-- I had a little issue with my shower a week or two ago, and after emailing Devynn, within 24 hours maintenance had come through, bought the part to fix it, and had it ready and fixed by the time I was home from work! Completely seamless and again, SO quick to react. Devynn has always been right there and ready to help in any way she can. Since moving to the state on my lonesome, its really comforting to know you live in a building where they genuinely care about your happiness living there and are always available should you need it.The apartment itself is lovely and I love being so close to the little downtown of Bishop Arts. Its less than a one minute walk to loads of restaurants and shops. Particularly obsessed with Oasis Plants :)I have always felt safe here as well. Ive walked around at night at ease (really important to me to have a safe neighborhood feel). Obviously Im always vigilant, but just to ease the minds of anyone wondering about safety.Thank you Bishop Highline and Devynn for being so great. Very happy to be here as a resident.

The perfect spot if youre looking for a comfortable, spacious, beautiful, quiet apartment just steps away from downtown Bishop Arts District. My 1 bedroom / 1 bath is roomy with epic views of downtown Dallas from the 4th floor. The neighbors are respectful and management is very quick to respond and address any issues. Theres almost no reason to leave Bishop Arts when you have beautiful restaurants and bars just outside your front door. Paradisos garden is the place to be on the weekends and nearby shops have everything you could need. Love the easy access to Black Swan Yoga just down the street. All in all, couldnt be happier at Bishop Flats!

About 2 months deep into living here and its about time I wrote something. From the application stage all the way to filing service requests, everything has been done so very promptly and professionally. Literally each time I filed a request to have something fixed, I step outside for a few hours and come back to find the documents signifying that the work has been done! Really got to hand it to the staff here; they are very friendly and will go out of their way to work things out with you.

Amazing complex with an incredible staff. Pricing is extremely competitive, especially when you consider the location and the high end units.Honestly cant recommend this place enough for anyone who is a fan of the Bishop Arts area and is looking for a place to connect with the community.
