    My boyfriend and I have been moved in for a couple days and we absolutely adore our apartment! The office staff seems genuine and they are so professional and friendly. We loved our leasing agent Daisy, she is so sweet and patient when it comes to questions. They walk you through your apartment for the first time with the maintenance man, Kenneth, who is also very kind and personable. We even got to meet the pest control guy on Thursday and he’s friendly as well! The staff all around is super easy going and refreshing after our past complex. We love it here so far!!

    Belterra is an excellent community to live in. The property is well maintained. Ive lived here over 1 year, and its simply awesome. The entire staff are friendly and professional. Its in a great location not far from major shopping districts.

    Had a problem getting approved and Charlotte B helped me along the way. She helped me with a problem I was having while being very respectful and patient through out my process. I wish i can give her a hug, seriously! I Love the apartment im getting, great and affordable for my little family! Leasing office is very helpful too as well! Cant wait to move in!

    When I came to look at these apartments, they were extremely nice. I really like living here, the apartments are really nice inside. One of the bathrooms has a large walk in shower which all the other apartments I looked at only had bathtub showers. It’s really nice and I needed one to shower my elderly Mother. It’s really quiet here and I put in a work order for a couple of small things and maintenance showed up within 48 hours. I would HIGHLY recommend these apartments.

    My husband and I lived at this complex for 3.5 years. We had an amazing time at Belterra. The maintenance staff is AMAZING and same with the staff at the front office, they are incredibly supportive and helpful. It was a great place for our puppy to go on walks, the pool and hot tub were always nice. The gym had a lot of solid equipment. The location was perfect! Right next to the highway (you can get anywhere fast) and close to so many yummy restaurants. We loved our neighbors and the neighborhood activities that Belterra hosted. We had our first child while living there and the staff were so kind and celebratory of us! The actual apartment was beautiful and was just the right size for us. The garden tub (in all apartments) is amazing. Miss this place so much, it definitely felt like home.

    I havent lived in an apartment over thirty five years, needless to say it was like a new experience shopping around for one. I was looking at other places when I happened to remember Bellterra. I stopped in late in the evening and met with Courtney Johnson. From then on I was convinced that I had found my new home. Courtney was a consummate professional. She was friendly and helpful throughout the entire process and haI love my apartment s made it a wonderful experience. I love my apartment and all the amenities that Bellterra provides. Courtney makes it feel a like a family. Again I cannot say enough about Courtney, she was a big reason why I chose Bellterra.

    Ive lived in this community for almost 6 months and my stay has been very pleasant from day one. I moved here from MI and the leasing agents assisted me with the process from applying to submitting funds to calling to make sure I was settled in well. Anytime Ive had to reach out with a request or question, the responses were prompt. Oh and maintenance has been thee best responding with a sense of urgency! I just submitted a request at 10am and the maintenance tech was knocking on my door by 10:30am. Job completed! Overall the community is beautiful. Well kept and clean. Plenty of parking and the ladies in the office are always finding fun things for us to do such as scavenger hunts or simply just showing appreciation passing out hot chocolate on some of these cold Texas mornings. Im enjoying my stay :)

    Nice apartments. The front office girls are really sweet and the maintenance guys are always friendly and willing to help you, whether you need a jump start for your car or a simple air filter change. Easy place to live with access to a lot of shopping and eats close by.

    We recently made a big move from California to Texas and I was hesitant and worried of not finding an appropriate home that fit my family and I. However, Vikki and the office staff made this move go as smooth as possible. This apartment complex offers a family friendly atmosphere, pet friendly, and safe and quiet gated community. Which is everything we were looking for! Thank you Vikki for making our move stress free! In addition, the maintenance team will do same day service requests. Overall the staff is very friendly, communicative and professional. I am very pleased and definitely recommend.

    These apartments are supreme! I have lived here for a full year and have received great service from the staff and faculty. They keep the amenities clean, the grass cut, and the gardening done. The staff is really polite and will help with almost anything you may need in a quick, efficient manner. Maintenance is also great. If I put in a request on Monday, the latest it would be fixed is Tuesday or maybe even the same day! I could rave on and on but I wont haha.

    Absolutely LOVE this Apartment!! This was one of the firsts apartments that my wife and I wanted to move in awhile back! Glad we did! They have been nothing less than hospitable, polite, generous, and cooperative! Greatly appreciate their consistent customer service and their consistent follow up! Hope many families that are looking for a peaceful environment where they can raise their children, or just enjoy the convenience and accessibility of the stores, etc that are in the area, would come and live here! You wont ever be disappointed!

    I absolutely love this apartment complex! The girls in the office are friendly and very welcoming. Lindsey, Tiffany, Amber and BeBe are awesome! The majority of the time there’s always someone to answer your call, if not, they are quick to return your call. The maintenance guys are super quick to respond to any issues you may have. They are beautiful and kept up. The pool area is gorgeous and great during the summer. Nice basketball court and work out center. It’s awesome to be able to stop in for a cup of cappuccino when you’d like. I’ve lived here for a year. I love it here and don’t plan to leave any time soon. I would definitely recommend Belterra if you’re looking for an all around A+ apartment home!

    Have lived here for a bit over a year. Never had any huge issues. The maintenance responds to request fairly quickly. I can hardly ever hear my neighbors. Its located in a great spot I can do all of my shopping within a 10 mile radius. The people who work in the office are always nice and welcoming.

    I have been here almost a year and have had nothing but Great experience with the front office and maintenance. When I call for maintenance or submit a request, maintenance is at my apt immediately to fix the issue. When I call the office and need assistance with policy information on anything they have the answer and are willing to help. When I first moved in, I had multiple issues with my bank card declining my monthly rent. Shawnee was so helpful and did not charge me fees or considered late due to she saw The money was in the bank. I would highly recommend Belterra Apartments in Ft. Worth.

    UPDATE: Move out process was a breeze! I got all the paperwork I needed to process my off boarding process with them while having to move 10 hours away. I highly recommend this place as I am very picky when it comes to living conditions and it being short term (6 months).To start off, I found these apartments online while transitioning for my move. I was fortunate to view the apartment before signing. Before that, I read a lot of bad reviews and about break in and was a bit concern. On my tour, I asked about it and the property staff was very up front about it - which I appreciate! My move in process went great. I had drove over 16 hours to get here and they had what I needed to move in set up. They even have a welcome gift waiting for you in your apartment!During my time here, maintenance has been very quick on fixing things - usually a day or two, depending on if its weekday or weekend. I did have an incident where my dryer knob broke and I had wet clothes, the front office allowed me to finish up with one of the staging apartments since it happened on a Saturday and wasnt consider a maintenance emergency. Overall, my stay here has been great. I lived near the basketball court/pool so the only minor issue is when its 9 at night and people are still playing basketball while Im trying to sleep. Other than that, the apartments are nice. Having valet trash helps out a lot. Plenty of parking spaces for you and guest. The area is a nice place to walk as well - close to food places in walking distance (at least to me)!I am moving out this week due to change of employment and will update to close out this review once that is done!

    This property as a whole is extremely beautiful with upgraded appliances and spacious bedrooms. The neighborhood is extremely quiet and peaceful. Management is great! Maintenance always responds promptly. Any time you walk into the front office youll see nothing but friendly faces. Look no further, make belterra your next home! You won’t regret it!

    Victoria is the absolute BEST Living Consultant, Experience Maker. She has made me feel right at home at Belterra. Vikki continuously goes over and above any job description, making me feel welcome, comfortable, and at home. She has responded very quickly to any issues Ive encountered. I couldnt be happier with my apartment, knowing that any problems will be immediately addressed and resolved. The staff here are the best I have ever encountered. I want them to know how much I appreciate them, and everything they do, providing superior five star service!

    Sad to say I have to leave Belterra moving on to my next chapter. Our 3 bedroom apartment is very spacious. Management has been helpful and understanding through the many years me and my family have lived here. The team is always friendly to talk to and we will miss them very much.     I absolutely love love this place. This is the first time in 10 years that I have had to live on my own and at Belterra I would not have it any other way!! The maintenance staff is great! When I first moved in, I had no hot water, they came out 3 times to figure out that there was a seal or something broken. They know that I have a pup and they know that Ms. Vicki needs to go with them so they can work. (Low key, ms. vicki loves her some wishbone) she will take him on short walks for me when I’m going to be late, then sends me updates on their adventures! The dog park is great! The balconies are great!

    I have officially made my first month at Belterra and I couldnt be more happy with my move! This is only my second apartment and my first experience was definitely not the best. Immediately after moving into Belterra I felt safer, more welcomed and at peace in my own home finally! I am looking forward to my time here!! I also want to thank Vicki for being such a friendly staff member and for making this process so smoothly for me and continuing to ensure I am happy with my new move!

    I have lived here over the course of 5 years in various different buildings and I cannot say enough great things about the staff in the office! They have always been the most helpful and so amazing when issues do arise! Maintenance is always very quick and goes above and beyond to help when needed!

    I loved living. Sadly I had to move out due to a job transfer. If I still lived in Fort Worth I would most definitely still be living here. The apartments were spacious. The kitchens are huge, way bigger than normal apartment kitchens. The pool area was great and never overly crowded. Most of all, the staff is absolutely the best I have encountered. Lindsey in the Front Office is awesome. I am going to miss living there.

    Its a pleasant place and usually pretty quiet, cept for upstairs nieghbor heavy footed, but we are still working on that. The grounds are kept clean and have an above average maint staff on hand, theyre quick with repairs if any are needed and are helpful too if you should need a hand doing something. The office ladies work hard to accomadate and are always cheerful, they work hard to keep us all aware if something needs attention or we need to try and avoid. [sticky gate etc.etc] Good customer service overall and nowadays thats getting pretty hard to find anywhere. The swimming pool and gym are kept clean and running ready to use.

    I have lived here for almost 4 months now and ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT. The management team really cares about each and every single issue you bring to them--no matter the size. Cameras by the Mailbox were a great idea for added security; I also feel comfortable enough to send packages directly to my apartment door.The area is great! Anything and everything is right around the corner with easy access to Hwy 820 and 35 for those Dallas and Downtown Ft. Worth commutes.After reading previous reviews I feel that Belterra just needed a smart, credible, and caring staff---the nailed it with this round of current management for sure!

    Ive lived here for over a year, and I have nothing but great things to say about this place. The office team is delightful. They make leaving very difficult because I doubt Ill find another group that will ask, how can I make your day better and mean it. Victoria, my sweet angel, THANK YOU SO MUCH for always going the extra mile to help me. I dont know what my birdies and I would do without you. Youre a complete LEGEND to my family and me! And I genuinely appreciate everything you do for me. Amber, your patience with me hasnt gone unnoticed. Shauny, I always happen to ask you the oddest questions, but you always somehow manage to make me feel sane with your professionalism. The maintenance team always has a prompt response. Belterra has a Resort-style pool and gym area (yes, the photos are real) that I wish I used more often.I move a lot for work, and I have to say this has been one of the best living experiences Ive ever had. You wont be disappointed moving here. This place comes with a great team that will have your back every step of the way.

    We have been with Belterra now for 7 months, and we have been beyond pleased! The location is great. The complex is located right off the highway, which makes going to and from extremely convenient. There’s also many restaurants, shops, and dining options nearby. The apartment themselves are well maintained and nice! The neighborhood is safe and great for families as well! There’s a basketball court on-site and a soccer field nearby. Between the complex and the staff, it’s been great and we’d recommend Belterra to anyone looking for their next home.

    My husband has been living here for the past 7 months while working away from home. There have been NO issues with the staff, maintenance, trash, grounds, neighbors etc. Everyone is helpful and friendly, always willing to assist. When there was an issue with an alliance, we submitted a maintenance ticket and within the hour it was addressed and fixed. We have nothing negative to report. In fact, the 9 month lease is coming close to the and we have elected to move our family here from Florida and sign on for another 12 month lease! The grounds are beautifully kept and the community is always well informed of things going on both within and outside the community. When looking for a place to call home, we searched and searched! Belterra and its team are by far, the best choice.

    So far the best apartment complex Ive lived! Not only are the apartments really nice but the staff is very friendly here and made my move in very comfortable. The amenities such as the pool, gym, and basketball court are kept clean and I highly recommend taking a look at this complex if moving to a new apartment.

    Let me just say that I am beyond happy that I chose Belterra Apartments as my home 4 months ago. After meeting Caroline, she made the decision to sign a lease & move-in an easy one. The leasing staff, maintenance team, and management are also superb. A small issue I had, they took care of immediately, and even brought me flowers after having surgery last week. Thank you so much for being above average!

    Been living here a short time but its been great so far! The staff is very welcoming and helpful from the day we stepped in its been the best. The community is clean and quiet.     **UPDATE 1/4/2022**I have a house and I still think of this place sometimes.**UPDATE 11/18/2020**I honestly miss this place so freakin bad... I had no idea how good I had it while I was there. I have since moved to another apartment complex and it is absolute garbage compared to Belterra. If I could go back in time I would definitely renew with Belterra.An amazing experience.This complex has had a total overhaul since the wave of bad reviews were posted. Maintenance crew is simply amazing and actually care about the issue at hand, management cares about you and your issues, there are minimal problems about the property itself, and the upkeep is amazing.You will build relationships here with people and staff. I go to Amber in the front office specifically because of the rapport we have, and I also know a couple of people who frequent the dog park.Ive lived here for the tail-end of 6 months and the only problem ive experienced is a noisy neighbor which for the most part is out of Belterras control... its a great community filled with great people and im happy to live here.Also, to the people complaining about certain fees such-as an Administration fee: thats the standard when it comes to any leasing or renting business; its part of it. Its your responsibility to ask questions and review bills and important documents, not theirs.

    These apartments are the best deal in town. Not only are they affordable, but they are very nice. I keep seeing negative post about the maintenance, but every time weve had a problem, theyve fixed it the next day at the latest. The people in the front office are extremely nice and are willing to help you when needed. Only issues Ive ever had is that the ceilings/walls seem to be very thin. I live on the first floor and I can hear every step on the floor above me.

    During the ice storm disaster our apartment flooded and we needed to move fast. I was 9 weeks pregnant and couldn’t move anything so the management and community reacted so fast to help us move into another unit on site. I will never forget what they did for us. I am so pleased and proud to be living here at belterra. Thank you to all the residents who came out and helped us.

    The apartment complex as well as the office facility were in pristine condition and the festive theme was a nice touch! Ms.Tyrell collins was very polite, professional, & overall helpful when I came in requesting a tour! Give her a raise!     Miss living here. If I lived in forth Worth this is the place I’d be. I lived here for two years when I worked nearby. Never had a single issue with anything the office staff couldn’t handle. The pool was the best apartment pool I have yet to come across. Loved the way this place was set up too.

    Belterra is a pretty good place, great service, Megan Villarreal has helped me quite a few times and she was very sweet and patient with me as well as the other employees. Over all great place to live
