I just left your office and I have to say Esther was so very nice. Very helpful. I didnt lease per the cost. It was above my budget. The office smelt really good, the pool was nice and clean. The rents were just about my budget.Thank you Esther very much

The fact that these ladies went above and beyond for me is an understatement. They completely made this process as smooth as I’ve ever encountered. Not only did I get my keys but they provided dinner for my family and I I can’t complain at all Because it was totally unexpected I thank them for everything because again they did not have to go above and beyond this property is definitely one to rent from!

Belmont place is the best apartment I’ve ever lived at by far. The property manager was super helpful and informative. When we had a minor issue with my apartment they sent maintenance and took care of it the same day I request assistance. This property really cares for their residents and I highly recommend living here!

Im not going to lie it started out rocky at this place. I really had my doubts about moving here. They have been under a couple of management but I think they have found the right ones. I want to thank Victor the maintenance guy who comes when I need him. Also Isabella the manager and Diane who have the tenant best interest. Keep up the good work and continue to do little outreaches for families and friends

This is a very nice secure apartment complex!!! Maintenance is very prompt to all my issues and needs,they keep the grounds clean. Theres no loud residents, my vehicle is safe I have secured parking the NEW management team is very respectful to my personal information and there open on weekends.

The new administration is very attentive. They are willing to work with the current residents to fix what the old owners never cared to even take a look at. They have given me a great price for the rent. Very nice people. Looking forward to another year of renting here.

I am a new resident at Belmont place apartments, I am very satisfied with them . Mary has been very helpful & patient with me when it comes to filling out forms online. I have seen Mary interact with other residents & she goes out of her way to help them, always with a smile on her face .This is my first time living in an apartment after 23 years, I know I made the right choice moving here .

The new management that took over in May, 2019 has done a great job being responsive to maintenance requests. They have done a lot of improvements to the property, and hold lots of community parties and resident appreciation events. It is a much improved place to live under the new management.

Ive been living at belmont place apartments for 7 years,and the experience has been a wonderful one. The apartments are nice and very close to everything such as schools, grocery stores,gas station,fast foods etc...the staff are very attentive to your needs in regards to whatever work order you put in for your apartment,an get the job done in a timely manner. I love living here and thats why I just renewed for another year!!!

The customer service is the best. This place is honestly the best place I have lived at when you need maintenance done they are sure to be there the next day and get the work done. They have security that is nice and helps out if you need anything. He’s a great guy. Management is GREAT!!!

Belmonte Place Apartments is a great place to live and raise a family. The office staff is very helpful with what I needed, and the maintenance staff does the work orders fast. The property is well kept and clean. If you are looking for a nice and quite place to live, you should stop by and visit the office.

In the short time of being here I appreciate the rapid maintenance A/C service request. Awesome job ! Worked very hard to complete the task after it was becoming unbearable due to the longevity of the job. The electricianMr. Juvante worked his butt off until the end. Hours of Labour ...Thank you! Belmont Place is a wonderful community in the heart of the metroplex with the metroplex at heart. Unlike most communities nowadays it has very large spacious units, fireplaces, stainless steel appliances & even private ceded yards/patios. It’s a true gem!

Nice place, very good treatment from the property manager, the apartment that they showed me was very comfortable, I decided to give my ratings 5 stars and I spent time looking for an apartment in other places nearby and they treated me very differently going through Belmont place apartment, I really liked the treatment from the office 100 / Friendly so Im planning to lease an apartment with them for one year, I recommend them, thank you
