This was my first apartment and the process to getting it was amazing and so easy. Then young lady I was working with Flow she was amazing and she helped me and walked me through everything.She was very patient and helpful. WHEN YOU GO IN OFFICE ASK FOR FLOW ! 10/10 I DO RECOMMEND!

Future resident here…The property was amazing, so clean! Property management was super nice, but I absolutely LOVED my tour with Flow! Flow was patient with my millions of questions, very informative, and hilarious! I was able to visualize myself at home in the model, but the tour with Flow was the deciding factor!! Can’t wait!

My experience with Flow in the front office has been nothing but pleasurable. She’s attentive, understanding, consistent and very proactive. When something needs to be addressed, she assist without hesitation. I couldn’t ask for a better office manager.

Awesome staff! They were all super nice and helpful. The complex itself is clean and kept up as far as lawn and flowerbeds. Also quick to help/respond if needed. Cute apartments with no complaints

As a new resident at Bellwether Ridge, I am pleased to say that this was a great decision! My family desired a property that would feel like home while awaiting our home to be built. The staff provides nothing but professionalism and excellent customer service. The process for approval is structured which can be greatly to become a tenant and was given outstanding customer service! I take pride in my place of residence and am accustomed to living in a spacious, safe, desirable environment. The appliances are modern and stylish. My AC unit is not noisy as other reviews have mentioned. This has actually been a great experience thus far and my family and I look forward to a continued great experience! I too read reviews to help in my decisions about businesses, but would strongly recommend anyone to visit this property and make their own assessment. A special thanks to the Administrative staff for providing quality customer service on a continual basis!

Bellwether Ridge is a welcome addition to Desoto. Prior to moving in the staff was very helpful in answering all my questions and concerns. The manager would call me weekly with updates during the construction. Now that Ive moved in I absolutely love my apartment and the office staff has been professional, courteous and personable. Everyone that I have encountered has been eager to please and accommodating.In regards to the previous review, property is quickly transforming into a ghetto style of living...I dont even know that that means. I will say as someone who actually lives at BellWether Ridge it has been a pleasurable experience and I look forward to coming home everyday.

I came in to just simply tour the community and was at awe with ALL THAT THEY had to offer. The comments above seem to be from someone who was just sick I assume because my experience was beautiful. They definitely dress to impress and everyone seem to love the community while touring. There was a group of us and we all hit everything off great. The clientele is total different with the Property not accepting section 8 which is a plus in my eye. No “ghetto loud anything ” I am encouraged to lease after just touring and not really looking to move until the end of the year. Bellwether Ridge you have my vote 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻

I have lived here now going on 3 months. Office mamagement is friendly and very helpful. Best Ive encountered in a while. Apartment feels like home. Price accommodates what Bellwether has to offer. I would definitely recommend this apartment to someone. I love living here!

As a new resident at Bellwether Ridge, I am pleased to say that this was a great decision! Most definitely happy with the decision to move here! I’ve been here since October and the staff has been nothing short of professional. Very quiet complex and friendly neighbors.
