    I signed up with the leasing manager Angie Soto and she has been very attentive and a sweetheart to me. She made me feel like i was her friend. Thanks for being the manager! I was able to get my application processed in 2 days. Credit score isnt what they look at to get approved. Its about your rental history and background check and you have to make 2.5 x the rent. I signed my lease during the month of December right before Xmas and was able to get a real good rental price. My credit is low bc of all of my credit card debt, so i got approved under conditions. Which is a $1,000 down payment. But they accept this program Jetty to help you pay the deposit. I got approved to only pay Jetty $520 and they paid the rest! But if you do it this way your down payment is non refundable. I also got a deal of putting our application and administration fee towards my move in cost! You are obligated to accept $99 fee of Spectrum TV & internet bundle, $30 trash valet, $59 amenities, parcel lockers, alarm system. You need to pay $30 for parking bc you dont want to worry about not having no where to park towards the evening. Besides the Spectrum TV I could do without, everything else is worth having. They have beautiful chest high fences for the first floors. I have a one bedroom with a nice size closet and a outside storage room (not a closet) where i not only can store stuff but put a washer & dryer bc they have the connections. I have stainless steel appliances. My place is small but i love it for the fenced yard for my 2 dogs. I had to Bomb it twice before moving my stuff in then i had to seal all the cracks bc i dont want a roach problem. A/C & heater work just fine. I plan on living here for a long while.

    I have lived here 6 years I have seen Office staff come and go even after Owners changed office, staff came and went a lot within the few couple of months however, it was a blessing to this property when Roberto, the current assistant manager came to this property. He is thoughtful, helpful, always available to you when you need him.He is a true blessing to this property. I hope he never leaves. He is always providing the type of resident assistance/service that a good community should have this property needs more staff like him!!!!

    Very modern apartment living. Close to multiple highways and tons of eating/ shopping destinations. Gated for added security and the grounds are kept very clean by a dedicated staff. Id say this place is a great complex to call home for a multitude of residence trying to find that special place in the DFW Metroplex.

    Absolutely wonderful management staff. I moved in about a month and a half ago, and the leasing agent here, Mirka, was absolutely wonderful in helping me get this as my first apartment. So helpful, and she comes from a place of understanding as a resident. Lisa is absolutely awesome as well, just very over all on top of resident issues and making you feel prioritized (even though there is so much to keep up with). And the maintenance management is very on top of things! I went to the office to tell them i had problems with my old stove, and the same day they came in. The stove works great now with no safety issues! (And on top of that, they unclogged our sink drain, which I didn’t even mention!) Overall, 10/10 service.

    I would Iike to give 5 stars review to the Supervisor Jairo and his Maintenance tea because they are always working hard to keep the property looking good and clean. I’ve been here for 11 years and I never seen a Maintenance team that do all good Ike they do. I really appreciate everything that they do everyday at the property.

    Love living here! I moved in a few months ago, the office staff was great, they were very helpful! The application process took less than 2 days, I had my answer very quickly and was able to move in right away.. Maintenance Staff have done such an excellent job of making sure my work order was taken care of right away! The property is very clean, my building is very quiet and I just cant say enough great things about their staff! Maribel, Laura and Jennifer are so helpful, and always greet with a smile!! Thanks Ladies!!!

    The Assistant Manager Roberto is so helpful. I live in apartment 805 and Ive been living here for almost two years now. I got behind on my rent and he helped me the rental assistance companies. I reached out to united Way and Texas Rent Relief and they helped me so much. He is so nice. I really do appreciate him.

    Have spent a couple of days with the office staff. Although there are some growing pains, each staff member has been very accommodating. They have tried to help me in a couple of situations that were no fault of their own. I lived in these apartments in 1988-1990. I feel like this is my home. I do appreciate their hospitality extended to me.

    I would like to commend Rick in the leasing office for the compassion and integrity he showed toward an elderly gentleman that was struggling to get into the leasing office last week when there was ice on the ground. Rick went out of his way to assist this gentleman by holding his hand until he was safely inside the office. He didnt even notice anyone was watching! The previous managers would have watched him fall! I look forward to doing business with the new team Ms Cindy, Yolanda and the newest team member. I forgot to get your name. But please know that your professionalism and kindness was really appreciated today.

    Hello,Ms.Mirka, has personally helped me achieve the best move I’ve had in years. Hiram and Stephanie has continued to make sure that I have received the assistance promised. All three Birch personnel has personally maintained a friendly and professional environment for guests, while diligently accommodating every need of mine. My process was not short but VERY WORTH IT.

    Ive been living here for three years. Laura, Maribel, and Francis are the new staff they are very kind and thoughtful. The amenities are incredible the pool is beautiful. they also have an up to date gym. I highly recommend checking this place out for your new home.

    Its a joy being able to spend my time off in my place of residents, since the lovely ladies and maintenance made the short time Ive lived here such a joy. Its a blessing to do business with the ladies here in the office and would recommend the apartments to all my friends and family cause if my daughter which they have bribed is so in love with them I know everyone else will be welcomed with a big smile and open heart.

    Ive been here for five months. Since the new management has taken over theyve done an amazing job. Ive always naturally migrated towards Mrs. Laura because she gives off a welcoming vibe. When Ive turned in service request theyve got the job done. The apartments are peaceful, I havent had any issues at all. At first it was hard to contact the front office but since theyve been in office it hasnt been an issue. Mrs. Castaneda is very cool everytime I see her she has a smile on her face. They stay busy but they handle it well. Theyre all always very respectful and easy to talk to. Mrs. MARIBEL MARTINEZ is a dream, very easy on the eyes(my crush). Shes taken so keep it moving lol jk. She keeps it professional. Shes a sweetheart and always looks to help solve a problem. Transitioning is not easy. They deserve a raise. Give them credit. Theyve done a great job.

    I Have Been Living Here 3 Months, Never Have Had A Problem With My A/C.. Carpet Was Put In New Before I Moved In, A Couple Of Roaches But Have Got Rid Of Them. The Management Is Always Nice To Me.. The Only Thing That Bothers Me Is Parking.
