    I am happy to live in Beechnut Grove Apartments because if there is any maintenance the management take it seriously and help to solve the issue. Mr.Wilfredow is has been very helpful. I dont know what we would have done without his help. Thank you management for keeping good staff like Wilfredo πŸ‘

    I would like to thank the new management especially Ms. Erica. I’d like to thank her for listening to my request about my lease. She is very nice and friendly . They always attend to my needs when it comes to maintenance. I dont have any problem. I am safe in this apartment and just across the street from my job. Very accessible. Im supposed to end my lease, but decided to continue. Highly recommend

    I recently moved to Beechnut grove apartment homes like 2 months ago.The staff is great from the office to the maintenance.Domingo is so helpful and reliable. All maintenance request I put have been resolved the best part with a great attitude & motivated to do the work. Im extremely satisfied with the maintenance Domingo.     I just moved here not that long ago and I love the property . I love the staff here . The maintenance man is a hardworking man . He comes and takes care of what needs to be done especially with him being the only maintenance I’m very happy and thankful for him he’s a good hard working man he makes sure the apartment are taken care of !!

    Great location , close by to hwy 59. and all the apartments are upgraded with ceramic tiles and granite counter tops in kitchen and bathroom.and i love all new appliances here and office staff is very helpful and quick maintenance service as well
