In my nearly a year of living at Belterra Springs, I have had an excellent experience - great condo unit, wonderful location, fantastic grounds/amenities and terrific office and maintenance staff.

I have been a resident at Belterra Springs for about 10 years. The office staff and maintenance crew are always ready to listen, they are caring and sensitive to issues or needs. I love the strong sense of community, the safe environment and enjoy all the amenities. This apartment community is welcoming and friendly..this is why I call it home.

I moved in back in April, and I could not be happier. Great price point, amenities, pool, gym, friendly neighbors, etc. Super close to movie theater and restaurants. Miles of walking/running trails nearby. The office staff and maintenance staff have all been fantastic with anything that’s come up, responds to emails promptly, and genuinely cares that their tenants are being taken care of.

Great place to live. My wife and I lived there for alittle over 3 years, and the front office staff was always nice and was willing to help with what ever questions you have. The maintenance staff was amazing and willing to fix the issue quickly. Could not ask for a better place to live.

I absolutely LOVE my apartment! It is one of the nicest places Ive ever lived, and I am really excited about all the development in Belterra Village nearby! (Cmon HEB!)The office staff has been nothing but totally professional, caring, and available for any of my questions &/or emails. I had an issue with my hot water, and they solved it immediately.Love this small, homey apartment complex!

I love living at Belterra Springs Apartments. One of my favorite amenities here is the valet trash pick up, sounds like a small thing, but I really like it. There is a dog park, covered parking, a garage if you want, and a very well kept clubhouse and movie theatre! The pool is always sparkling, always clean, and there are two huge grills if you want to bbq. I really like the fact the complex is small and there are bike and bike trails adjacent to the apartments. The ladies in the office are extremely helpful with any problem no matter how trivial it seems. The maintenance guys are friendly and attentive. They handle even the worst of problems with a smile! If you’re looking for a new home you should consider Belterra Springs, just west of weird at the gateway to the hill country.
