    I am grateful that they got a awesome new manager named Chad, after a having issues with the apartments , this man got everything straightened out and fixed our problem, he is one of the most friendly and knowledgeable apartment managers I’ve have seen in a while , Way to go Bella Oaks!     Chad and Michelle are a great professional management team. Plus, the maintenance staff works profusely with Chad and Michelle in delivering excellent customer service and helping out the residents with their Apartments.Thank you for all you do!

    I have lived here two years now and I absolutely love it!!!! Maintenance issues are few and when there are some they are taken care of quickly. Tanya and her crew are awesome!!! Looking for a new place to live then come on home to Bella Oaks!!!!

    I can not emphasize enough on how much Jose has helped me. I appreciate hard work and recognize it immediately, because I work hard as well. He is exceptional with customer service and multi tasking. He works extremely hard after hours and I know this because that is the only time I am able to call. If it was not for Jose, I never would have rented my duplex.

    These people have been nothing but helpful. They have been honest and upfront with us. Helped with paperwork step by step and even stayed past 5:30 to help us. I dont see where some of these one star reviews are coming from.

    Bella oaks is a nice, quiet, friendly environment. Ive lived here over 2 years and cant think of anything to complain about. Great place to live!!

    The property manager gave us a tour of a two and three-bedroom and they were super nice superclean very spacious and the property manager was very nice
