I just moved to Biltmore apartment and everything was excellent, Tadaris at the office was so pleasant and helpful during the whole process. The apartments are big and in excellent condition wether they are upgraded or not. I recommend Biltmore apartments a 100%.

GREAT LOCATION, HELPFUL STAFF, & FRIENDLY NEIGHBORS...Biltmore Park Apartments is a hidden gem of a community that continues to impress. Its convenient location near major roadways and plenty of amenities make it a wonderful place to call home.I enjoyed living there for 10 years and can attest to the great neighbors and fantastic staff. The management and maintenance teams are truly exceptional, with Bonnie and Deanne at the helm providing a highly professional and resident-focused operation.One of the things I appreciate most about Biltmore Park Apartments is their commitment to constant improvement. They constantly upgrade their apartments with modern features such as new flooring and appliances to keep up with the times. Living in a community that prioritizes its residents comfort and satisfaction is refreshing.In addition, the office staff is always helpful and prompt, with Oniko making submitting work orders a breeze. I want to add that Ruben, part of the excellent maintenance staff, is a genuine problem solver who ensures everything runs smoothly.Overall, I highly recommend Biltmore Park Apartments to anyone looking for a top-notch community. Its fantastic features and excellent staff make it a gem you wont want to miss.

Moving to Biltmore was the best decision I ever made! From the moment I walked in they answered all my inquiries to the tee. Customer Service is Huge to me, and Their customer service from beginning to end was not only great, but they organically made me feel so comfortable. The were consistent and so helpful with my move in process. Since Living here, I am so in love with the property. The property from front to back is always maintained so well, all amenities are kept up throughout the property. I love the maintenance team, they are consistent and so nice, their whole team truly cares about your concerns. I just love living here, the community is so great, people are so nice. Its just an overall great place to live! I have lived in many apartments prior to this but nothing compares to this place. They always make me feel good when I walk into the office, the entire Apartment Staff from Management to staff is just Phenomenal and the always know your name. Thats huge to me, because it makes me feel special. I can honestly say I found a place to call home.

I have lived here for a year and just renewed my lease. Prices are fair. Apartments are older but well maintained. Parking is always available even on weekends. Maintenance staff is responsive and kind. There has been a lot of turnover with the staff but thats due to ownership change. The residents are fine - everyone keeps to themselves and its fairly quiet. I recently reported an issue with the grounds upkeep and the staff promptly addressed my concern. If you have a complaint or repair needed, the staff is attentive and never makes you feel as if you are burdening them. Im pleased with my home and the complex - I would recommend Biltmore Park as long as the rent doesnt go up.

Have lived here for over a year. Good place to live, especially for the price. Not luxury by any means, but affordable. Older buildings, but well maintained. Maintenance crews are responsive. Theyve had a few over the years, but the current guy, Fabian, is exceptionally friendly and competent. Past maintenance crews have been pleasant as well - I hope this trend keeps up! So long as rent doesnt go up, its a good place to live.

I’ve been at biltmore park for a little over a month. After my divorce finding a reasonably affordable two bedroom apartment for my son and I was extremely difficult as a single mother. I put in an online inquiry for a one bedroom back in March. Vanessa thought of my son and I and did a follow up in early May for a two bedroom that they were running a special on. The fact we were thought of spoke volumes

I don’t know why these apartments have such bad reviews. Yes it’s near the airport but the windows have been redone for reduced noise. Maintenance always comes quickly and they even cleaned out the AC when I requested because I have asthma. He even told me how frequently to call him to come clean it. I did have a problem with ants one time but they took care of it. I wish it was cheaper so I could continue living here I’m sad I have to move. They even have a dog park my dog loves running around in and they provide doggy bags around the complex. People in the office are usually very nice and yes they change a lot but I think they come in from their other properties. I’ve lived here for a couple of years so if you’re hesitant I would say it’s worth it.

My husband and I lived here for two years and I can say our overall stay has been decent. The area of this location is generally nice. Not too far from Hardburger park, stores or the freeway. A plus in my book. The apartments are pretty affordable compared to other apartments in San Antonio. They are older though, so a lot of the stuff in the apartments seem outdated. Never had a problem with anyone here. There’s a lot of younger people here and some families. But other than that, they do make a great home for first time renters.

I Love the area, and the neighborhood. One huge issue I dislike is that I am directly under the flight path.The townhouse is more of a townhouse loft. Hopefully I can find a place away from the flight path. No problem with the place. Good place for a single person or young professional just starting out.Price is decent $700-$1300.

I WENT LOOKING FOR AN APARTMENT FOR MY SON & GRANDSON - THE FRIENDLY STAFF (VANESSA & CHRIS) ARE AMAZING THEY GO OUT OF THERE WAY TO HELP YOU !!! I AM OVER AT THE APARTMENT A LOT HELPING MY SON OUT AND I PUT IN A WORK ORDER AND THE MAINTENANCE MAN FABIAN IS OUTSTANDING - HE LET ME KNOW EVERYTHING HE WAS DOING KEPT ME INFORMED ALL THE WAY TILL THE JOBS WAS DONE !!! It is a good condominium, maintenance has always solved our problems quickly, the apartment is in good condition, the negative is that the pool area is not always open and they have many restrictions on using it. Everything else is fine
