    I just recently had a pipe burst in my apartment due to the extremely cold weather that flooded the bottom floor to my townhome.One of the Maintence men by the name of Malik showed up right away around 8pm and stayed until all of the water was extracted and ensured we were safe and taken care of. He gave me a quick breakdown on how things were going to work the next few days and wanted to make sure if I needed anything else. I had an immediate follow up by the property manager, Brandon. He is a great example of what a great manager should be. He has been amazing with his follow up, his concern with mine and my family’s well being as well as keeping me updated with the plan going forward. I feel that both are true assets to this company/property and are the epitome of what a consummate professional should be in the apartment business! Hats off to both of these gentlemen!

    I absolutely love living at Artisan Village! The dog park is enormous, which is perfect for my furry friend to run around and play. The clubhouse and gym are both beautiful, with modern decor and top-of-the-line equipment. And lets not forget about the stunning pool - its the perfect spot to relax and soak up the sun. Overall, I couldnt be happier with my decision to live here. The amenities are fantastic, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the location is unbeatable. If youre looking for a great apartment complex, Artisan Village is definitely worth considering

    We have lived at the Bexley Arcadia complex for almost four years. We love the leasing management and maintenance staff. They have provided my wife and I, a wonderful place to live, and they go way out of their way to make sure that all of our needs are met. They are always providing crafts, food, and other awesome venues for us to partake of and enjoy. I highly recommend that anyone, who wants a great place to live...consider the Bexley Arcadia as your next home.

    Amazing complex and experience so far. I moved in about a month ago and have been impressed with the complex, my unit, my neighbors, and the office staff thus far. I work in commercial real estate, so I automatically hold big name landlords/complexes to a high standard and Hillwood and Artisan Village has far exceeded those. I have PTSD from my previous big name Landlord and asked the office staff a million questions before/during move in and they answered all of them quickly and without hesitation. Big shout out to Katy for making the move in process and day of the smoothest possible despite the 109 weather. Katy and Raven were both extremely helpful from the lease signing process on and continue to be a huge help.The complex has great amenities that are well maintained along with the grounds and building common areas being kept clean and tidy. Neighbors are considerate and mature so no need to worry about a bunch of young teens disturbing the peace or trashing the complex. While I might have just gotten lucky with the building I moved into, I NEVER hear my neighbors, and there are young children that live across from me. The living experience here is well worth the long commute to work.Highly recommend!

    I recently toured Bexley Arcadia, and I was thoroughly impressed! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel so welcome and valued. They were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and patient in answering all my questions.

    We have resigned our lease at Artisan Village this coming July 3 times now and dont plan on going anywhere anytime soon. We enjoy the friendly and helpful staff, any issues are resolved immediately and professionally. The layout of the townhome is perfect for a couples and starting families. We always feel safe in the complex and love being so close to everything you need.

    We moved here from Chicago and immediately fell in love with Artisan. Quiet , clean and we love the dog park! Having a close gym is a plus, they also have a pool but it’s usually full especially on the weekends. Other than that we love it here, it’s close to all the stores.

    I have lived here for almost 2 years now and when I tell you, these are the BEST apartments I’ve ever lived in all around. The leasing team is amazing and is always responsive and understanding. Maintenance and grounds are always on it- fixing things in a timely manner and keeping things clean. It’s a beautiful space, wonderful amenities and apartment complex (so long as people aren’t abusing them and following rules) the location is perfect and I truly recommend anyone to stay here. Oh and not to mention the amazing fun community events we have! No I was not asked to make this review lol but I definitely have to give my props to Hillwood. And hope to stay here another year until I get my first home. :)

    2 months in and have zero complaints! Raven has been amazing with her responses. Leslie was great at move in and who helped me with most. Katy/Gaby I’ve spoke to once or passed in the mail room and they’ve all greeted me with a smile. Definitely enjoy living at Artisan! :)

    Its extremely nice. My husband and I toured this location recently and were very impressed with the quality of the living spaces, as well as the public areas. The leasing office staff were very professional and friendly. Its one of the nicest complexes Ive seen in the dfw area.

    Just renewed my lease because I love it here so much! It’s a great, clean, safe area to live in with tons of amenities. I have not had a ton of issues but the minor ones i’ve had (low maintenance requests) have been taken care of promptly and without complaint. Definitely will be here as long as I can be.

    In love with Artisan Village. Amazing staff, incredible fitness center and pool area is to die for. Not to mention, our beautiful town home. My fiancé and I plan on renewing our lease again because we love it here that much. Definitely recommend this place!

    My dog and I have been here 5 months and so far we love it! The dog park and all amenities are great! The staff is always super friendly. Maintenance and the cleaning staff is always hard at work keeping the community looking immaculate!

    I chose to live with my dog and it was the best choice ever in my life!It was built last year so facilities including swimming pool and club house are really nice and clean. I usually study in meeting room and sometimes I enjoy Jenga game in a club house. Residents can hold a private party in club house so it can be wonderful experience!At night, swimming pool looks sooo stunning with LED lights.My lovely house has garden view, every time when I’m in my patio, it makes me feel happy and peaceful.Agents and maintenance service team are also great. Apartment agents let me print some papers and they are really kind. Maintenance service is so fast and nice. I can control A/C and lights and doors with my phone, it’s very convenient!It’s been 3months to live in Artisan village but I can’t find any drawback here.My dog was kind of aggressive to other dogs, but all of residents and dogs in Artisan village are nice and kind. Now my dog gets along with other dogs and his aggressive character has improved a lot.There is a paw room besides the club house so I can groom & bathe my dog whenever I want so my dog and I have a good time❤️My apartment holds 2-3events every month like bingo night, chick-fil-A breakfast something like that.And Target, Panda express, Costco, even Banks are within 5minutes distance. Why don’t you come and see our apartment?

    This was my first apartment and I really liked it. I had a few issues, though. The size of the apartment (559).. that was just too small and there was not enough storage at all.. theres a butlers pantry which is ok but I didnt have any place to put my broom, mop, etc. Third floor is on not 3 but 4 flights of stairs which I had to walk up & down almost every day.. extremely annoying and VERY inconvenient when you have a lot of stuff to carry to your apartment. Those are mainly the reasons I moved and if the rent didnt go up almost $400 I probably wouldve still stayed but that price was just too much for that size apartment. The apartments were brand new when I moved there (2021) so it was really nice to be the first resident. The amenities were always nice and clean. Always clean outside. Packages were always sitting on top of the mailboxes but Ive never known someone to have theirs stolen..at least mine never were. No fees for package lockers and wifi (not sure if they are charging for those now). Smart lights, air, and locks(can unlock every building plus amenity doors but not your apartment). Five minutes from Presidio Towne Crossing, Alliance Towne Center, and a bunch of other stuff. Im giving this place a 4 because I would move back but only if its in a bigger apt on the 1st floor with lower rent of course.

    Me and my bf just moved in like last week and so far we have been loving the apartments, it’s so quiet and clean. Amenities are amazing and our apartment feels so cozy since the moment we went in for the first time. We are LOVING it here!

    When I moved across the country nearly a year ago it was important for me to find a good place to call home. Though many apartments were toured, none of them compared to Artisan Village. The smart features, modern layouts, clean atmosphere and kind staff were all factors that made the decision of which apartment complex to choose so simple.However, while those are all great features of the apartment complex they dont even qualify as my favorite parts of the complex. Artisan Villages policy and attitude on animals is what drew me in! I moved into the complex with my puppers and was excited to provide my pup with a fenced in yard, giant dog park and dog spa room! I even added to my furry family while living in this complex as I felt confident that the complex had everything needed to make both me and my dogs comfortable and feeling at home. When the dog park opened the complex even threw a dog party!The amenities offered were also rather enticing to me. The ability to have all of the appliances available in my apartment was vital to me (including washer and dryer). The smart phone app allows me to control lights and the temperature of my apartment. These conveniences are only parts of the many amenities. The study area of the clubhouse includes a kitchen area, pool table, a high tech coffee machine, several televisions, glass chess and giant Jenga. Outside there is corn hole, a giant pool, grill area and a covered bar area. The gym is high tech and I LOVE the access to so many cardio machines. The mail room and parcel area is highly convenient.During Christmas they had an amazing free wrapping paper station! They also give out free stuff sometimes such a girl scout cookies or free breakfast before work! The community is really amazing and everyone has been very kind! Im thankful that they were opening buildings right as I moved to Texas because this complex was definitely a huge contributing factor of me falling in love with Texas.

    We are retired empty nesters here for safety, smaller home, amenities and location. Working out all the kinks in our new apartment has been trying, at times, but were quickly attended to by office staff. Jose has been so helpful-Thank you! We love our little home place and are settling in. Hind site, we would probably go with an established property instead of new if had to do over.-D&V
