I have been living here for a year now and I absolutely love my home/community. The management is lovely and always willing to work with you. Parking is reasonable even without covered parking, the walls are thick with little to no noise (even on the first floor), and no site of any pests. Amenities are always operable, clean pool/playground, and there’s a neat walking trail outside. Ask for Natalie and Melissa, tell them I sent you :)Photos show how much is able to fit in a 1 bedroom.

I moved here in July 20 24 and I will say it’s a very nice property well kept and very kind and respectful management repairs are always fixed quickly. The only downside I would say is the absurd amount of just hidden fees that they don’t tell you about unless you read every single word of your lease. Since most people don’t leave the cost breakdown of the actual apartments I will give you one For a one bed one bath 800 square-foot I pay a total of $1296 a month. $1210 for just rent,They will charge you 20 bucks a month for trash they will charge you 20 bucks plus a month for water and 20 more bucks for sewer on top of a three dollar fee just to pay your rent online. I do like how it is a no deposit community but that does come into your rent for another 20 bucks a month if you don’t wanna put a deposit. So honestly, I think it’s just a greedy company, but the environment is enjoyable and better than most apartments in this entire city.

My boyfriend & I moved in a couple months ago. We love the property. Everything is so well maintained from the landscaping to the pool. (love that pool!) Our apartment is so nice. We needed a work order done, and the man that came was respectful & efficient and he came within 24 hours of requesting him. I feel like we matter here as residents and thats important to me,You wont be disappointed if you move here

My husband and I moved here from California in a short notice and I am so happy Vicki made it an easy process for us. We didn’t get to do a tour, we relied on the pictures but when we got there, we were not disappointed at all! I enjoy living here, neighbors are so nice, leasing office is always helpful, maintenance gets done within 24 hours after putting in a work order, tons of parking, it’s a safe community with it being gated in.. I can go on and on. We are very happy residents living at Bell Tower!

Me and my family are staying here its been a month now, my first impressions about the complex is super homey compare among the other properties in temple, our needs satisfied our basic requirements in searching a best place to stay in temple. I recommend this complex to those new upcoming people. All staffs working in bell tower are awesome and helpful. Set aside on it property is clean and neighbors are good people. We are loving to stay here for long as soon as we are here in city for good. Best wishes!!!

From the short time that I’ve been here at Bell Tower, I have loved it! From the maintenance personnel, to everybody that works the front desk, it’s always a pleasant interaction. Any time I need help with something, Vicki at the front desk is always happy to help and is awesome! The apartments are very nice and quite spacious, which is a plus when I have family visiting from out of town.

This apartment was an extremely beautiful, well kept, pet friendly and so peaceful. Everything was so beautiful that I felt like I was at a resort. They have their own pool for summer and grilling area. They have their own gym and the amenities are all new. That’s a plus for me. The office staff was extremely accommodating and friendly also.

I have been enjoying living here for 1.5 years.The staff are friendly and very helpful, maintenence is fast and gets the job done right on the first try. They keep up with pest control, the grounds are well cared for and the pool is always sparkling. Complete with playground, dog park and garages. Adjacent to Friars Creek hike and bike trail.Cant say enough about the quality of the apartments. All appliances included, even a washer and dryer in the units.Highly recommend this complex to become your new home!

I was so excited to move in there. Great amenities staff apartments and the location. I can not say enough good about this place!! Ruth was a gem the entire way through the process. Even when I lost my job and could no longer move in she was such a help. It is people like Ruth that make lemon drop martini’s out of lemons. I would very much recommend this place the staff is amazing!!!! Thank you Ruth for all your help and advice!!!

I’m currently staying in the Belltower Apartments in Temple. The 1 bedroom with the open living room and kitchen is comfortable and just a perfect size. Everything works as it came equipped with appliances such as (Washer, dryer, microwave, fridge, etc) The bathroom is also amazing with a very big bathtub. Nothing seems overly cluttered or in the same space for me. Vicki Olivarez was so quick to answer any questions I had and assuring I always felt comfortable. Ever since has always been prompt and makes sure any of my issues are taken care of. I feel very safe and at peace in this complex. Definitely exceeded my expectations.

I am really concerned of the architectural structure of a certain house, and when I saw what’s in Bell Tower I must say that I am amazed. Its window is strategic, the space is conducive for families and the height between ceiling and floor is exactly what I like. The security is also a plus for me because for kids we wanted the best for our family. The property management is helpful with our needs.

The staff, Lanae, Heather and Ruth are all very helpful and knowledgeable. They made moving a breeze. The apartments are absolutely gorgeous and have a ton of amenities. Maintenance is very responsive and they resolve any issues you in a timely fashion. If you are looking for a nice and well kept residence, Bell Tower should be your choice.

My wife and I moved here in January, and we immediately noticed the difference in quality compared to our last apartment complex in Killeen. The quality of the appliances and the overall construction is noticeably better than our last apartment. We have a 2 bedroom apartment (same size as our last apartment), but this one seems larger due to the open design, and the kitchen island is a nice touch.The staff working the complex have been amazing as well. We sustained some water damage due to the recent winter storm and they handled the situation the best way possible. They took our concerns to heart and helped us resolve the issue quickly and with as little pain as possible.Would absolutely recommend living here, the apartments are well built and the staff are friendly and professional.

If you are looking for something clean out of the way safe and first class living then I strongly suggest u get a hold of the management and nab u one of these units before theyre gone! I live in a home in a nice neighborhood but just going inside one of the units makes me want to pack up and move in here!!!!!Bravo bell tower apartments!
