    Just moved out after living here for two years.Cons: If youre not a fan of noise, I wouldnt recommend living around the pool. People stayed well past pool hours, which made it hard to enjoy my nights and get good sleep. Pool closes at 10 and hours/rules arent strictly enforced ever. There have been times where people stay as long as 1am-2am. Hit or miss with dog feces. Sometimes its a mess, other times you hardly notice it. One aggressive German Sheppard. Cars that do donuts late at night behind the warehouses. Big complex, may not be a con to others if youre wanting a big community.Pros: Management and maintenance were quick to respond to any issues, questions, etc. High ceilings on the top floor. Built in desk to work from home. Big tub. Big balcony space. Quick and easy access to 121. Never had a problem with packages being lost. Decent sized closet. Walkable complex, which made it enjoyable to walk my dog. They did change the dog areas from grass to turf. Lots of friendly dogs. Food trucks on occasion by the leasing office.All in all, it wasnt a bad stay. Great management. Okay environment.

    Ive recently moved out in Dec 2024. Me and my children lived at Bella Madera since June 2022. With my children getting older we were needing more space. This is the only reason we left Bella Madera. Our experience living there was nothing but great! Its located in a great area, its safe, and the complex is always upkept and maintained. The amenities were always kept nice making the pool and gym always great for use. All office management are friendly and always professional. I didnt have too many needed maintenance issues resolved, however the couple times that I did the maintenance team was quick, efficient, and professional. Both move-in and move-out process was a breeze. Overall, living at Bella Madera was a great experience and we are very appreciative and thankful to the management/maintenance/grounds team for making our time there a great place to call home. Personal thank you to Daymond and Janet! Thank you for everything!

    I’ve had an outstanding experience with this property management team! They are professional, responsive, and truly care about their tenants. Every concern I’ve had was addressed promptly and with great attention to detail. The property is always well-maintained, and any issues are resolved quickly and efficiently. They make the entire process, from lease signing to maintenance requests, incredibly easy and stress-free. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and customer-focused property management company!Shout out to Janet she’s been great, made my moving process a breeze, she’s very friendly and she’s on it.

    I moved in at the beginning of May 2024. Beautifully maintained property and area. Excellent resort style pool and nice work out facility. Staff is professional and attentive. Maintenance is very responsive (I had to call on a Saturday evening for a toilet emergency and they were here within 30 minutes). Overall the community is quiet. I have great neighbors. Easy access to 121 and entertainment. I love living here! Thank you Bella Madera!!!

    My husband and I decided to apply to these apartments mainly because it’s a bit closer to our jobs AND because of all the positive reviews on google! Last time I applied to live in an apartment it was still where you would go in and provide all docs to the leasing agent and they would do everything for you ! The online application process seemed straightforward but being ME , I messed it up! I contacted Bella Madera and spoke to Janett which was AMAZING, patient and understanding! She held my hand and reassured me I was doing it right OR would let me know if I messed something up! FINALLY I was approved and have never been more excited to join a community! I’ve driven by the apartments when we were apartment hunting and the property itself is beautiful & quiet !

    Ive had great experiences at multiple sites throughout the years, but never as great as Bella Madera. Monika is the most helpful person I have ever dealt with at any apartment community.     I just moved out after almost 5 years and I very much enjoyed my time here. I was concerned after reading some older reviews about being charged unfair amounts during the move out process. However, they were more than fair and the one small charge I received was reasonable and deserved. The community is quiet and they have events they put for the tenants which is a nice touch. The amenities are fantastic and clean. I never had any major maintenance issues but anytime there was a problem the maintenance crews were shockingly quick to resolve them. Lastly, the office led by Daymond Johnson were great and always very quick to send anything I requested and resolve any issues with statements. Highly recommend this facility and would certainly be open to returning.

    From start to finish living here has been an amazing experience. My husband and I moved here from Austin and Janett and her team did an amazing job to accommodate us when we couldnt tour in person. Very quiet neighborhood and very walkable on the concrete trails outside of the property. The only downside was living right off 121. The only reason we moved was because we wanted to be closer to more shops and to work. Thank you Janett, Daymond, and the whole Bella Madera team!!

    Lived here for almost 3 years and have very little complaints! Nice, quiet and family oriented. I was surprised how peaceful it is here. It’s been a great place go call home. 5 stars from me. Pool is amazing, people are great, staff is friendly, and Walmart is a 6 minute drive. Food trucks are a great factor that comes every few weeks lately. Gym is also nice and updated now with a tanning bed. I do wish they had more carports as I have been on a waiting list for my whole time here, but have never had to deal with hail here which was my worry. My rent only slightly went up after my first term ended which I was happy about and it’s priced competitively.

    Enjoyed our stay here for almost 2 years before moving states. Maintenance is at your door within a day of your request. Maintenance is very friendly-never felt uncomfortable with them in our apt. Loved the pool. The apt complex as a whole was very well maintained and cleaned. Pet waste is sometimes an issue (but where is it not) but always cleaned up by maintenance. Office staff was also friendly and always helpful.SAFETY: I had one indecent where I needed to call the police for a drunk and disorderly person. The on site security was there before the police. The apt cant control crime but I definitely felt safe.My only complaint- The amount of cameras in the gym is a little unsettling. I understand one on each side but there are around 8 in just the gym. Some people might feel safer but personally not a fan.All in all highly recommended loved it!.

    I have lived at Bella Madera for 3 months, so far it has been great. The property grounds are well maintained, the pool is always open. The leasing office people are friendly and can actually work with you if there is a problem (I had an issue renewing my lease online, and they were able to work with their IT team to fix it).

    Of all the apartments Ive lived in this is by far the nicest. The location is great. Despite being near a lot of things its tucked away behind warehouses and a nature preserve making it feel more quiet and removed. While you can hear the highway outside you cant inside. The road behind it is closed making an excellent spot for dog walking. When I moved in there were several things that werent quite touched up or working, but they responded to work orders quickly and got everything in order. The unit itself is nice with a good floor plan. Bedroom is a smidge small but this trade off makes the regularly used areas much bigger for the size. The amenities are new with the remodeled club house and easy to access. Parking is good and Im never fighting for a spot nor parking across the entire complex. My biggest complaints are small things like say the sidewalks not all connecting smoothly. The type of thing youll find most places. Office staff has also been excellent and host regular events too. Barring sudden major changes in price or management Ill stay here until I get a house.

    Just renewed my lease for another 15 months. I’ve been nothing but satisfied so far with my living conditions here at Bella Madera. The location is perfect, I don’t have any issues with neighbors being on the second floor. Everyone is courteous and the property stays in great condition. Service requests and pest control are dealt with immediately. The leasing staff are all absolutely wonderful to work with as well.Please enjoy this picture of an adorable squirrel that was just chilling on my way in from work (:

    We love Bella Madera. Weve been here since 2017 and just renewed our lease thru December of 2024.The location is very good, close to shopping and other amenities. Any requests or issues have always been handled quickly and professionally. The office staff (Janett, Daymond, and Verinda) have been great to work with and very responsive. Weve met several of our neighbors and everyone has been very friendly.

    I lived at Bella Madera for 5 years, between two different apartments in building 20. I loved my stay there and only moved to be closer to work. I haven’t lived there since 2021, a package accidentally got delivered to the old apartment, and Daymond has been super helpful in retrieving it and even remembered what building I lived in! Awesome customer service, highly recommend this community.

    I just moved in and Im so pleased with my new apartment! My apartment was ready as promised and it is spotless! Carolina was my contact in the leasing office and she was spectacular! She answered every question that I had and returned my emails and calls promptly. She is super sweet and knows her job and this community very well. The complex is super-clean and people are very nice. Im so happy to call Bella Madera home!

    I enjoyed my time at Bella Madera. My apartment was very nice and I loved the pool. Any complaints I had were dealt with and corrected by the office staff and my maintenance issues fixed quickly.     My family loves living here. we’re new to Texas only been here a year. This was our first place, and I must say Monika’s staff are all very friendly and attentive to their residents. For me that was a plus coming from a different state. Comfortability is important to me. All of my neighbors are very friendly and respectful. The community feels like home away from home. Not to mention the amenities that’s available are all here in one place. The location is everything. Bella will give you a suburban feel due to location. Yet convenient to everywhere you would want and need to go. Thank you staff for all that you do, and continue the good work.

    I loved living here. This was my first apartment and I had such a good experience. The apartments are reasonably priced and have such a cute and boutique style layout! Daymond and hiss staff were always super friendly to me and helpful. Maintenance was super responsive and I always felt safe as a single woman. Would definitely recommend!

    I have lived at Bella Madera for over 4 years and just renewed again for 15 months. It has been the best place that I have ever lived at and the office and maintenance staff are incredible. Whenever I have put in a work order it has always been done that day. I put in a work order last week at 1:00pm and when I came home later that day Tomas from maintenance had already completed it.I have not met the new manager yet but Trey and Damond in the office are wonderful. They always have been attentive to my needs and are so pleasant when I come into the office. I don’t have plans of ever moving from here anytime soon.

    Im so glad I moved here when moving to the DFW area last year. I lived here for a little over a year during the height of the pandemic. They were the most reasonably priced apartments in the area for sure. I rented a 3rd floor apartment and a garage both were great. The staff is very friendly and responsive especially Daymond. They keep the property clean even going as far as power washing the breezeways and buildings regularly. When residents leave furniture and trash they come by and break everything down so the dumpster areas are clean. My neighbors were mainly very friendly and quiet. The amenities were great as well. I moved because we needed a larger space, but I was so grateful for the way they handled the move out process with the same care and respect as my move in process. I have to say I was blown away by what you get for your money here. I definitely recommend to anyone looking to move to the area.

    I lived at Bella Madera for a year (just moved out last month) and not once did I ever have any issues. Management is sweet, caring and quick to answer any questions or concerns you may have. Even through Covid they were efficient. Get your stickers/park/enter your guests license plates properly and you wont ever have a problems with towing. I was a first time renter and got approved if that helps anybody. Theres a tanning salon however the gym could use some upgrading. Maintenance handles any problems and in a timely manner. You wont regret moving in!

    Been living here almost 2 years now and I love this place. Heather and Damon both did a great job of communicating with me in a great timely manner providing me with all the information I needed before I moved in. The apartment is very clean, organized, very well maintained and the neighbors here are very quiet. Restaurants and stores like Walmart and Golden Corral are not too far from here either. Monika gave me a warm welcome which was also very much appreciated. The entire staff, apartment, and just the overall atmosphere around here is great. I love it. Cant ask for anything else better than this.

    Moving from another state, I was a little nervous about my son relocating. Bella Madera was our last apartment of the day and I must say it was worth the wait. When we pulled onto the property my son said, mom, this is the one. Upon entering the office, I must say this property felt the most welcoming. We were greeted with nothing but smiles and professionalism. The entire staff was right down to earth. The property is beautiful and is in a great location. My son especially likes that there is a lake nearby, which he visits often. We did encounter a minor seatback upon move-in, but Monika quickly resolved the problem, without hesitation. I must say, the experience has been great!!! You guys have been wonderful, thus far. Keep up the good work. I definitely recommend this property.

    I have lived here since August 2014 and it has been a nice experience so far. I live in a large one-bedroom and it has everything I need....a large bathroom, a HUGE walk-in closet in the bedroom which is almost like another room (and I had a lot of stuff at my last place...nowhere to put anything...it all fits here!). The biggest deal for me is the kitchen. I love to cook, and no other apartment had so much storage and good work flow as the kitchen in the large one-bedroom at Bella Madera. I love the separate island that has its own cabinet space and drawers. It has a very open feel, compared to the restrictive feeling of the galley kitchens of other apartments.My patio is also bigger than other places I saw, and I will spend Saturday mornings on my porch with a cup of coffee and my tablet. It can comfortably seat four people for entertaining.The office staff are sweet and fun people, and there are always little community events they organize. I like the decor of the office and the ability to grab coffee and a cookie or donut on my way out from paying the rent. The workout room, mail room, and business office are also right off the main office. You can access these rooms via codes when the apartment office isnt open.The pool is resort style and I love the landscaping. It reminds me of being on a tropical vacation.My neighbors are great people and are never disruptive or disrespectful. They all introduce themselves when you first move in and let you know to come see them if you need anything. Very sweet people!Dog parks around the property with pet waste stations, and the property backs up to a wooded area next to the lake.Only possible cons are that there is construction going on behind the back buildings because the apartments next door are adding on (not Bellas fault), you can hear the neighbors above you, and you may not get a garage that is near your apartment. I see an occasional bug now and then, but Ive lived in a house. For a building that backs up to a wooded property, I see no more bugs in my apartment than I did when I lived in a city house.Overall, Bella Madera has been a great place for me to live for all of the reasons I mentioned. I am enjoying being here. :)

    From the moment i walked through the doors, all three leasing agents were engaged and helpful. Their sense of professionalism was something that most Leasing Offices could truly learn from. I met with the property manager, Monika and let me tell you about that experience. She was the most kind and understanding person i have encountered at any property. She took the time to listen to my concerns and directly address them while going above and beyond her call to mitigate my situation. I am grateful for my experience at Bella Madera and would quite highly recommend anyone come take a look! The grounds are so well kept, it is walking distance from the lake AND the marina bar off the lake. There is so much to do in this area and it is centrally located to just about anything you could possibly need; hospitals, food, entertainment, shopping. GREAT property with a great value to beat.

    My wife and I lived at this complex for 3 years. We truly enjoyed living at this complex and made a lot of life long friends while living there. We will always remember this place as while we lived there; we got married down the road and started our family there. The management was always on top of stuff and was always willing to help. We lived in a building that we never had to worry about parking and was relatively quiet. We were thankful to always have kind neighbors as well. We would recommend this place to anyone!

    I recently moved in to this complex.My leasing agent Janett was great- very professional but more importantly very personable. From day one she made me feel welcome. My apartment is beautiful!! I love the layout especially the large kitchen with beautiful high ceilings and a large kitchen island. Janett exceeded my expectations of what I imagined my home would look like. Im so happy to be a part of Bella Madera community!

    A really great place to live. Beautiful apartment and clean. Never had any trouble. Maintenance comes and resolves issues very quickly. Friendly neighbors and area. I loved going on runs and walks and seeing so many people doing the same. One thing I will miss is the pool. It was fun to bring friends and family over. The staff was also very friendly and helped resolve any issues we had and the process was smooth and easy. My only regret is that I could not stay longer but needed bigger space and wanted to be closer to work. Checking out was also a painless process and was able to have my deposit refunded. Overall highly recommend this place!

    Highly Recommend!! Let me first applaud the management team and the new property manager for their extremely hard work. I recently moved to Dallas and finding adequate housing was definitely a task; a task that this team handled diligently. They were consistent with timely meetings/phone calls prior to my move in date. Amid of moving in, I experienced allergic symptoms in regards to pet hair from previous tenants. The management team instantly became engaged with the problem and elaborated possible solutions. The property manager went out of her way to hike 3 flights of stairs , in heels, to see the problem for herself. Within that same week she provided an option for me to have my carpet completely changed out. I agreed and now I am an extremely satisfied tenant. Thanks a lot, definitely recommend for one of many reasons!!!!!

    Impressed so far. Its been 48 hours since our move-in and all is well so far. My wife and I are satisfied with the overall aesthetics and high ceilings. The living room, dining room, and kitchen are not separated by walls making our home feel very open and spacious for 815 sqft. We had several apartment specifications that were promised to us before move-in, to which they followed through with on everything! This complex has two dog parks, one of which we already utilized. If you have a dog, this is a deal breaker as its the closest thing to a backyard for an apartment. Our Dane loves it!Weve mostly been working with Janet and the manager Monika and communication is great so far. Its not a challenge to reach someone by phone, saving you a trip to the office. E-mail correspondence has also been excellent!

    I lived here from June 2020 - June 2021. I loved living here and always safe all the time. Daymond was ALWAYS super responsive and attentive when I sent emails. I moved because I needed to be closer to family.I took away one star because while living there, I had a leaking roof and a huge water stain in my apartment ceiling for majority of my lease (I lived on the 3rd floor). I would blame that on the apartment management company for causing a such a delay in it being fixed (contracting roofing companies) and not anyone at the office or the maintenance staff, they were always great.

    We searched for several months for something perfect for ourselves and our furbabies - Bella Madera was it! We have lived here about 6 weeks and still feel like were on vacation, with the resort pool and palm trees. The office staff is always friendly and anxious to help you, as well as maintenance. They make us and our doggies feel at home - our babies are even welcome in the office. There are plenty of nice places to walk, and you can even grill on your patio - which you cant at most places. Overall, we are very happy.

    Friendly outgoing staff have taken care all my needs and requests since I moved in over 2 years ago. Trey, Daymond, Heather and the rest of the office staff always make my sons and I feel at home. From renting updated movies for FREE to getting a complementary Starbucks coffee or hot chocolate and even using the bikes to cruse around, its always nice to go to the office. The maintenance crew led by Rob is always on top of any requests, which have been very few and far between. Whenever there is an issue it gets resolved and you can tell the whole team here really does care. We love the pools and working out in the gym! They even have a tanning bed, if youre into that. Having Pier 121 Marina on Lake Lewisville so close is a real treat. We enjoy swimming in the lake, fishing, eating at Fair Winds or just hangout around the water and the boats. One of the largest nature preserves backs up to the property by East Hill Park Rd. Its a great place to see native plants and wildlife! We see a wide range of diverse species of birds, insects and even turkeys! One of the only Drive-In Theaters is across 121 from here, which is always a great experience. I have felt right at home here since day one and I hope you will too.

    I loved living here. The only reason I moved out was because I needed to be closer to work. If I didn’t need to move closer to work I definitely would have renewed my lease. Everybody in the front office is great, they’re very responsive and maintenance was quick!

    I just moved my daughter into these apartments and couldnt have felt more welcome. Daymond was very helpful, friendly and knew what he was doing. The office doors are locked because of Covid but thats for everyones safety and I dont fault them for that. They also returned all of my numerous calls and questions that I had. Pest control frequently, grounds are clean and well maintained, easy to pay rent and request any maintenance orders and there are a few police officers living in the community which makes me feel safe about my daughter living there.

    Daymond, Janett, and the rest of the Bella Madera staff are amazing. Going through a financial hardship Daymond went above and beyond for me so that I could stay in my lease agreement. He was tremendously patient, communicates effectively, and handled all of my concerns professionally. The Bella Madera Complex is a great place to live. Janett and the other ladies in the office are always polite when they see me and also helps with any question that I may have. Thank you for everything thus far!

    This review is long overdue! I lived here from February 2021-July 2021. From day one, Janett was super helpful and always so so nice, even when I wasn’t!In July, I removed myself from the lease as a victim of domestic violence. When I went to the office, Janett & Daymond said that they required a police report - this isn’t required to get out of the lease under the property code, but it is a common misunderstanding at apartment complexes. When I told them what’s actually required, they looked it up themselves and accepted my notice from the shelter, and made sure to help me escape safely. :)I miss living here SO much. These apartments are beautiful, and the staff is even better. Also - before I left, I put letters on the doors to find witnesses for my case against my ex with Lewisville PD… I didn’t expect anyone to reach out, but several did. Everyone was so kind when I was at my lowest and I am so thankful for the Bella Madera community!Oh and - they have a tanning bed!Thank you guys for everything!

    Moved out of this place recently. The apartments are nice for the price (even though rent keeps going up everywhere). The management changed while I was there, and Id say it was for the better. Garages are huge which is a big plus. The area is quiet and has easy access to the tollways, if thats your thing. Lots of places to eat and its fairly close to the shops of legacy. Random, but the cabinets are really nice. Maintenance is responsive.Negatives include somewhat thin walls (usually not an issue), and no microwaves in base units. I found the gym a little lacking, but it got the job done.

    I have to be honest my second year had a very noisy and rough start 😔 but, thanks to Mrs. Monika at the leasing office I just renewed my lease with Bella Madera! She did such a great job solving my problems! I have seen a huge improvement in the complex since Mrs. Monika has become manager. She really genuinely does her best to help and make it a great living environmen. The grounds are kept clean regularly, its peaceful for the most part, and management👉🏾 (Mrs. Monika)is great! I also enjoy the free fitness classes, Zumba, bike rentals, and the other events that the office puts on to show appreciation to the renters. Its worth taking a tour.-Xan Freeman

The office staff is extremely friendly, attentive, and makes me feel like family, and I have at some point or another talked to everyone that works in the office and everyone is friendly, effective, and fun that I have shared a laugh with. Since Ive been here they added free weights to the gym which makes it a full functioning gym now (weight machines, free weights, cardio machines, yoga mats available, stability balls, and more), with free classes available at the gym too. The pool is fantastic, I always feel like Im on vacation.Landscaping is kept clean. Great place for dogs with lots of grass, many dog waste stations around the complex, and a dog park. Very relaxing, safe, and quiet environment, I never hear my neighbors. I also never heard the construction at the neighboring apartment complex during the past year and my apt building is right next to them! I think that shows just how well built these apartments are. Anyways, they have basically finished construction next door, though that doesnt matter to me, but just an fyi.The maintenance crew has come out to fix my apartment issue either within the same day or next day of submittal. Once, they didnt come out and I let the office staff know they never came to fix my apt. issue and they seemed surprised and had maintenance come within the day to fix my issue. They also have a laundry facility on site if you dont want to buy or have a washer/dryer- which was perfect for me having just moved to Dallas. The apartments do come with washer/dryer hookups. I also liked how during Christmas they set up Christmas decorations outside (fyi none of the neighboring complexes did). Great apartments, convenient stores nearby (Walmart, Target, Krogers...etc) and movie theater..Lake... Im very happy to have renewed my lease at basically the same price and with $100 off the first months rent too. Amazing place, great people, great amenities, friendly environment, highly recommend.

    I absolutely LOVE this place! Im in one of what they call their most popular floor plans and I think it is just great! Im close to the pool, close enough to the office and near the front of the complex. The people in the office are super nice. They showed me on a map available spaces and I got to pick the location of the apartment unit I wanted. The neighbors are nice - a mix of singles and married couples with a child. Hanging out at the pool is awesome! Its like living in a resort.

    Here I am again!After my wonderful experience joing Bella Madera (thanks to Janet), my journey came to end sooner than planned. Due to some unforseen life challenges, I had to cut my lease early.(Nobody should ever be upset regarding an early termination fee; Every single business does it and you literally sign a contract on day 1.)So of course I had my early termination fee, which was stressful but manageable. The things is that i was treated like a million bucks. I was referred to a Texas rent help program for assistance in my financial struggle (specifically by Janet.)I was able to transition out of my lease with Bella Madera quickly and smoothly with almost no bumps in the road.I want to say a personal thank you to Damon, Monique and Janet. (I really hope Im spelling those names right!)Thank you so much for creating a safe space for me to live and supporting me every step of the way from beginning to end. I feel special, important and lucky to have worked with you guys. 💓

    So excited to be living here! I just moved here to raise my four month old baby girl and also have a place for my dog to run around. We have only been here two days and our dog is ten times happier than prior at a place with no dog park. They made sure everything was perfect in our apartment for move in and I mean everything! Such a refreshing start for my husband and I.

    We just toured this community & had a GREAT experience. Nikki was our leasing agent & she was so fun, genuine and engaged in what our needs were. The property was so nice, beautiful pools & dog parks for our little dog. We leased right away! Based on our experience today, I highly recommend checking it out!

    Only apartments we have resigned a lease for! The insides sre beautiful and spacious and the office is always extremely helpful! I love the amenities and its in a great area! Super quiet but during the summer the office throws lots of fun events for the residents. The pffice manager will walk the property herself picking up any stray trash, or cigarette butts to make sure the property stays looking nice. You cant say that about a lot of places not to mention this propert is $400 less than ANY property in The Colony and has all the same things to offer!

    I just moved in from New York. I just want to say Bella Madera is a great complex to live in. Beautiful affordable apartments where you can live comfortably with a nice view of palm trees and a huge pool. They also have other amenities such as a fitness gym and a tanning booth. Great staff and friendly atmosphere. I highly recommend it. I love it here ! 🙌🏻

    So far it’s a fun place to live I love the palm trees and the view I have from my unit! Work orders are completed super fast unlike other apartments and the staff is super friendly and eager to answer and help you with whatever you need! They host various events here and there and parking is always relatively easy to find without having to walk to far. I would give living here a try it truly gives you a great sense of community without the annoying emails and rude stay it is a breath of fresh air!

    I have been here for 2 years. Our lease was about to expired but we decided to stay since we had Makita (Assistant Manager) helping us alot on doing a transfer to a first floor! i love her shes sweet, nice and very helpful on anything. Amenities are clean and the property it self its very nice and quite. Staff is super friendly and respectful. It feels like a family!

    I live at Bella Madera and I have no complaints!!! I have lived in the larger one bedroom and transferred to a 2 bedroom. The community has alot to offer and all the residents and office staff give off a family feeling and make you feel like your part of a big family. Best place I have ever lived at.....

    I toured these apartments today after viewing them online and I was completely satisfied. Janett and Monika were extremely polite and professional. However, my application was denied not because of my rental history or income, but due to my credit score. It was disappointing because I have a great rental history, a great career. However, due to recent hospitalizations and medical bills, some credit card payments failed through the cracks. Anyway, I will definitely recommend them to anyone but check your actual score before applying. If not you will be out $150 and nothing to show for it outside of a denial email.

She is attentive, validating, showed me every possible option without making me feel uncomfortable about my budget, and connects with her clients on a personal level!
