Bella Vita is the best apartment complex I have lived in, in 10 years.They are absolutely amazing and they are friendly, very well understating and the community is very well kept and well managed. Maintenance repairs are swift and community responses timely.I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet and peaceful living.If you are looking to party or smoke and drink and Blare your music, do not move here.They will not tolerate it and you will weeded out very quickly.

I am truly enjoying my time here at Bella Vita. The neighbors are quiet and nice and the management Team has been amazing from the start with helping me move in and feel at home in my new place. I would highly recommend this apartment complex for anyone looking for a quiet and wonderful place to live.

I Absolutely Love the Community, they are very welcoming and very kind. The staff here is beyond amazing and are doing their best to make sure everyone is taken care of. This is the most peaceful place I have ever lived. I recommend this community to anyone looking for a nice place to reside and call home!

Nice cozy complex....seems more like a small community than an apartment complex. The maintenance man is personable and helpful. Office staff honestly need more stability, seems like a new person every month, but does not alter the amenities and coziness of the apartments

Management was kind, upfront about the process of moving in and out and the property is maintained well we have had no issues with the unit as long as we’ve been here

Everyone is really nice. From the staff to the residents. I will hate to leave but I am buying a home so I will be leaving soon. It is a bit pricey here, but no more than other places with this quality of helpful and friendly people. The only observation I really noticed is they advertise a senior community. But not so much!! Babies, teenagers, definitely not seniors. But overall, I would not discount them, they are all super nice little people. So with that said, I would highly recommend this place as a good base to call home. Kendall the manager and Chris the maintenance man are always willing to help the residents. Thank you for making my stay very nice. As a widow it is a very safe and quiet place even with all the little dogsK Schultz

This is a retirement community. I was there visiting family that just moved there. The apartment was spacious and had nice amenities. The first floor apartments have a one car garage.

Community area is small and they have opened up to younger people so it is no longer a Senior Living Apartment Complex.

The property is very nice, I like the place. And Nataly is an excellent person, she helped me a lot in the process. In how he helped me with everything I am grateful for his help. My apartment is very nice.
