Just would like to say WOW!!! This place truly believe in customer first, my experience as a new tenant has been amazing. And they have a staff member name Bee. that will make you feel like you are the only customer she has. I can say she really makes you feel at home when you first walk in.

This community, and it is a community, is amazing! I have a beautiful view overlooking the massive pool (which they have done a ton of work to enhance the poolside areas). Surrounding the building is the beautiful Adriatica Village which makes you feel like you have been dropped into a European village right down to the rock streets. The staff is courteous and helpful and the residents are super friendly! There are weekly happy hours and free donuts. My one bedroom apt is HUGE and beautiful. I park in the parking garage (free unless you want a reserved spot) and typically have no problem getting a decent spot. I love the door side trash pickup and maintenance is quick! I LOVE living here!! I just hope the rent at renewal doesnt go up past what I will pay. It’s exciting to know this will be home for another year!

Our apartment complex is awesome! Its feels like you r in Europe. Very walkable community. The front office and maintenance group are friendly, trustworthy and on a first name basis. Any maintenance issues are handled quickly and efficiently. Front office is always willing to to help with any questions or concerns.

I have a friend that lives near Bell Tower Flats. Whenever I would go visit her I would pass by. The outside is beautiful. I was sure it was out of our price range. A quick Google search let me know I was wrong. We made an appointment and met to meet with Diane, who was so helpful and informative. I don’t know about you, but I’ve visited many apartment buildings that have beautiful grounds and lobbies but the apartments are blah. Bell Tower Flats is not in that category. We are ready to move forward with the application! Thank you for all of your help, Diane!

This Community is absolutely amazing. The surrounding neighborhood is also gorgeous and everything you need is right st your finger tips so to speak. I originally stopped by and looked at their Senior Community but then I was introduced to Ms. Diane Rafear (who was absolutely Amazing, Professional, Kind and Genuine) who with hesitation showed me some units here at Bell Tower Flats. The whole staff (Ms. Tracy and Ms. Dee) is pleasant to work with and genuinely kind.I feel so at peace and finally feel like I can call my place home. The residents are also kind and several assisted me with my move in. I would definitely rate this community a 10 out of 10. If quite, well kept and the hallways smell amazing.I only have one problem here and that is because its so huge I keep getting lost in the hallways. I think its a good thing though because it allows me to get my steps in for the day.

I’ve lived at Bell Tower Flats for several years and if you are seeking a beautiful quiet place to live, this is it. Adriatica is one of the safest places to live in McKinney. The views and trails are beautiful. The maintenance here is stellar!! Which is hard to find in apartments these days. They address any issue rapidly! The apartments have stainless steel appliances, beautiful blinds, crown molding, top notch beauty. The staff works hard to maintain the aesthetic that reflects our surroundings. Mostly quiet neighbors since we do expect that after 10pm. Which is so important to me! Issues are resolved professionally, Parking garage for bad weather, convenient elevator and so much more. This is probably one of the best apartments you will find in the DFW area. Highly recommend!

I have been living here for four years now and to say that I love it is an understatement. I enjoy my amenities and my neighbors are nice,kind and respectful. The ladies in the office, Bee, Diane, and Tracey are always nice and helpful. I actually just signed my renewal and I dont plan on leaving any time soon. I recommend this property for anyone thats looking. It gives me great joy to be here especially with the team they have now.

I found this place on what seemed like an impossible task to find an apartment in DFW that was exactly what I was looking for. I read numerous reviews, went and toured the complex, and immediately knew this was the place I wanted to move to. I had the pleasure of working with Diane and she made the process extremely painless and easy. I could have not have had a better experience anywhere else. I move in on March 6th and could not be more excited to call this place home.

I love living here at Bell Tower Flats. Ive been here of 12/1/2015. I love to see the difference of the companies. The team that we have now are the best team that weve had since Ive moves here. Tracey is always available when you need her. Diane is so fashionable and nice. Bee is the sweetest and is always available and comes to help with my Portal and renewals when I need her. Eugenio and Amaury does a great hob with maintenance. I even met the new guy Reginald hes very nice. Tyree I think has been here since Ive been here and we all love him. Keep this team. Again they are the best team and have managed this property wonderfully.

I have been living here for at least a year now and my parents and I love it. I like that’s it’s a little bit of Italy in Texas. I am always taking walks and taking pictures, it’s just that beautiful. Miss Diane is oh so wonderful to me and my family. I absolutely adore her. I also appreciate that when she’s not available Miss Bee and Miss Tracey are able to assist as well. Just beautiful and kind hearted always so helpful.

Living at Bell Tower Flats has been a beautiful experience so far. Diane the office agent always makes time to listen to my concerns or my questions. She’s been helping me adjust to the new location as I’ve recently upgraded my apartment to a bigger space. The grounds are so beautiful and well kept! It’s like living in Europe. The gym and pool are always clean. The maintenance always in compliance and very polite. I will not be leaving anytime soon because of the prime location, affordable rents, and the office management team members like Diane who gives you her all!

I moved into Bell Tower Flats almost a year ago and Im so happy I made the decision to come here! I was looking for a new home after my divorce and I wanted a community that would provide an escape from the dismal experience of my old life.I chose Bell Tower Flats because of its beauty, charm, and wit - but what I also found was an amazing, supportive staff that makes living here a constantly positive experience. Diane, Tracie, and Bee have all been nothing short of amazing - they have made my transition here as seamless as possible and I cant speak highly enough of their professionalism and willingness to help. Im so happy that I found myself here and know that my experience will continue to be pleasant with the support of Diane, Tracie, and Bee!

What a beautiful place to live. My apartment has everything I need and a perfect view. A beautiful area to live in with restaurants close by and even a Starbucks for my everyday commute. I would like to give a shoutout to Diane and Eugenio for their quick response! My mother who is elderly contacted me because her AC ceased working in her apartment. Due to the extreme heat, I immediately called the front office at Bell Tower Flats and spoke with Diane about the urgency of the situation. She informed me that she would contact the repair man, Eugenio and that she would get back to me shortly. Within 30 minutes, Diane contacted me to let me know that Eugenio was on his way. Since I do not live in TX, Diane put me at ease by staying with my mom until Eugenio arrived and while he repaired her AC. Words cannot express how grateful I am of the quick and caring response by Diane and Eugenio!

7/2024 update: 1 year later and I’m so grateful for my home and the staff. They even had a snow cone truck for us on the 4th of July. The happy hours Diane plans and hosts are always so fun! I am so grateful to have the peace of mind that Bell Tower Flats gives me. I had an emergency situation and because of the calmness and solutions Diane and Bee brought to the situation I felt like everything would work itself out. Diane is very knowledgeable and gives great insight on how to overcome the hardest times. Our homes are important and at Bell Tower it’s withstood the test of time! The gym is always clean, I live right on the pool and it can get noisy as most pools do but if I’m in my home and have my own environment going it doesn’t bother me. The maintenance came immediately on an emergency call and they set a date for repair and kept that date and time as promised.7/2023: Amazing! I’ve been living here for about a month and love the management team! Diane is so helpful and caring she’s helped me along the way since I leased from her. Great maintenance and response time.

I have lived here for 10 months. I had the opportunity to meet Diane in November when I leave the apartment. Diane and Tracy are amazing individuals and they put on a great happy hour Thursday. I would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone. Just looking out my window looking over at the Lakeview is breathtaking.

I moved into this complex approximately 3 weeks ago. So far it has been wonderful. The noise level is very low (I am located with windows facing the pool area). I placed 1 maintenance request thus far and it was responded to within 48 hours (was non urgent). Clair was wonderful in assisting me throughout the rental process, but she has left and since then I have called and sent emails on 2 subjects with no response.The apartment itself is very nice, with all appliances included (including washer and dryer), beautiful finish outs (dark cabinets, granite countertops, etc), large tub. The towel racks in the bathroom arent convenient so had to purchase a towel rack and install a temporary hand towel holder next to the sink. Small issues as the apartment is very nice. The hallway carpeting could be replaced (looks dated), but that would be the only cosmetic issue I have seen thus far. The security seems good, there is a locked door prior to entrance into the hallways. Parking is ample both in the parking lot and garage.They offer package delivery in the clubhouse, which is a nice feature - however be aware that there will always be ALOT of packages in that area which detracts from the look. But I would prefer that option rather than having a package sitting outside my apartment door.I have only had the chance to visit one of the local restaurants, Cavellis, and have posted a review of that restaurant on Google. But the area is beautiful and I am hopeful that once COVID ends, there will be activities as mentioned on other reviews (the Farmers Market is no longer held here, FYI).I will update this review as needed. Will be interesting to see how the deposit is handled at the end based on other reviews.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. I submitted a maintenance rquest, and they came by and fixed my sink that day. The Manager even called and followed up! She was so sweet and caring. I enjoy living here and being able to invite friends over without being embarrased of how the property looks. The property is always clean and well kept. I recommend this property! I highly recommend living here. I lived at St. Pauls Square for 3 and a half years. Its a great community (not your typical apartment setting). I found the location to be a major plus, only about 15 minutes from McKinney Square and 20 minutes from Shops at Legacy. There is also a lot of places to eat and even a Starbucks within walking distance. All of the office staff were great especially Clare (who I dealt with the most). I enjoyed the residential setting (its not located on a super busy fast road). I took advantage of their gym a lot and running around the lake (about 2.8 miles around Kings Lake). Utility bills were pretty low compared to other places Ive lived in. Most of the residents I met also lived there for more than just one year which says a lot about the community!

The apartment is in a very nice living situation. The people here are friendly and courteous and it is centrally located to several restaurants, the lake, and central to many shopping districts and malls. I feel very safe here and happy with my living situation.Additionally, the apartment complex is very nice and centrally located to many different shopping areas. It is very close to the main city of Dallas as well. Overall, the view of the lake is great and the features of the apartment complex is superb. I find it sad that people that are happy dont take the time to write reviews. I have spoken to a lot of the tenants here in the year that we have lived here and without fail 90% of them love it here. Honestly the only thing I could complain about is loud obnoxious neighbors but hey guess what its a apartment not a house. Its a given when you move into a apartment that you have people above below and beside you. If you understand that then there is really nothing else to complain about. My work orders have always been taken care of quickly. The office staff even some of the new ones are always kind and professional. And Jeff the manager always has time for you no matter how busy he may be. Honestly 5 stars all the way, the people complaining about parking, learn to walk!! The parking has NEVER been full ever in the history of this place. You just need to be a little less lazy and park further out in the open lot or higher up in the parking garage.

I love living in Adriatica. As a single female, I feel safe and enjoying taking walks through the Croatian village and pond. Harrys on the Harbor (Misty- amazing bartender) is great! The BTF leasing staff are always helpful, Lashandra has gone over and above assisting me when I need help (from maintenance requests to a new key fob). You can tell she takes pride in her job and her community. Thank you!

I have seen some controversial posts about this complex so I am going to give my personal opinion:1. Cleanliness: There is still a bit of an issue when it comes to keeping the hallways, outside parking, and parking garage clean. There are two main reasons for this in which I believe are in the process of being addressed. The first issue comes from the short staffing. The property is still rather new along with new management and as a result staffing is yet to be at full capacity. With this being said I have only seen 2 people who on a very consistent basis clean the whole entire complex (in which one of them I believe cleans all of Adriatica). The second issue comes from teenagers and other youth who tend to run rampant and in large groups throughout the complex. From my knowledge they are in the process of hiring more staff and for the issues as far of teens though that cant be fully prevent they are taking measures of deactivating the codes for the doors to help regulate.2. Maintenance: They have gotten a lot better and quicker as far as responding to calls from my year of being at the property. I usually have to call twice along with put in an internet order before something gets resolved but as in my earlier point, they are still low on staffing. To my knowledge I believe there are only three people who currently service ALL of the complex3. Parking: This is really my only complaint but part of the issue stems from the features and amenities so it has to be understood and accepted to some levels. Often times when there is a wedding, prom, or concert event going on within Adriatica parking becomes completely horrid. Now with restaurants being around, other housing, and people constantly stopping by to look it is to be expected of less parking. The issue comes into play when non residents visit and hold up the parking garage. Management has clearly noticed this and has began to put in affect a way to monitor to ensure residence have priority over parking.4. Noise: I have been a culprit of a noise complaint and I understand people want their piece. What most need to realize is though yes it is a luxury property it is still an apartment none the less. The most noise I get are either from people who run the hallways or since my unit has a window that faces the pool, the noise level at the pool can sometimes be a bit much. Most residents are respectful and around 9:30 or 10pm have settled down for the evening thus it is a lot more quiet. There is a courtesy officer to call if you really feel the need to put in a complain yet most residence if you are kind enough to knock on their door and address them will be respectful.All in all this is a great complex with friendly people, good management, very convenient amenities with more coming, and a great stunning view. It is a new complex so their are some expected quirks to work out and there is quite a bit of construction because the area is really starting to boom but it doesnt take away completely from enjoyment. Management is aware of issues and are always trying to implement something help. If you have complaints I suggest coming to the Town Hall meeting and voicing your concerns there.I live in an A4 unit and I would recommend someone living here, just as long as they keep an open mind about community expansion, and that all new things are works in progress

Had to move out early because of a broken pipe that created mold, but the front office worked with us and didnt try to make us pay ridiculous fees or anything like that. The amenities and staff and residents are all really nice, and the views/neighborhood are great.

I’ve lived here for a year and it’s been great! The office staff are always helpful and care about us. The new face Larrissa is always smiling and greets me every time I walk by. I’ll be renewing for sure!

I have been here at St. Paul Square going on 4 years. IAppreciate the current management /staff in place. Ms Tracey the manager, Ms. Lashandra asst. mngr. and Ms.Diane in Lessing. They have great events, I enjoyed the Cinco De Mayo gathering. They are helpful, professional and friendly. The ladies are amazing. I would recommend this property to everyone.

People make the difference. We’ve been here one year. Ever since day one, Clair Eltier Condren has helped us feel at home. Questions have always been answered quickly. Fun activities have been arranged regularly. She has made living here a real pleasure.

I don’t live here, but came to eat lunch and this is really a gorgeous community. Lots of area to walk. Commercial places below, but still had a quiet and quaint feel.
