I have been here since April 2022 and have overall liked my experience living here all except with not being able to do laundry on the weekends and issues with the AC system not properly flowing in my boys room. Initially the prior management that was here when i first moved in didn’t throughly investigate and went another year with the same problems. Since the new Manager (Lamari) came on bored and I mentioned it (She made it a priority to get the matter looked at ) not just with words but through action! Two different AC companies have come out to see what the issue is and the prior management never did that!!! On top of that (Lamari) is caring & concerned about the tenants here! I can go to her and talk to her of my concerns or just stop by to say hi and she is always welcoming. This past Monday when I talked to her I was having problems with my FOB to access the laundry Matt, she came right away to help and called for the maintenance man to come assist since it was the (System & not the FOB) she also informed me (We now have access to the laundry Matt on the weekends & it blew my mind) I haven’t been able to wash clothes on the weekend since I first moved in! I said this all to say that I’m so glad that Lamari is in charge and since she and new staff have been here I’ve felt more like home/family. The Apartment are beautiful & spacious and maintenance is always great and comes nearly the same day. It’s quiet here, we have a big beautiful park for the kids here and we are close to many shops & downtown! We now have a resource director and I’m in the process of getting free tutoring services for my boys and additional parental resources as far as parenting.

Management at Bella Vista these last several months has been so sweet, understanding, cooperative, and flexible in dealing with our crazy schedules and needs. Theyve gone out of their way to make Bella Vista feel like home.

My experience leaving at Bella Vista apt, it is Great place to live because the new staff are very helpful, kind and good management people. When I need help they are all helpful all the time.

It’s ok been here for awhile love the upgrade on the apartment it’s quite and peaceful nice neighborhood and neighbors I’ll give it a thumbs up

When I first moved in 3 years ago I had rated this place at 2☆ but with the New staff it has Immensely improved. I enjoyed this community, Down to earth neighbors and kind staff.
