    The staff at the front office are very nice and very helpful when it comes to assisting you with the applications process. The manager was also very helpful and was bilingual which made the process that much great. if you are looking for an apartment complex in Round Rock, i recommend the Belmont Place Apartments.     As a locator I work with many properties . I like the fact that Jennifer is hands on she is involved with the leasing as well as doing her own management duties, she takes great pride in her community and it shows. I like the fact that she listens to people’s circumstances and is there to help, along with Elvis they make a great team.

    Living here for more than a year. Second lease and I’m enjoying this place, peaceful, clean and when you have a request, everything is addressed on time. I have referred over 6 friends, and we have the exact same feeling. We feel welcome and like we belong, all the neighbors and the maintenance and the office team are very nice and friendly.     Just like any place it has its positives and negatives. They were great when we moved in, Yazmin and Jen worked in the office at the time. They really helped with our needs, as we explained our situation. Yazmin isn’t no longer here, but Elvis is great to talk to as well. The apartments are a little older, but have their individual perks as I lived in two of them. Maintenance is awesome with addressing issues in a timely manner. The employees really work hard to upkeep the apartments. So far I think I only have really had one complaint about them. Other than that it has been an overall good experience.

    I really like the community now, I have been here for 2 years and wasn’t sure about renewing until the new manger came into the picture. Belmont looks better than ever. I’m glad to be here, I like my apartment and my neighbors.Best place to live.

    I want to the employees here for making it happen for me and my son. The move in was quick and stress free. I want to especially thank Elvis and Jenyfer in the office for the huge amount of understanding my situation and the concern they showed to getting me into a lease.     When I tell you that the Belmont Place is like a breeze, take my word for it. I came from apartment Hell prior to moving here. I got the best sleep ever once we moved in. The staff is awesome and Jen and Jasmine in the office always greets you with a smile and addresses all of your concerns. Apartments prices have gone up everywhere in the city and thats our new reality. But you dont mind paying extra where you have a peace of mind and a quiet, serene, clean environment. Beautiful complex with lots of shade and walking paths. They are always doing something to engage the community here at Belmont from free food & drinks, to pool parties. If you want to get the best bang for you bucks and great apartment living…. Belmont is the place to live.

    I would like to thank Jennifer and Elvis for taking care of me and my family they have been a huge help with assisting me getting comfortable here at the complex and if we ever need maintenance the team is always on call through out the week and respond with a timely manner .     Great location!! Settled on a residential street with many Trees and brick giving a Cozy feeling. Quiet,Safe and friendly residents. Im fond of the Coffee Station and Always greeted by Jennifer and Jasmine. I enjoy when they host ! The maintenance man moonlights as a grill master. Relaxing paths to walk our Dogs and benchs to Sit. We relocated from another state and was are Happy Here. Its been a Few years now. and created Ourselves a little nest As we affectionately call our Apt.

    The maintenance guy Manuel is great he fixes things in a timely manner, he is also very respectful while in your home. At first I didn’t care for the office staff because the communication was very bad, however they are getting better with their communication. The communication does make life a little easier for everyone.

    I like the park like setting many beautiful trees. Friendly complex and Jennifer and jasmine in the office are always Professional and address issues quick. Once a month they host an event for the residents, VERY Pet friendly , High vaulted ceilings on second floors, beautiful views and location is amazing.

    I have lived here since May 2021 and ever since Jennifer and the new management and maintenance team have come along started this year, it has improved a lot. A lot cleaner and the pools too.     Everyone should rent at Belmont Apartments through Jillian! Not only is this a nice apartment but, I have never rented though a better company through Jillian. She is very knowledgeable in leasing the apartments and handles it with the most reliable and nicest way. She is one of the nicest people Ive met. Which is also very helpful when having to work with an apartment and its rules and regulations. As far as the parking spaces, when we first rented here the apartments had no rule with the parking situation. It was being taken advantage of and people were parking here whether they lived here or not. Then they implemented the rule of if you didnt have a sticker you would be towed and that is a great expense. Getting a sticker was a very easy thing to do and there really should not be any reason to have any problems.We were notified multiple times before the towing even began. We got one immediately and even my children who have visited either park on the side of the road or get a temporary sticker. Should be no reason to get towed if you followed the rules they placed, and if it happens I know that Jillian would handle it with the utmost professionalism! Thanks for reading this and believe me this is the place to be!! Ive enjoyed it very much!!

    The Belmont place apartments may not be perfect but they have definitely improved! I have lived here a year and just signed for another. Dont get me wrong the place isnt the prettiest but you have to remember how old these buildings are and how long they have been running with multiple occupants moving in and out through the years, I think this place a good place for the price I pay, they have also have started to try to become more connected with the people in the complex by holding open events for family and friends to gather around and have a little fun not too far from home. And as far as pricing yes their rent did go up but so did everyone elses in the RoundRock/Austin area so please keep that in mind. They are doing the best with what they have and honestly once you get to know a few people you really start to feel like part of the community.

    After 8 or 10 months of horrible management we finally got someone who knows how to deal with the facility. It is completely refreshing to have Jillian back and working for us. Thank you for putting her back here. It is unfortunate that the residents have had such poor support from management for this long.. However we are excited to have progression here. In the past two weeks since Jillian has taken over we can see actual change happening. There is much to be done to establish and fully support this small community. However we are finally moving in the right direction. Jillian is amazing!!!!!!☺☺

    Been a resident here for the last two years. It has a very convenient location to anything you could possibly need. There are a few flaws with these apartments, walls and ceilings are paper thin. I wish the leasing office staff was more accessible, and thorough with answering the phones and following up. The new manager Jillian is a rock star so Im I expect it to get better.

    These apartments have been so nice to live at for the past couple of years. I’m honelty sad that I have to move out. The staff is so friendly and welcoming and the management is quick to fix issues around the apartments. The staff always has events going on for the residents too. The environment is so peaceful and there are rarely any complaints. I truly had a really good experience living here as a first time renter and would recommend it to others.

Covid has been rough on so many and having management back me up during an extremely rough patch during illness with Covid was a blessing. Im thankful for the compassion that was shown.     Re newed my lease and now I pay $1,500 a month. My rent went up $200. Why do I need to go on food stamps because of greedy corporate company? Now I have to move because Im not going to be robbed anymore. Thanks Belmont for making a low income family have to move to very dangerous area so that we can keep a roof over our heads.
