I have been living here for past 10 years and have the best experience. Ideal location and best community for family. Building is older but the apartments have been maintained very well.The staff is very responsive and always ready to assist with any concerns. I been a resident here for the past 2 years and I just decided to transfer to a bigger unit. The community is great,location is good, quiet community. Lety has been nothing but great to us her costumer service is exceptional she likes to take care of her residents I seen her working after hours trying to assist on emergencies great manager. Hoping to stay here for a long period of time.

This older apartment complex is well maintained by maintenance staff and always looks clean and neat. The area is well landscaped and the two pools are a nice relief from the summer heat. The gym room could use some repaired and updated equipment. The buildings and apartments show some signs of their age but are clean and comfortable. The leasing staff have been responsive to any questions or repair needs that I have. The neighbors in my building are friendly and watch out for one another. There is a contracted towing company that frequently trolls the area and removes any vehicles that are not registered with the tow company and apartment complex.

We recently moved to Bellevue and we love it so much! Leticia and Tracy helped my son and I find the perfect place. The apartment that we got was completely renovated and is beautiful and so cozy! We love the neighborhood and everything about it so far! I have already recommended it to several people!

Fantastic experience! I have been living here since 2022, and the apartment is perfect,and the location is ideal. Although it is an older building, its very well - maintain. The staff is responsive and always ready to assist with any concerns. I have had a great experience with the manager, Lety Munoz; she consistently gives her 100% effort to ensure resident are happy. As of my experience with this apartment, highly recommend this place!

I’ve been living in Bellevue since early 2020. The property is calm and clean and neighbours are good and friendly. The work orders are completed on time.Overall the property is a good place to live with family. The management is very supportive especially Lety Munoz and Tracey who ensures that the issues related to apartment are addressed to my satisfaction .I would highly recommend this place.

I have resided here for 10 years. There have been many undesirable issues over the years. Many involving the plumbing. Many water shut offs. The pools have been poorly maintained and were closed several times each summer. Another issue was with slow or ineffective maintenance repairs. I have seen about 7-8 managers over the years and nothing improved other than landscaping. In the last year a new manager (Michele) and her staff have greatly improved the overall living conditions. at Bellevue. Living here for so long I have contact with many residents and their overall approval has markedly increased since Michele has become the manager. She takes an active interest in resident satisfaction and concerns. She is the best manager weve had in the 10 years Ive lived here. I will renew my lease.

I’ve lived here for the last six months. The office staff is very friendly and always helpful. The manager that works here is the best I’ve seen yet, not only is she very friendly, but she listens, always remembers my name when I come in, she runs a tight ship and follows up. Great location, great residents as everyone is neighborly, garages and carports are awesome to have here in case of hail storms, grounds are always clean and kept up with, apartments are really nice, the pools are new and always kept clean even in the winter months, they allow pets and there is a huge dog park right behind us right next to a “Wet and Wild” style water park that’s connected to a really long hiking trail. This place is perfect. Besides all of that, their rates are very competitive compared to all the competitors in the area. I am so glad my family and I chose Bellevue at Spring Creek! I’ll be here a long time.

We moved in mid-February and love it. its very homey with good sized bedrooms and tons of storage. Its very quiet and well maintained. Our leasing agent was fantastic! The office staff are wonderful and any maintenance request is handled promptly. We felt a good energy when we first looked at them and we were impressed.

I have lived here for about a year and a half and I love my apartment. I just read some of the other residents post and I guess its all about perspective. I think Debbie is a great manager. Yes the water has been shut off often, and the pool closed but all for improvements to be made to our complex. She has redone the foundation, paint, which is much prettier, parking lots and roofs. All the pool furniture is new and so are the grills. Maintenance is quick and have always satisfied any request. I have only had to deal with Debbie once when I locked myself out of my apartment and surprisingly she was still working at 8:30pm like she is most evenings and let me into my place and did not charge me. She also seems to really care about the residents, they always have some kind of dinner or event for the residents to attend and have fun and get fed.

I am a current resident at Bellevue. First I have loved living here. Lety in the leasing office has been amazing. She has been very kind and patient. I can tell she really cares about the residents and the property. She has made a huge difference in my stay here compared to other apartments I’ve stayed in. It’s very important that the leasing agents handle there jobs well and she has been great. I’m really going to miss Bellevue once I move. If I didn’t need a 3 bedroom I would stay longer.

I just resigned my lease to start a 3rd year. i do not understand the issues that have been listed on reviews as hot water is always taken care of at in a timely manner at my apartment. i just downgraded to a smaller unit and love it! it seems lots bigger because of the layout. love that the trails are right around the corner as well as the Jack Carter pool. staff has always been good to us. i enjoy living here! no issues with maintenance as they have always taken care of any issues in a timely manner.

This is excellent place to live and I was very lucky that I got one of the best located Apartment. The staff is excellent and listen to residents needs. Michelle is very helpful and a wonderful person. New management took good initiatives to bring more improvements for the residents. I would recommend everyone that if you are fortunate enough to get the apartment here then go for it without any doubt.

Leticia Munoz , our office manger is awesome, she is very helpful in all matters she will try her BEST to go beyond the call of duty. I have been here on this property for many years now and anytime I needed assistance in RENT issues with neighbors or anything for that matter she has Always made an effort to retify the situation. She will go to her manager in regards to rent hikes, transfers from one unit to another if you are not satisfied.I have literally stayed here due to Letys dedication to the residents as well as the property. I Thank the Corporation for keeping Leticia here as manger @ Believe, and let me not forget how well she has trained Tracy her assistant to follow in her foot steps.SincerelyMs. T.J.

Been here going on 6 years now. staff is always accommodating and accessible willing to help whenever they can. repair request are handled fairly quickly. property is well kept and clean. rent prices are very reasonable considering the location and size of my unit. plan on being here atleast another 3 years until my kid is out of school.

From the time I called to inquire about open apartments till then day I moved on, they both have been amazing. Without them I would be still trying to figure things out. My apartment didnt need any repairs when I moved in. It was very surprising cause you always have something that is not working. I dont know if they read their reviews, but I would like to say thank you from The Herrons.

Went into the leasing office to look for 2bed 2 bath apartment since a friend gave me a referral. The office staff was very nice and the complex looks well taken care of. Lety was helping me look for available units and unfortunately there was not one that would accommodate me and my family but their customer service was great and i hope something will become available soon.

THIS IS HOME!!! Earlier this year I had to leave Bellevue at Spring Creek after residing for 4 years to take care of a family member, but make no mistake as soon as I was able to return I went right back to them and with Open Arms!! The staff is excellent and actually listen to residents needs. We are one big family and if you want a slice of tranquility you will find it at Bellevue at Spring Creek!

I love this place great area and big apartments.To be honest is sad to see people posting bad raviews when Lety at the office is been handeling the office by her self for the past year, she has done a great job.Yes we do have broken pippes sometimes but ofcorse we cant go against nature and they do get repair within the same day I apreciate the ladys at the office for everything they do to make us feel home.
