Moved in Oct 2024. Great staff! Complex is clean and quiet - no signs of creepy crawlers. Ive witnessed 1 or 2 cars that drive a bit too fast through the parking area but nothing crazy. I would definitely recommend moving in.

I was a former tenant at this apartment when it was Dakota at Bingle, and unfortunately during the acquisition process when it became Belle Spring Branch, it had poor management and immediately began to decline. I stressed my frustrations with ex leadership and two months before my lease ended, I decided to part ways.As I was getting ready to leave, maybe one month before leaving, a new leader joined this team (Patrick) and he ensured me things would change. He brought in his team of lieutenants (Katie, John, Gisele) and I seen IMMEDIATE improvements! They gave this facility a new makeover and instant facelift! I hate I moved now because this place not only feels new, but has restored that felling of HOME! I highly refer this facility as its centralized to Houston, and has a great tenant community as in the two years I stayed here we never had one incident, but most importantly, the people in the front care a about you and their committed to making you feel comfortable in your home! Thanks Belle Spring Branch for listening to our concerns and bringing Patrick and his team in to protect your investment! I highly refer this location for your affordable, luxury living!

I would first of all like to thank Patrick the community manager for taking his time helping me with the application process. The entire Belle Spring Branch staff were great Katy the leasing consultant greeted me with a smile as soon as I walked in the door, and Blake the Assistant he was friendly and positive and said he knew I was going to lease today. I would highly recommend leasing with Belle Spring Branch they are awesome

The new management team is great. When I first moved in, the management was terrible. I seriously thought about breaking my lease and moving, thats how bad they were. But things started to turn around quickly after I moved in when the Assistant Manager, Blake started. Blake is very professional and will absolutely follow up on any request/issue you have. Patrick is now there as the property manager as well and it is clear that he is extremely knowledgeable and knows how to manage a property. I feel so much better with Blake and Patrick now being the management team. They take all concerns seriously and follow up accordingly.

Hello my name is Mae Bias and I want to do a good recommendation it would Patrick did for me and my sister. He was so patient and he was good to us and he gave us a good deal on everything which I do love that and you should really give you a raise well it is love that he did for me and my sister because he did really really really good and he’s very professional and he also made me smile when I didn’t even feel like violin so that’s kind of hard but we did it so I love this guy and we we love this place too so give him give him up. He gets five stars so you need to give him more than five stars but what he done for us OK thank you so much.

My experience with Dakota at Bingle has all around been a 10/10 and I’m not exaggerating. It is a new property, with new construction and new homes are being built around the location. I love that elevator access to your floor is available, as well keyless entry to enter your unit. I just moved into my unit, but from the time I came into the leasing office to inquire about the property to eventually signing my lease I felt so welcomed and the process was smooth I’ve had no issues. Thank you to my leasing agent Erika Garcia, she is literally the sweetest!! She answered all of my questions and concerns, and continuously followed up with me through the application process. I had been searching and touring properties for the last couple of months but none of those properties were as attentive to me, a prospective client, the way Erika was with me when I came in. I appreciate that a lot, and in addition to that all the staff have been friendly anytime I come in the office or called to finalize paperwork etc. They even had a welcome home gift waiting for me on my move in date. With that being said their customer service is amazing, and even being a new tenant I don’t expect everything to be perfect I just appreciate that they made it their job to help me secure a new home.

Maritza and Lori were very helpful and made the application process easy. The apartments are spacious, no carpet, and well designed. Since I work from home, the built in desk will be used. I highly recommend this complex.I have been at this complex for 4 months now and Im still very happy. Since this building is new construction, its expected to have maintenance issues. My issues have been minor but promptly addressed and resolved. I had and problem with my pay because of an issue with Kronos system and the office worked with me. My neighbors are polite and friendly and I feel safe walking my dog early in the morning or late at night. Great place to live.

We sold our home in January and decided to try the apartment life. Our first choice turned out to not be so good. I saw the Dakota being built back in the summer and just knew this would be our new home. Maritza and Lori were awesome as well as Daisy and Marcy. Things got pretty bad at the old place and we were able to move up our move in date by almost 2 weeks. I must say I have never had apartment management staff so accommodating and great to work with. We LOVE our new apartment, and so excited that we are the first ones in this unit.UPDATE: 9 months later. We still love our apartment, especially the kitchen and whenever I have had to contact maintenance, they have been very quick to respond, as well as working with the office staff. Also, not sure why people can not figure out the parking - it has been explained a gazillion times in writing...might be inconvenient for some; but, all one has to do is follow the rules in place.Now, as someone else mentioned, it would be nice if some residents took pride in where they live. As mentioned by someone else, trash in the garage, around & in the elevators...there are porters to pick up trash & mop the floors - but how about you pick up your own trash and if you spill your drink in the elevator, I myself would go clean it up.Carpet is buckling in the hallways, which management is well aware of; and, as always in this day & age, waiting for contractors to come fix. I guess when someone trips and falls and hurts themselves, management might get this issue resolved.Some parents do not realize how very noisy the hallways are when their kids run and scream down the halls. I did call and spoke with Mercy who is always so helpful; and, it appears that the running and screaming has subsided to some degree.I realize that having been a homeowner for 20+ years, it is hard to get used to living in an apartment...but that is on me and am trying to learn to adjust my patience.

Have been living here for about a year and a half and have had a decent experience overall. Towards the end of last year Belle Spring (formerly Dakota at Bingle) went through a management change. The transition could have been smoother, but Erica, a team member of the leasing office, has been amazing and extremely helpful in making this experience smoother. She’s a great asset to the team and truly cares to check in with residents on all matters!

I have been a resident here going on three years, and the new management and front office staff are amazing. I am also the courtesy officer here and rarely receive calls in regards to noise complaints or suspicious people. Not only do I believe this apartments complex is one of the safest places to live the maintenance and office staff members are extremely nice. The gym is specious and has all the workout equipment I need. I would definitely recommend Belle Spring Branch to family members and friends!

I want to start by saying this is my 3rd property that is a new build where I am the first tenant in the unit and one thing I’ve learned is that when a place is new there are always going to be things that get tweaked as the office finds things that need fixing in the building and improvements as time goes on. Cindy Gaytán was the agent who helped me w my lease and was incredibly helpful and responsive when I had a question or an issue. I read a lot of reviews about the parking situation and towing issues which I think are only conflict w those that can’t abide by the rules that are in place. The office was upfront about strict towing if you’re in a reserved spot, frequent rounds by the towing company to remove unauthorized vehicles and those signs are posted everywhere. Not only have I never had an issue w towing, I literally always find parking in the garage. It can get a little tricky when it’s late in the evening or at night but 99% of the time I’ve been able to get a good spot. Also read reviews about the office not answering your calls even though I’ve yet to encounter that problem but like you can literally just go in there if it’s a really serious problem. 🤨 There are multiple elevators to access your unit from and I haven’t had an occasion where they were out of service yet. Management is quick to address issues like pet waste or trash pickup. There was a period where packages were just being left out of the lockers which wasn’t managements fault it was Amazon drivers who weren’t delivering them to the locker but I guess I have neighbors w integrity bc my packages were there even when left on the floor. And it hasn’t been happening lately. Anyway I would recommend it if anyone is looking for a smaller community and doesn’t frequently have visitors since you can only have one car registered as a visitor at a time. There’s also a live in HCO sheriff who’s always around and definitely adds to the security measure. I haven’t seen any suspicious activity but I’m also really vigilant and don’t try to find trouble you know? Our pool and gym are also really nice, always clean and maintained.

I’ve been apartment hunting for the past two months, and when I laid my eyes on these apartments I fell in love. The apartments are beautiful, and the ladies in the office were amazing! I was automatically greeted and helped out by Mercy and Erika with filling out an application, they answered all my questions and I even spoke to the awesome assistant manger Whitney. Overall my experience with Dakota at Bingle was TERRIFIC!! The staff is great, the apartments are amazing. 10/10 would recommend!!

I absolutely love this place! Worked with Mercy and Erica. I absolutely love them. Both had so much patience with me, and I am forever grateful for them.Moved in about a week ago and had 2 issues that was literally fixed the next day! Everyone is friendly and so willing to help! I love it here!Also they welcomed me to Texas with a bottle of wine and a wine glass waiting on my counter top. Who can top that? You’ll love it here!

It’s a hidden gem in Houston! Great location, 10-15 mins from memorial city, Galleria, Heights, etc. I was sold on the gym and my son loves the pool. The staff is great and quick to respond…s/o Claudia, Lily, Linda, and Jay for the fun themed parties. Definitely recommend this place to anyone… with family or single it’s a great place to live!

I’ve been living here for the past 3 months and overall it’s been going pretty well! The leasing office staff seems friendly, haven’t had any major issues. Only complaints I have is the low efforts when it comes to pest control (though pest hasn’t been a persistent issue anyway, which is why it’s not a HUGE problem), and also some changes that were made to the system with the public workspace downstairs (needing to turn in your ID and staff unlocking the space for you instead of just walking in and working). These complaints are minor, compared what other residents at some other apt. complexes have to deal with. Again, this is just how it’s been so far and I’ve only been here for 3 months. Overall solid 4 stars!

I recently applied for a 3 bedroom at Dakota at Bingle and I just wanted to say thank you so much to Lya for all of her help in assisting me with the process! I didn’t end up moving after all but she was so professional and patient with me while I was being indecisive lol. She even stayed late after closing just to allow my kids and I to view the unit (which we loved!), but the distance was the only deciding factor for me. I will definitely be recommending this property to friends and family! Make sure y’all ask for Lya!!

I am a tenant here and really since I came to live in this place my life feels calm, I have comfort and the treatment is excellent, the facilities are nice and the gym is complete, the people at the reception are super friendly they make you feel at home I even dare to say that they care about you, always attentive and polite, its nice to come home and feel confident that everything is fine, in my particular experience I am too happy to live here 10 out of 10.

Even Mrs. Lili stayed after work hours to give me the keys to the apartment and guide me since due to my work I couldnt arrive earlier ✔️ 💯

I lived in Dakota at Bingle for 1 year and I think it is a good community to live in. As everywhere, there are points that could be improved, such as the smell of Marijuana in the hallways or the alarms activated for a long time, but these issues are somewhat out of the hands of the leasing office. Of the leasing office team, the one I understood best was Erika, always very attentive and resolved my concerns as quickly as possible. I moved because I had to go to another city for work, otherwise I would continue renting there.

In general, I was delighted with all the staff, Dakota, administration, maintenance, etc. The apartments are very cozy and large. If we ever had a problem, it was fixed immediately. .
