Ive lived a lot places and this one has the best managers Ive ever known. Genuine, kind, caring people who work hard to make sure the needs of their tenants are met. Couldnt ask for better management anywhere. Thank you ladies for all you do. You are highly appreciated. As a AA woman I can honestly say they make me feel most welcomed here.

Love this apartment community. My children and I have lived here for almost 10 years and to be honest it hasn’t always been pleasant. I’ve seen office and maintenance staff come and go and thank goodness for that because we now have the sweetest and most hard working team.I’ve had many issues with my apartment throughout the years that were never tended to/repaired even after submitting multiple requests. Now if something needs to be repaired, it’s tended to quickly and efficiently. She expressed how sorry she was that my requests were completely ignored and made sure that I knew things around here were going to change for the best!! All the repairs in my apartment were completely fixed within a week. You can tell the staff genuinely cares about their tenants. I don’t think I could deal with another uneducated, careless and disrespectful manager.The corporate office knew what they were doing when they hired her!!! Excellent move!!!

I love this community, I have lived here for 8 months and I have had no problems. From the moment I entered the front office Whitney and Serenity were both sweethearts and very welcoming and still to this day. My children and I have gone swimming several occasions. The only time I have seen the pool closed is during cleaning maintenance after tenants caused several disasters, and it was back open within a week or two. Maintenance has always responded to my requests or let me know that they received the request and will get to it as soon as possible. The community is ALWAYS clean and landscaping is very well kept. Id reccomend this apartment community to anyone!

I have been living here now for 5 years. I couldnt ask for a better place to live. It has a nice & pleasant environment to live in. The management is very personable and very pleasant to work with and will try to help you in any situation that you may have. The maintenance men are very thorough about the task at hand and are very nice and curtious. I enjoy having a pool and hot tub to use at anytime. They also have a nice playground for kids and they provide computer room which is nice to be able to use and they also have an exercise room which is a plus for those of you who like to stay in shape. I would definitely recommend Bella Vista Apartments to anyone to live in. The prices to rent the apartments are very reasonable. Overall I would say these are the best apartments that I have lived in.Words cant describe how wonderful Whitney the manager is. Shes very positive and very caring and sensitive to all of her tenants.Than you

Great complex. Staff goes above and beyond to maintain a great facility and truly makes it feel like home. Weve never had an issue that wasnt addressed promptly no matter how minor. I would highly recommend Bella Vista. Great location and great environment.
