Loved these properties! Definitely in the Top 2 of my list and it will be a super hard decision that comes down to whether to live in Clearfork or the Cultural District. The leasing agent Isaiah was super friendly, eloquent, & great at answering all my questions, a much needed stark contrast to another property I visited today who’s leasing agent was too busy to be bothered with even showing me the amenities. Tour of the unit I loved below. ❤️

Hanover makes it easy for the entrepreneur. Conference rooms, office space, large projector screens, and lounge are equipped with everything needed to impress a client. The setting is both comfortable and classy. More importantly, the staff is as luxurious as the space. I can be confident that anyone I invite will be greeted with respect, quality service, and smiles. Smiles! Smiles all the time, like you see here on Kawanda, Cody and Ellie. A few days ago I was hosting guests and needed tech support and they delivered. As does every staff person here. They go above and beyond like I could have never imagined. They truly make life easier.

Ive lived here since July 2024 and I love it! I moved to Fort Worth to attend TCU and wanted to make sure I lived in a safe/friendly environment. This apartment complex has it all: great study areas, clean environment, gated parking, fast/attentive/friendly staff (thank you Aaron for fixing my fridge!), and its close to school/shopping/trail. Ive never had any issues with my neighbors. If youre in the market for a new apartment, then I totally recommend living here.

Isaiah has been absolutely phenomenal to work with so far. I’ve been searching for my next place and if I moved to Bexley it would be 90% Isaiah and 10% because of the community Aesthetics itself. Don’t get me wrong, the apartments are very nice, modern, and spacious themselves, but as I toured with Isaiah, I remembered how important it is to have excellent people like him at a place you live because that is what makes the experience even better. I am waiting to hear back on some floorplans that might come up in the near future that will meet my needs so I can’t speak to the dwelling experience just yet.

Carlos VUpdate: i had a new experience and wanted to share….I had a few tasks that needed attention and Erin came out the same day that I created the work order and completed her job with ease along with a huge smile on her face and great vibes. She was very professional, kind and so pleasant to be around. I’m grateful to be living here for so many reasons and the service from the in-house employees is at the top of that list. Love my apartment of 2 bedroom. Management was helpful with the process. Juan R. the supervisor of maintenance went above and beyond to make sure we have everything we need to make this a happy home. The amenities are always clean and lovely. If you love to go for a run or walk you will love the trail and the great views.

My girlfriend and I had applied while this property was still under the previous management and move in on the 1st of November right after the property had changed management. Through all of the hectic transition time, Makayla and the maintenance team were incredibly helpful in solving some issues and repairs that the previous management left behind in our unit when we had moved in. Couldn’t be more thankful for them and their help!If you’re looking for a place to move to, I couldn’t recommend this property enough!

You can tell a lot of thought was put into the development and the people who work here are the best around. I couldnt be more excited to call this place home!

I’ve been a resident here since July 2023, and I wanted to give a special shoutout to the maintenance team at this property. Specifically, Erin has been an absolute God sent. Literally the most wonderful and helpful individual I’ve ever met!! I was transferring units and living by myself it was going to be impossible to take down my curtains and some other personal appliances (bidet, etc) I added in my room. However, the same day I put in the maintenance request, Erin not only helped me take my stuff down in my old apartment but she helped me put them right back up in my new apartment! This move in process was incredibly smooth all because of Erin. I am forever grateful for her help!!! She has an eye for everything and not only gets things done fast, but gets them done perfectly. Her attention to detail is excellent. Living here is amazing thanks to staff like Erin!

Upon arriving at Hanover at Clearfork for a tour, I was greeted by an amazing staff. They were very welcoming and attentive. The property is immaculate. It is so well kept and stunning in every way to make a most appealing place to live. What was most welcoming and even more stunning was John’s sensitivity to my handicapped mother who was accompanying me for the tour. He was extremely patient and helpful in navigating her on her wheelchair, so we got through the tour without a single bump or scratch of damage to her or to any surface. I am very impressed by John’s care for people and the property. He exhibited a very professional disposition while gracefully showing kindness to my handicapped mother and respect for the property. It is was wonderful to see him seamlessly take care of people and the property.

Hanover at Clearfork is the best apartment complex, Im convinced! Not only is the entire complex aesthetic and well designed, but the staff is top notch as well. From the property manager Evelyn, to the leasing team, to the maintenance crew led by Juan, everyone here is always ready to lend a helping hand. Being the first one to live in my unit, there were a few maintenance requests that I had to make. No matter what it was, the Hanover team fixed it within 24 hours, often less. I had my AC go out in July (during the weekend, after-hours), and Juan and his team bent over backwards to make sure I was comfortable and felt seen. They continually checked on me, and Evelyn made sure I knew she was aware of the situation. I could not ask for a better team to be over the complex, and hope none of them go! It truly makes it enjoyable to live here.

The area and amenities are beautiful and clean and to top it all off, the people who worked there were incredibly kind, helpful and enthusiastic. We LOVE the Hanover at Clearfork! We moved in to get away while our house is being renovated. The staff is amazing - friendly, attentive, knowledgeable, communicative. We love them! Our apartment is spectacular - filled with natural light, well laid out, with a great view of the gorgeous pool and beautifully-landscaped outdoor courtyard. The amenities are as luxurious as the best boutique hotels have to offer; and the location (an easy walk to The Shops at Clearfork, and a quick hop onto the Chisholm Trail Parkway) is hard to beat! It’s gonna be hard to leave here once our house is ready!

I recently had the pleasure of renting an apartment at Hanover at Clearfork, and I couldnt be happier with my experience. From start to finish, the staff went above and beyond to ensure that my move-in process was seamless and stress-free.Karli, in particular, was an absolute gem. She patiently showed me several apartment units until I found the perfect one. Throughout the application and leasing process, she was incredibly helpful and always available to answer any questions I had. Thanks to her, I was able to move in on my preferred date without any issues.On the day of my move-in, I was warmly welcomed by Kawanda. She took the time to give me a tour of the amenities and even went out of her way to retrieve my parcels from the mail room. She then drove me around on a golf cart and personally escorted me to my apartment complex, ensuring that my transition to my new home was as smooth as possible.The staff at Hanover truly goes above and beyond for their residents, and its clear that they take pride in providing exceptional service. The location is fantastic, the area is always clean and well-maintained, and the apartments themselves are beautiful and modern. My boyfriend and I lived here from March 2023 until April 2024 and had a great experience! When we moved in there wasn’t a lot of people yet as it was still being built, but it became full pretty fast and I can see why! The apartments and amenities are beautiful and very well kept, and the maintenance was always done quickly. The only reasons we didn’t renew our lease was because of the increase in rent, the fact that we didn’t have a balcony, and I wanted to move to a different area of Fort Worth.edit: I went to get some packages that had been delivered after I had moved out and Kawanda in the leasing office greeted me as if she had never seen me before.. after I had interacted with her multiple times before. She acted rude and annoyed that I was there and made it seem as if it was going to be a problem getting my packages because someone else had already moved into my old apartment. I had to meet with the new occupant of the apartment and go to my old mailbox with him to get my mail. all of my mail was still there and the paper in the mailbox still had my name on it as the occupant.. they didn’t even empty out the mailbox before giving the key to the new occupant. definitely feel like that situation could’ve been handled better, and I bet if I hadn’t went in and said something they would’ve never forwarded my mail to me.

Kawanda is the best!!!! Showed me the best unit for me. I’m in a ♿️, wheelchair, she showed the best way to maneuver through this very new, beautiful, & large complex!! She should be in charge of everything. Anything I need she is in it, so my needs never go unattended. Juan the maintenance man!!! Is incredible!!! He installed my grab bars just where I wanted them. That is a biggie that I got to tell them exactly where I wanted them. Juan is the man!!! Very good at what he does! Very kind, friendly, & accommodating.

We stopped by today and had a wonderful experience. I’ve been in contact with the Hanover for weeks owner the phone and via email and every person I have spoken to have been incredibly kind.I’m giving it 4 starts, because the apartment layouts were not that great. The closest was much smaller than expected and the views were of a highway or parking lot. We just weren’t impressed. We looked at the pool and it was full of college age kids, which is fine, but we are looking for a little more diversity, because we are mid 30’s.The amenities were great tho! The common areas were beautiful.As far as customer service , Karli was incredible! She really took her time showing us the alert meant and seemed well informed. She offered to show us a more than 1 apartment and not just the show rooms. We really appreciated that. She even offered us drinks. Karli, was a great leasing consultant and anybody would be lucky to have her show them the property!

My experience with Hanover has been nothing short of phenomenal. From my first sets of tours with Cody and Ellie, to my onboarding and move-in with the help of Kawanda and Sonia, I was given a first-class experience through and through. In addition, when I experienced a noise issue in my first unit, the staff at Hanover were extremely quick to address and alleviate the issue by allowing me a relocation option that fit with my schedule. There is a young man in particular, John Secrist, who is always a glowing and bright personality on the grounds of the residence. This young man single handedly removed my concerns of handling maintenance on my own with his brilliant hard work and his true compassion, which makes me feel more like a friend, than a resident. He is the type of person that communities are built around. Big shoutout to the Hanover team as a whole and my friend John in particular!

I went there for a tour and they were under construction but Cody gave me a great tour and fantastic information. The apartments look very very clean in the halls and inside the apartments as well. I look forward to this place in the future.
